The doors were locked again. It was 7:30 in the morning.Several people, including myself, could see employees in the building. We were knocking on the door. They would just look at us, so I went to the drive thru window and asked them to unlock the door so that we could enter. They told me that they couldn't because there were not enough employees. I told them that they should have had the courtesy to at least tell those waiting outside why the doors were not open. This is not the first time this has happened in Zapata. I think that the owner of this establishment needs to step up and be more active in his or her business. My breakfast was take out by necessity, not by choice.

Didn't get my order correct.They forgot my hash browns and called to let them know. Said come tomorrow and we'll give you the hash browns,but when I went the next day they wanted to charge me again for the hash browns and could not give them to me,so I said forget it and I will not eat there again.

How do yall forget the sauce every single time. Normally you eat nuggets with sauce. I would understand if the high schoolers were still working but they’re back in school. This is the 10 th time I get no sauce

Every time I go order , they always give my order all wrong. I get home hoping to eat my food warm and then my order is all wrong. I have to leave the rest of the food just to go and fix their mistake. And then they give you attitude!! Zapata, they should hire people that really want to work and smile..

I ordered a Caramel mocha iced coffee and it didn't have any mocha in it. I told the manager and instead of correcting my iced coffee, she asked the employee if she made it correctly. It was not. Luckily, this is NOT my McDonald's. We were just passing through town. My RGV McDonald's are way better.

Got out of work and went of course to the ONLY place in zapata for food. After 10 pm bc burritos sometimes are hard n dry. I was in line and paid but then asked for some sauces but of course you have to pay n yes I paid again For my sauces. Then I get home & no sauces. 😤 I never check the bag bc they have gotten real good at getting my order right. But come on all I wanted was to eat my fries 🍟 with BBQ sauce & for those asking no I wasn’t going to go all the way back just for the sauces, bc my legs hurt from working. But don’t worry nxt time I won’t move till I check my order n make sure the sauces are in my bag. #LessonLearned🙄

Very slow @ drive bye, lines are backed up to Hwy 83, they don't serve breakfast all day as other McDonald's and this place are not open 24hrs as others. They're mostly always out of something in the menu, either McFlurry, Frappuccino,sundae, you rarely hear a "Welcome to ..." or a "Thank you" employees are unmotivated & attitudes are portrait as soon as you make a face contact. Most importantly no "Specials" & No all day breakfast.

Very disappointed after a football game we stopped to pick up something to eat went to the drive thru waited 30 minutes then they told us to move forward waited another 5 minutes then I decided to get down knowing I waited more inside until finally they gave me my order. But when I was waiting inside for my order there was alot of angry customers waiting for their orders some bringing raw burgers back..I worked for fast food for about 10 years and all the employees needed hair nets. Very disappointed customer..😡😡
