I really want to give a shout out to Lisa for her AWESOME customer service! This was my first time here and I have dietary restrictions so I had a lot of questions. I am very apologetic for making things "complicated" sometimes and needing to know what ingredients are in things like soups and salad dressings. She was sooo incredibly gracious and I was very touched when she said, no need to apologize, take your time and let me know if you have questions. She even took the initiative to wash her hands and put on clean gloves while waiting for me to order. Truly, this means a lot!! It is difficult having restrictions, frustrating that I can't eat what everyone else can, and not fun to interrogate employees, but I'm a professional sales person who has one on one lunch meetings and would like to enjoy getting to eat out and not tote my own food everywhere I go. I really just praise her for having a great attitude and going above and beyond for me!! I will definitely be coming here again! THANK YOU LISA & POTBELLY for a wonderful customer experience. My first time eating at this chain. Got the Turkey sandwich on multigrain and added ranch dressing . The turkey quality was not great, it had a rubbery/slimey texture and not a lot of flavor. I ended up taking a lot of it off of my sandwich. I added ranch dressing, but I should have asked for extra to help with the taste of the turkey and the dry bread. As far as fast food subs, I wouldn't pick this as my first choice to eat.

Ambience is peaceful. Sandwich was prepared in a hygienic way. Taste was amazing. I recommend to add a slice of avocado for your sandwich.

Food was good, but didnt seem overly worth the cost. Wasnt overly filling for spending $11 for lunch. Also, I didnt see any trays, so it was awkward balancing a sandwich, soup, and drink on the way to a table On a side note, the place was clean and staff was nice.

I got a sandwich for my daughter and a milkshake. The restaurant is dimly let inside. No drive-thru available at this location.

We ordered online and said NO arugula and to have spinach and lettuce But they gave me ALL arugula Not happy to realize this once we got home with the food Otherwise the salad was fine

I love the wreck and the fresh oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! This location in addison is not good. I like lettuce, tomatoes and the hot peppers. The kid at the counter seemed annoyed by everything I said. When I got home and opened my sandwich it had a small sprinkle of lettuce and maybe 5 hot pepper peices. The cookie was old and crunchy. I will seek out another location next time.

There are some potbelly’s that are great, and then some that are mediocre, and some are straight out right horrible. This location is in the middle. I’m not sure when all the locations started becoming so stingy with their meat, but it sucks and if you try to order extra meat your sandwiches near over $20, which is crazy for lunch. First time trying this location, and will definitely be the last. The location is 75 and Cambell is so much better. My sandwich actually gets three pickles when I asked for pickles, and has peppers mix throughout, and the meat actually feels appropriate for the price.

Had a order picked up for me because I'm at work. Didn't get my drink so I was confused and called and was told if you do pick up you have to do it yourself. Understandable but they put the empty cup in the bag and taped it shut. So of course they didn't think I'd gotten a drink. I didn't like the tone of the person I spoke with when I called and asked about it. This is the second time I've had an issue with an order the first time a guy called, maybe the manager, and apologized for the mix up. However, the woman I spoke with today talked to me like I was stupid because I said I had someone pick it up. "We don't do fountain drinks for delivery so..." I never said I ordered delivery. I can't stress enough how much sense it doesn't make to tape the bag closed with the cup in it. You shouldn't assume I'd be the one picking it up. The same person got my food before and said the drink was sitting there. Maybe an employee was feeling nice last time and that's not normal but taping the drink in the bag and not sitting it next to it still doesn't make sense. She dismissively told me I'd get a refund, said bye, and hung up. I wasn't seeking a full refund , just the cost of a drink but bye to you too! I just will not order from this location again.

I have been frequenting this Pot Belly for months. Today, I ordered a sandwich and usually there’s no issues with my sandwich and I always leave a tip for it; but then, I ordered a milkshake and usually the cashier (Rohola- girl with the spider eye lashes) makes the milkshake. I requested a refund bc I could not wait any longer. Though, I have observed that same cashier in the past and she takes forever to make the milkshake during times when it isn’t even busy. My observation of her is that she is a lazy employee. Today, I lost my cool with her bc of her rude mouth after i asked “who makes the milkshakes”.. so I threw a piece of straw paper that was already balled up sitting next to the register. Obviously I’m not excusing my reaction at all and I am aware. There was another girl that walked up and said she’s the manager and only smiled sarcastically when she heard the cashier speak to me in that tone (and all of this occurred before I threw the piece of straw paper at her). I get it, have ur worker’s back but she was not in her managerial role at all bc she didn’t conduct herself as one. Also, the sandwich guy interjected when it had nothing to do with him. This store has to do better. The entitlement and audacity of this younger generation). Where is a real store manger, as the store needs professional management. And may I add, the tables are never wiped down between customers and the disorganization during busy times is insane. I will not be going back to this location. Thanks for reading.

I was coming to grab a pick up order. The cashier looked and greeted another man and got his order. Made eye contact with me multiple times didn’t address me or even ask the name for the order. I had to come to her and flag her down because I was in a hurry. Yea if you are a person of color (black) this might not be the establishment to buy from.

Came here Sunday 2/2/2025 at 2:15 pm. There were 5 of us so we needed a large table. It was pretty empty inside. Every single table we went to eat at had food all over it. Including the seats. There were 2 people working, so we decided to just go to a smaller table and drag chairs to it. No problem at all. But those tables were dirty as well. So we had to ask the lady behind the counter. We waited for her, as we stood and held our food in our hand. She took her time. Not only that, she cleaned off 3 other tables before cleaning the one we were standing next to. When she went to clean the 2nd one, we asked her if she could just come and clean the one we wanted to sit at. Her response...."just one minute". Really?? I ordered the chicken pot pie soup & the apple walnut salad. My salad had a molded grape in it. We did get a refund for it, but our entire experience was horrible. Do not recommend this location at all.
