One of the best McDonald's
It was awesome to have my simple cheeseburger made correctly! All I ever wanted was please add 6 pickles and this McDonalds did it for me! Thank you for your awesome 👏 service!
Really good food fast
This is the third time I’m stopping this McDonald’s sign says 7 o’clock open and 7:15 AM and still close the dining area
Friendly service here! Lobby is currently closed so it's only drive thru. They were nice enough to let me order inside because of my RV I had attached since it wasn't going to fit through the drive thru. I'm glad they were understanding. I had a great experience thanks to them.
The drive through is always jam packed and during summer, that can be brutal. So I always park and order inside to go. The interior has been newly renovated and there are self service kiosks now so you can order and customize your food. You can even order from the app but I am not supposed to eat that much McDonalds so I try to comply but I always fill out the surveys on the receipts to get a free Big Mac. I really like the new interior
Ordered a Big Mac meal, The fries were perfectly hot, crispy, and salty. But the Big Mac was cold, and patties were dry and shriveled. It's a decent place if you get nuggets and fries. The place wasn't packed. I guess I just got the leftover patties from lunch rush.
Can we say.... take your time... and then we get our sausage mcriddle to only have dry crispy edges.. I mean it was ok.. but not fresh and ready for a 6am breakfast
Long lines, rarely get the order right when you use the drive-thru. If you want condiments even salt and pepper and napkins you have to ask for them. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small. The food can taste pretty bad sometimes. Breakfast is probably the better meal.

Don’t waste your time, curbside never works and when you go threw the drive threw they still end up giving you the wrong order.
The doors were locked again. It was 7:30 in the morning.Several people, including myself, could see employees in the building. We were knocking on the door. They would just look at us, so I went to the drive thru window and asked them to unlock the door so that we could enter. They told me that they couldn't because there were not enough employees. I told them that they should have had the courtesy to at least tell those waiting outside why the doors were not open. This is not the first time this has happened in Zapata. I think that the owner of this establishment needs to step up and be more active in his or her business. My breakfast was take out by necessity, not by choice.
Didn't get my order correct.They forgot my hash browns and called to let them know. Said come tomorrow and we'll give you the hash browns,but when I went the next day they wanted to charge me again for the hash browns and could not give them to me,so I said forget it and I will not eat there again.
How do yall forget the sauce every single time. Normally you eat nuggets with sauce. I would understand if the high schoolers were still working but they’re back in school. This is the 10 th time I get no sauce
This morning i went to pick up some biscuits, I only got one instead of the 2. The guy goes back and brings them back with a nasty bag and one of them was not even wrap !!
Ordered two double Cheeseburgers and I felt something weird on my first one and decided to check the 2nd one and it definitely came with a surprise!
Every time I go order , they always give my order all wrong. I get home hoping to eat my food warm and then my order is all wrong. I have to leave the rest of the food just to go and fix their mistake. And then they give you attitude!! Zapata, they should hire people that really want to work and smile..
I ordered a Caramel mocha iced coffee and it didn't have any mocha in it. I told the manager and instead of correcting my iced coffee, she asked the employee if she made it correctly. It was not. Luckily, this is NOT my McDonald's. We were just passing through town. My RGV McDonald's are way better.
Meat patties RAW!! Hair Pin in fries!! Will never eat there again!!
Got out of work and went of course to the ONLY place in zapata for food. After 10 pm bc burritos sometimes are hard n dry. I was in line and paid but then asked for some sauces but of course you have to pay n yes I paid again For my sauces. Then I get home & no sauces. 😤 I never check the bag bc they have gotten real good at getting my order right. But come on all I wanted was to eat my fries 🍟 with BBQ sauce & for those asking no I wasn’t going to go all the way back just for the sauces, bc my legs hurt from working. But don’t worry nxt time I won’t move till I check my order n make sure the sauces are in my bag. #LessonLearned🙄
Very slow @ drive bye, lines are backed up to Hwy 83, they don't serve breakfast all day as other McDonald's and this place are not open 24hrs as others. They're mostly always out of something in the menu, either McFlurry, Frappuccino,sundae, you rarely hear a "Welcome to ..." or a "Thank you" employees are unmotivated & attitudes are portrait as soon as you make a face contact. Most importantly no "Specials" & No all day breakfast.
Very disappointed after a football game we stopped to pick up something to eat went to the drive thru waited 30 minutes then they told us to move forward waited another 5 minutes then I decided to get down knowing I waited more inside until finally they gave me my order. But when I was waiting inside for my order there was alot of angry customers waiting for their orders some bringing raw burgers back..I worked for fast food for about 10 years and all the employees needed hair nets. Very disappointed customer..😡😡
