The Zapata Dairy Queen served me with an excellent double meet cheeseburger with fries and a home brewed sweet tea. I loved the dining experience cause their dining room was open.

Don't mind waiting because everytime I've come to eat here food is made to order. Food was great, nice and hot.

Burgers were good but cold. Fries tasty. Bought some dilly bars to take home, tasty treat as usual.

Horrible service takes forever to get food, lackluster food with no flavor, dirty and noisy environment. Take your business elsewhere. This Dairy Queen is unsanitary and isn't worth your money.

Got a banana split with all strawberries. Unfortunately the banana split had very little soft serve and strawberries. Don't know if they were about to run out of soft serve but the amount on the split was ridiculous, or the person who made it just didn't know how much soft serve and strawberries to put on. It looked like a kiddie split with whole bananas. Never Again at this location. Very disappointed with this Dairy Queen.

Probably the most expensive Dairy Queen I have been to and just average quality. To put it I perspective, they try to charge you $1 for the little cup of sauce. Just wait an hour and eat closer to Brownsville.

Does not even deserve a star. Called because they gave me the wrong order and they insisted i had just 2 days to go back. I live 1 hour away. There’s no way i’m just going for a burger. Horrible people. Horrible customer service.

The food was average for Dairy Queen, but the service speed was unacceptable. We ordered 2 burgers, an order of fries and an order of onion rings. The order took 15 minutes. In addition two customers came in and ordered after us and received their food ahead of us. One of those customers ordered the same thing as us, only half the quantity. When asked about this I was told they run short of hamburger patties. It's one thing to be inept and another to lie.

Service is slow and unacceptable at drive thru i waited 5 minutes and was still not attended so i drove up to the window. Wile i waited at the window it took another 4 minutes to get attended. Finally the window receptionist took my order of 2 double meats w/ cheese and onion rings 1 chicken basket and 1 triple meat w/ cheese. About five minutes later i receive my drink. All the mean while i see my order come out and a young woman starts taking orders through the mic. So i imagine that the cook yells out (ORDER OUT) like we use to when i worked at DQ in Zapata. The point is that it took about 30 minutes to get my order and when i finally got it it was sloppy!!!!

The lady hehind the counter was rude and seemed mad my wife and I decided to eat at the restaurant. DQ needs to train these people every time I come to the restaurant, don't feel welcome. Poor customer service.
