Great place with authentic food. Food and service is outstanding.

The pupusas are big and soft. The curtido is plain not spicy or well seasoned. The menu is vast and looks delicious!!

The absolute best Mexican food joint! Authentic Carnitas, their Chilaquiles are incredible, sour cream chicken enchiladas are some of the best I've ever had, and the Garnachas!!! If you haven't had Garnachas, try them here, incredible textures and flavors. Staff is wonderful, Diana always has a smile on her face, super sweet! My lunch buddy and my favorite spot! Thank you Good Hands!

I love this place! Hole in the wall home cooked meal, family friendly vibes, amazing service. The pupusas are made fresh, large, and full of flavor. But anything on the menu is 10/10. Well priced and fast service, we have also made a catering order for 15 people and everyone asked for the recommendation!

I have passed by this on multiples occasions and decided to try tonight, there was a picture on the window that had a sample platter, so I chose that plus I added a side of rice and beans. My boyfriend got a plate with grilled chicken,sausage plus other things. We both were pleasantly surprised with the quantity on the plates. One plate could have fed both of us! Taste wise, we were satisfied. Nothing on the plate tasted bad. I really like the rice and beans. I didn't finish my plate because it is so much food, but I got my food fast,hot and friendly service. Also the green sauce they make is very good. Try this place!

Okay spot for a quick bite! The service was really fast. We ordered and ate in under 30 min. The mixed pupusas were pretty average. They had too much cheese they didn't seem mixed just cheese. The fajita beef tacos were great. Birria tacos were pretty good. I loved the salsa, but the chips were a bit darkly fried and bland. Also, expect to pay for a bottle of water.

I love the Plano location, but this location has let me down. I put in a scheduled pickup for 5:30-5:40 pickup last week. I put the order in at 3:01. I get there at 5:45 and the order was not even started. The employees were just standing around. I had to wait another 15+ minutes for them to make the order. They lied to me when I first walked in when they said it would be 5 more minutes. I asked them why the order was not ready, and they kept telling me that it was busy and there were other tickets. Another lie. The final issue was that the pupusas were not the correct ones when I got home. I will drive out of my way to go to the Plano location from now on. I see why this location is rated so much lower than the Plano one, they don’t care about customer service. The other location is friendly and always on point. Avoid this location and try the Plano one. The pupusas are way better at the other location as well.

Everything was good except that fact that the male cook kept grabbing everything on his body and all over the kitchen with the same gloves that he used to cook the food crack the eggs grab tortillas . Smh. What's the point of using gloves if your gonna grab everything insight then continue nue cooking.

Ordered a pork and cheese pupusa and idk what this is but it’s not a pork and cheese pupusa. It tasted ok but either they gave me the wrong thing or our definitions of pork and cheese are different. I usually get my pupusas off Fitzhugh but wanted to save the drive. I should have made the drive. The general establishment is in disrepair- fixtures on the floor and a grimy appearance.

This was our first & last time eating here at this restaurant, we encountered a racist moment which made me & my family very uncomfortable. A Caucasian man was trying to purchase food & charge his tablet for him to get an uber, he asked permission & they still denied his service & kicked him out He asked them “are you denying my service because I’m white?!” & they replied saying “yes!” Made me me so sad that racism is still around, really bad experience for our first time. Even though the food was okay, we won’t be coming back here. Overly priced at that.

As I approached the entrance, I saw an employee inside who appeared to be retrieving something from the floor. When I attempted to enter, I realized the door was locked. I waited outside for about a minute before the employee looked up and acknowledged me. He then gestured with his hands, seemingly indicating the number 10. As I am not proficient at reading lips, I was unsure of the exact message he was trying to convey. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan on returning. I strongly recommend updating your website and any signage around the building to reflect the correct business hours, as inaccurate information can lead to customer frustration and potential loss of business.
