Chicken wasn't great and they didn't have maccaroni and cheese ready even though I ordered online. I waited a long time in the drive thru as well and was told it would take an additional 9 minutes, so I took something else as a substitute for the mac and cheese.

Last time, I bought a classic chicken sandwich, and the chicken patty was burned it was crispy, and black didn't make any complaints. I let it slide

Usually, when I shop here I post my order online for pick up. However, when attempting to post my order I noticed that they had a delivery option. Thinking that would save me some time I chose delivery only for my order to be continuously pushed back over, and over. Finally having enough after the 6th time change I reached out to chruch's to see what the issue was. A very nice lady was quick to answer the phone. She kindly informed me that my delivery has been ready for over and hour since I placed my order. For any further issues or refunds I would have to reach out through the application since that's a totally seperate system. So I did just that got and agent with churchs delivery support on the line apparently there had be a driver who was tied to my order who had unassigned themselves. She then attempted to find another driver however was met with failure. So I had her cancel my order since I now as a working individual who can't just unassign myself at work. I wll be refunded 100% the cost of my order. Please learn from my mistake and either go pick up or drive through. Skip the delivery it has proven unrealiable. Chruch's if your smart scrap the option if you can't have someone realiable to deliver your order's. I would have just done pick up had I not seen the delivery. I hope no one else experiences this problem.

Customer service was ok, chicken was raw and not even close to crispy. And I guess we dont get utensils anymore... the gas station down the street has a better option for chicken...

Food is mediocre, service is slow. The tables next to the bathroom are dirty and haven’t been clean for 2 days. Poor part on the sanitation. Edit: It's been a while since I've gone to Church's and I can say I had a reason to. If you don't mind seeing staff applying their makeup at the register then this is your restaurant. I seriously hope she washed her hands before she handled my food. Manager was there and told her nothing smh. We were also the only people dining in and they took an eternity, and once we got the food they still managed to forget my gravy. BONUS employee personal cups everywhere and near the food too. STAY AWAY from this church's.

One of the slowest cooking restraunts in Zapata. Not only do they take 30 minutes to prepare you're food but the customer service is absolutely terrible. All the workers do is brainlessly shuffle around and talk to one another. Never did I know pre cooked chicken strips could take 30 minutes to prepare but churches has couninually blown my mind. Also i constantly find foreign material in my food. Hairs,flys, anything you can think of. Yes a FLY I found a FRIED FLY! Honestly don't recomend this restraunt unless it was the last open restraunt in Zapata county. Make your way down to mcdonalds who is also crippling slow but atleast the wait is 15 Apposed to 45.
