Above average customer service. Most fast food places seem to have staff that would rather be in prison but everyone here was happy and fast with my order.

Nothing like fresh fries, nuggets and a McFlurry to end the night. Since it's still Covid times, they have their drive-thru open, as per usual. I believe you can also order from Postmates and Doordash, although it may be a different location it comes from.

Pick up breakfast meal feels me in after a long 2hrs drive with coffee macchiato. Good deal I use my app.too service is great for early morning.

The Crew there is always friendly from the managers to regular workers. The food has been fresh every time I've gone.

I have been eating at this location for over 30 years and I love this restaurant. I have watched crew members come and go but management somehow always keeps this place running smoothly. 5 stars for excellent customer service and outstanding cleanliness in the facility!

It's very good place to go to get your hamburger they loby it's very clean and also they have excellent customer service. The manager name Lucy, and her Team are very humble and they give good attention to custumer,I'm blessing to enjoy this place to get breakfast I'm recommending to all people and families.

The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes + 1 milk is less than $8. It used to come with a biscuit and hash browns and sausage, but now they give you an English muffin rather than a biscuit. McDonald's is the best run company I've ever worked for. That was when I was 18, at the store on DeAnza Blvd in Cupertino. The Highway 85 on ramp, going south is where McDonald's used to be. The woman who took my order is very good at her job, as well as the person who cooked it. They put a sticker with the order number and name, plus she remembered that I'd asked for 4 butters, there was no need to ask again while picking it up.

One of the most clean McDonald's in this area, welcoming staff, food (I ordered some burger) looked like burger, which is rare for McDonald's. I'll definitely prefer this place over Eastridge location or Tully location.

Our new favorite McD. Super clean, spacious and in a complex with lots of other options. And moreover, we found this location to be one of the only McDonald’s in the area with dine in open as long as drive through is open. The one on Tully closes dine in at 8, even though drive through is open till 11! Highly recommended in Evergreen and near by area.

Remodeled store. Staff is friendly and efficient. Mobile ordered and no issues. Food was good and fresh. Although the fries weren’t exceptionally hot they were fresh and crispy. Would definitely go back again. Foreign favorites, especially Grand McExtreme, was tasty.

The staff is lazy to deliver food to tables. When the order say "table 116" they will either call out 116 or simply let the food sit at the counter and get cold because of they are too lazy to deliver it to the table like every other mcdonalds does without a problem.

This McDonald’s is clean and fairly quick. They have a drive thru which I’ve used countless times. And both indoor and outdoor seating. You can order either at the sell serve kiosks or at the counter with an attendant. It’s convenient and what can I say, I really like their food.

Clean, fast service..good place to bring kids, no bizzaro homeless to deal with. Lobby has reopened after remodel. Self-orderig kiosks now present. (Guess automation is now cost effective given the high minimum wage.)

Drive thru is usually busy. I like using mobile orders for the daily deal coupons and ease of use. Cleaner than most McDonalds.

I've come her many times for a soda. The staff is very good at this location and they keep the place clean. I'll stop in the next time I'm close...and thirsty.

Nice clean spacious McDonald's with friendly service. Drive-through can get backed up, and parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day.

A little more expensive than some, but order accuracy is great, with the rare exception of sodas through the drive through on occasion.

Place was relatively clean and very bright. Food came quick.

The management and staff really put an effort into servicing their customers, but there are a few employees who should not be dealing with customers. Also, food preparation could have a little more attention. Usually, the burgers are made as if they were thrown together without much attention to appearance which can add to overall quality perception. But, then again, for a few dollars, how much more can you expect?

I mean, how many stars can you REALLY give McDs? We all made it out with happy, full bellies. The touchscreen ordering was very weird, and took a bit to come out... but everyone was very nice, and hell, it's McDonald's. Of course we'll come back :)

For a McD's, I'll give it 4 stars. Mainly for the fact they never screw up my order. Also, the food is always fresh & hot, unlike some places that have the fries under a heat lamp, so the minute u drive off, they're cold. The guys working the drive-thru are always real nice & friendly too. Plus, the drive-thru's open 'til 11 p.m. weeknites, I believe, & 12 mid. on wknds. One thing I noticed on my last visit there, however, is that they are now charging .20 for add'l mayo, per item. Also, when u order the 20 piece McNuggets, u only get 3 containers of sauce, instead of the usual 4. That has happened at several McD's. Not just this one.

Clean facility in nice area. Drive thru service is efficient. Food is always prepared as ordered and hot. Parking is a challenge due to the Starbucks across the way in same corner area.

It's McDonald's. They are pretty much the same. But they are getting expensive. Don't like that we need to order on an iPad thing. I'd rather order with a live person

McDonald's is pretty standard everywhere. It's just depends if the ice cream machine works and it's really not a joke haha. They usually have everything working and you get what you expect since everything is so cheap. I recommend getting the McDonald's app if you want to get cheap deals. Sometimes it's only mobile orders but sometimes it's flooded with good deals for the place.

My wife had the fish sandwich and the tartar sauce was all piled up on one side of the sandwich leaving the other side dry. The help is getting a little bit lazy in making the sandwiches.

This visit was after the lunch rush so it was pretty empty. Because there was no rush, the service was great! The cashier made a suggestion to my order which I liked snd ordered. It was quite warm inside. I'm not sure if the heat was on or because it was a warm day, it was coming through the windows.

I ordered a sausage mc muffin w/hash browns and coffee as their kiosk machine and then I had to go to the cashier line to pay for the meal with cash because I didn't have my debit card at the time. There were 3 people ahead of me so I waited about 10 minutes til it was my turn... I paid for my meal and waited for my number to be called which took another 10 min... Lesson from this: don't forget your debit card... Oh the food was good!!!

Never crowded when I go, honestly pretty relaxing. Sometimes, I come next door here to chill when starbucks is really busy. A starbucks drinks with some Mcdonald’s fries!! 🤤 #loveit They also keep the store and bathrooms super clean. Another pro, it’s a nice area, you rarely ever see weird people lurking in or around the stores like some other mcdonald’s locations LOL!! 😹

One of my guilty pleasures in the morning occasionally - a McDonald's Big Breakfast with hot cakes and TWO syrup packs. One is always just a bit short for me. Plus an OJ. Plus, the restaurant is clean, in a nice neighborhood, and the staff polite when they bring it out to you after you order from the kiosk. All very pleasant.

Some days the quality good. It depends on which manager is there. There has been a problem with lack of customer service by a couple of the managers. There are two men who are managers--that don't provide a quality standard of customer service. Went there again, and the restaurant is festive for the holidays, and the quality of service is good. There was a woman manager and some new employees who seem to be trained better about the importance of good quality customer service. We are going to continue to go here, my kids have been going here for a long time. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

This location is clean and well kept up. However, they often has problems with the ice cream. It’s either they don’t have ice cream or they don’t have cones for the ice cream. They will also be happy to charge you the ice cream sundae price for putting ice cream in a cup since they can’t put it in a cone…since they often don’t have cones. 😔

Neat and clean space for cheap fast food. Chicken biscuit at break fast is good but you will not get many healthy options. I would recommend cafe latte and frappe mocha, they are better and cheaper than Starbucks if you order a small one.

The drive-thru or to-go service is fine, but the dine-Service is hit or miss, sometimes it is outstanding, but other times, not so much. Example: order a meal at the kosik, get called when meal is ready, the drink cup is missing 90% of the time. Then you need to get staff attention to ask for the cup. Good luck with that during lunch rush when the staff is busy doing other tasks. Beverage station, which is self-serv, not always clean. Fruit flies seem to hang-out by the ketchup dispenser (want ketchup, always ask for the to-go packages.) The way cup lids are organized leads to inevitable touching and handling, repeatedly, by customers. Would not recomend using the lids.

Make sure you check your order before leaving!! This is our 3rd time they left out our harsh browns that we ordered. The first 2 times, the count was wrong and 3rd time, none were put in the bag (good thing we checked this time).

The food is always decent however a handful of times, most recently I have been almost ripped off by this location. Earlier today I paid with a $50, was supposed to have $42 in change but the drive thru worker acted as if I paid with a $20 and gave me $12 in change. Also numerous times the bogo discount is not applied unless you mention it. Not cool!

Trash food. I only ate there because an associate of mine gave me a gift card. Food tasted like it was sitting under a light bulb. No flavor and dry.

Ordered through the app and picked up food in drive thru. Got almost home and noticed 2 orders of my chicken nuggets were not there. Drove all the way back and told them. Lady gave me my two orders of nuggets then got irritated because I asked for sauce and didn't even say sorry or anything. Just got attitude. Sorry you don't like your job. Maybe you should try something else.

Got sick from eating the breakfast here at about 9 am and about 2pm I was fully sick and had to go home from work.

They advertise $1.39 for a drink at the drive thru and then charge $1.59 when you order. Even when you tell them this they don't honor the advertised price. This is WRONG! FIX IT!

My coworkers wanted to eat breakfast here. It is the same as everyother McDeath's, disgusting! What the hell is the sausage made of, not meat. And the eggs on the biscuit probably not from a chicken. Coffee was good.

Consistently giving people the wrong order. Seems like I always have to get an order fixed after driving from the drive thru or inside.

It took almost 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. The person taking the money tried to short me my change and then the workers at the second window were joking around and playing instead of working.

Worse McDonald's. Service is slower than ever. They always get the orders wrong. They never apologize. And when their machine malfunctioned and I was seriously injuried they blamed it on me, were in denial, rude and didn't care I was seriously hurt. :/

Drive through - burgers overcooked, dry, fries - same story, I eventually fed crows with fries. Maybe birds were happy after all, but we were not.

Order taker was efficient and accurate. Fries were cold and stale. Hamburgers were tiny.

Absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at this McDonald's. The drive-thru employee was unbelievably rude and seemed to take pleasure in being unhelpful. To top it off, the food is cold and unappetizing. The combination of terrible customer service and subpar food has ensured I'll never return. Avoid this place at all costs!

Check your bank account, and receipts for extra charges due to register errors on week of 10/04/-10/07/22. on the 4th i went to drive thru ordered and paid with my McD app. supposedly the app transaction did not go through so they asked me for different form of payment, i provided them with 20$ bill and they gave me the change, i went home and noticed on my bank app the transaction went through on my card since it was linked to the McD app therefore i was charged twice. I called the location and asked to speak with manager, she said her name was Gabriella and she said to bring the receipt with a bank statement showing the transaction. I went to bank printed out and showed her and since she said its still in process she cant refund me the money until it states its no longer pending, (understandable) she also mentioned she would even give me the same meal on the receipt for the inconvenience and a refund. on the 7th of oct 22 my transaction went through, i printed my bank statement and went to McD showed the same lady my receipt from bank ( her name is not gabriella its Laura, she tried to hide her name tag) she was trying to dispute that the transaction amount was not the same, however clearly showing there was two different amount processed on the payment, i had to show her and she was confused however its not my job to explain and figure out, all she said was to bring the receipt back with the proof of payment, in a attempt to not refund me my money because she didnt understand the transaction on the receipt. I got my refund and asked about the food she said she would also give me for the inconvenience however took her word back and said she didnt say that, she even went to her other coworker and stated talking about me like I did something wrong.. Be careful on your payment transactions!

I don’t normally make reviews on places I go to but I felt like I should share my story because it kinda put a damper on my day. Today I made a mobile order on the app and I pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up. I asked if I could also get two waters since it was 90 degrees outside and he very rudely said “NO” with no other explanation or reason. I then asked why and he said I needed to order something to get water. But I did order food it was just on the app. I dont see why I cant get water if I ordered something on the app instead of the normal way?? I pulled up to the first window and he gave me a mean look that rubbed me the wrong way. I get that it’s not that serious of a job but at least have the decency to treat customers with respect! I did however pull up to the second window and asked for some water there and the kind woman there happily gave me the water I asked for no questions asked and I thanked her. I just wished the man in the first window also shared the same kindness that this woman had. I mean come on, it’s just free water???? What’s with the attitude? So unnecessary. UPDATE: So I called into the store to let the manager know about the situation, but halfway through my complaint they just hung up on me. I thought to myself oh maybe the call got dropped on my end somehow, but no I called again and they seemed to be dodging my calls. Again, all of this for water????

Ordered via app, store manager unable to find my order. Showed my purchase confirmation from the app. However, the manager is not convinced nor interested in resolving the matter as she was busy with drive-through orders. I waited over 15 minutes in the restaurant, and overall, over 30 minutes after placing the order for a drink. I had to call her multiple times before she looked in the computer to find my order. Disappointing experience overall 😕

Do not come to this McDonald's, man this place used to be good. Not anymore, they've gotten so many orders wrong that it's ridiculous. Horrible night shift manager and co workers both woman!! HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED AN ENCOUNTER ESPECIALLY KNOWING THEIR WERE SPEAKING BAD IN FRONT OF MY FACE WITH SPANISH KNOWING I KNOW SPANISH! I AM GOING TO DISCUSS WITH HR AND CORPORATE. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 10 minutes with no solution that I paid my meal and not giving my fries on the receipt. I will not tolerate this behavior. And I already seen complains of night shift of these workers and never ever again I will be treated horribly and I always come here and never with a problem until now. I better get a gift card and those two need to be fired immediately since I’m taking actions!!! Everything was cold!!

I frequent this McDonalds because it is close by. The service has gone down hill. I ordered on my phone inside the store and had to wait over 15mins to get it. I requested table service but I had to go to the counter to ask a few times before I got it about 16mins after I ordered (wasnt even busy). The orders are ready but waiting behind the counter for some reason and this results in cold food and watered down drinks =/. It's nearly impossible to order at the front and not from the kiosk or phone because theres hardly anyone staffed at the counter.

I used to like this place. I used to go here at least twice a week. Lately, the service is really bad. The sugar free iced coffee is always delivered wrong, the fries are cold, and orders take forever to get filled even when the restaurant is not busy. I stopped ordering the iced coffee since they cant get it right. The manager with glasses is not friendly when she delivers an order that took over 20 minutes to receive. This has happened on many occassions lately. They need a new manager and better training on how to support customers before they go out of business. It's all about the people who make a business successful or fail!

My worst experience here in a while. I ordered for drive thru and tried to pick up in store but wasn't allowed to. It took 12 minutes for someone to attempt to ask for my order even though I was first in line. I previously had a missing burger patty from a plain mcdouble and nothing was done to resolve it. The app makes it super difficult to contact anyone with all the excessive questions.
