El diseño del lugar genera un ambiente especial; sin embargo, sería bueno contemplar aire acondicionado. Recientemente abrieron y están estableciendo sus procesos. Las entradas son de buen sabor y porción correcta. La carta de bebidas puede mejorar. El ramen es bueno, pero sin duda he probado uno mejor en la ciudad; la porción siento que está bien si pides entradas o vas a comer postre. El servicio es amable, pero no ofrece una experiencia más allá del comandar un pedido. El estacionamiento queda pequeño para todos los comercios de la plaza. Coloco 5 estrellas esperando sigan creciendo y mejorando, aunque en realidad pondría 4.

Excelente, muy rico, la atención muy bien al igual que el lugar. Los alimentos y bebidas de primer nivel con sabor a la tradicional comida japonesa. No sabe a lo “japonés “ americanizado saturado de sabores e ingredientes extras.

Muy rico, el espacio es minimalista, se ve bonito y está muy bien ambientado. El trato fue muy amable, nos quedamos un rato para platicar y nos ofrecieron agua dos veces en vez de corrernos jaja. El ramen súper rico y quedé muy lleno. Anímense a ir :)

Por fin pude comer en el lugar, el restaurante es bonito, limpio y muy ameno, el concepto va acorde al ramen que venden. El servicio es algo lento, de repente tardan en atenderte o en mi caso a la mesera se le olvidó que había pedido un ramen pero cuando se lo recordé en el momento se disculpó y me lo trajo enseguida, a cualquiera le puede pasar. El ramen y la comida en general es muy bueno y con porciones bastante grandes. Al final por el inconveniente me trajeron una panna cotta de matcha y estaba deliciosa. Sin duda volveré para probar mas platillos. Solo como sugerencia en google dice que cierran a las 10:30 pero cocina la cierran 9:45, hay que tomarlo en cuenta para llegar antes de esa hora.

Me encantó. Personalmente volveré entusiasmada para probar otros platillos. Las porciones fueron generosas y quedé realmente satisfecha. El precio me parece congruente y el sabor estuvo bien. Si bien me gustó mucho, personalmente creo que aún falta un poco de sabor. El lugar puede resultar un poco pequeño pero sin duda es muy bonito y súper cómodo. La atención estuvo increíble y la comida tardó mucho menos de lo que esperaba.

Excelente ramen preparado desde cero, ya que ellos mismos elaboran sus fideos, los caldos se hierven lentamente para obtener todo su sabor y poder servir uno de los ramenymas ricos de Aguascalientes.

The place is very nice and clean. I think the service is excellent; as soon as you sit down, they bring you a pitcher of fresh, natural water. I ordered a Katsukare (I had *never* tried curry before) and I really liked it, although some of my companions, who are curry fans, mentioned that it wasn't what they expected. The ginger lemonade is very good. 👌🏼 Overall, it was a very good experience for me. Main dishes range from 200-300 pesos, and drinks start at 40 pesos.

I went to this place and was pleasantly surprised: the ramen was spectacular. A super generous portion, the broth had an authentic and deep flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and everything was very well balanced. We also ordered some fried gyozas that were delicious—golden brown, crispy, and served with Kewpie mayonnaise, which gave them the perfect touch. Everything was very well thought out and with attention to detail. The place is super nice and cute, with a relaxed atmosphere, tasteful decor, and one of those spaces where you want to stay longer. Highly recommended if you're a ramen fan or if you want to try a truly well-made one. Without a doubt, one of my favorites so far.

I've read several comments saying it was bland, etc., but personally, I think that's far from the truth. Our experience at this restaurant was excellent. The flavor was 10/10, the portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. But above all, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place, and I think the empty plates speak volumes about how good it tasted. We will definitely be back.

One of the few places where I've truly enjoyed a proper Ramón. Delicious is all it takes to describe it. We ordered Tantanmen ramen (extremely spicy), miso soup, gohan, squid, and ginger lemonade. Everything was delicious. They make the broth, marinate the egg for several days, and make the lemonade syrup. Phew, it's a worthwhile experience. Of course, we ended up paying around 350 per person, but it's all worth it. 👍 Excellent service.

Finally, an excellent ramen in Aguascalientes. The egg is superbly marinated and perfectly cooked, creamy on the inside, and the shiitake mushroom is present to give the characteristic flavor of a good ramen. My favorite was the Shoyu, my husband had the Sake, and my son had the Miso. For starters, we ordered steamed Gyosas. Wow, spectacular. Congratulations.

A place with a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Upon arrival, they greet you with a pitcher of cold water, which I thought was perfect given the heat at that hour. I ordered fried chicken and dandan noodles. Both were delicious! The restaurant was clean, the background music was stylish, and the staff were very friendly. First of all, water was brought out when I sat down. The fried chicken was refreshing and crispy, which was great! The soup for the dandan noodles was piping hot. It was just spicy enough that a woman could finish it all. The price seemed a little high, but it was delicious, so I'll definitely go back!

tenía muchas ganas de ir al lugar y volver a probar el ramen! y como tal, está muy bueno, solo que mi mente lo recordaba como algo sumamente espectacular y al final fue como, oh, está rico, hasta ahí. el servicio un poco frío y mecánico pero como tal todo se nos trajo en buen tiempo y con buena pinta. es un concepto muy elegante y cálido, se nota el amor que se tiene hacia la comida asiática y al proyecto en general :)

Con un sabor característico de diferentes texturas, el Ramen Sake es una buena opción aunque para mí gusto y apetito un poco pequeña la porción.

The fried chicken and gyoza were delicious. Both went really well with beer. And the desserts were not to be underestimated. I think the quality of the food is very high for a makeshift Japanese restaurant in Aguascalientes. The staff were also very friendly. Although it's a ramen restaurant, I feel like the quality of the ramen itself can vary greatly depending on the cook. The person who cooked my ramen the first time I visited was busy and significantly overcooked the noodles. After taking them out of the water, they left the noodles out for a while and were terrible at draining the water, so the resulting food was unlike anything I'd ever eaten before. I suppose it's understandable, as it's difficult to make ramen without knowing the correct way to do it.

The place is pleasant, with nice decor and furnishings that suit the restaurant. The service was great; I loved the complimentary pitcher of cold water. It's just plain water, nothing out of the ordinary, but it's a big help in the heat and sets them apart from the competition. The food and drinks were unremarkable; perhaps I should have ordered something more elaborate. I did appreciate that they charred the pork belly slightly, which is something other places don't usually do, but unfortunately, they overcooked it. The price is a bit higher than other ramen places.

Hitori is a very beautiful place. You can see the effort put into the decor and finishing touches, making it unique and offering a special atmosphere. The appetizers and desserts are very good, with great flavor and presentation. The matcha panna cotta is spectacular. The main dishes need more flavor. Don't be afraid to add a little more seasoning to give it that typical flavor.

Los fideos están muy duros, deberían cambiar el agua donde los hacen ya que se ve que reutilizan el agua para hacer varias tandas de noodles y los hace pastosos, primera y última vez que vengo, por eso no hay japoneses en el restaurante. Muy caro para lo que es.

I felt the shoyu ramen wasn't that great. It seemed to lack flavor; it was rather bland. Also, the noodles had a consistency more like spaghetti than ramen noodles. The portion seemed small compared to other places where you get more for the same price, and it's tastier. The ginger lemonade was good. The service was friendly.

The space is very nice and cozy, the waitress was friendly and always attentive in case we needed anything. The service was okay, not too late but not fast either. I didn't like the food. The ramen had no flavor, nor did the noodles. I had to add soy sauce to make it taste like anything. I felt very sad and disappointed since this place had been highly recommended to me. The presentation was very nice, but it didn't match the taste. The edamame was good, but that was about it. I probably wouldn't return to this place. For two people, we spent approximately 700 pesos. Two ramen, some edamame, and a drink.

お店は新しく、とても綺麗です。 醤油ラーメン、みそラーメンのスープは美味しかった。塩ラーメンは味がせず、でもお出汁の香りはしたので、卓上の塩を足したら、普通の塩ラーメンとして食べられました。 ただ、麺は茹でるときにほぐしておらず、塊の状態で提供されていました。 替え玉は初めにラーメンに入ってくる麺とは違う麺です。

OK empecemos con lo bueno, el también está genial, el servicio excelente, si tienes ganas de ir a mamonear y tomarte fotos y sentirte que estas en un auténtico restaurante de ramen Japónes este es el lugar, pero PERO PERO!!!!! lo malo es la comida, horrible insípida, el arroz crudo e insípido, la. Neta si tienes ganas de un ramen mejor ve a sushi rollo o yotsuba y te gastas lo mismo y más. Rico o si quieres comida japonesa real mejor ve a vinculo alv. Al chile no está chido y enzima esta caro alv

Las gyozas estaban ricas pero el Katsukare no sabía nada a curry, me decepcionó mucho, tenía un sabor demasiado dulce y el ramen (sake) estaba muy normalón, el sabor sin chiste.

La limonada de jengibre estaba muy buena, sin embargo el miso ramen no tenía buen sabor, los fideos eran muy pastosos y todos pegados, como si los cocieran en atole. Para el precio hay mejores opciones.

Estamos en el restaurante, llegamos a las 5 pm, parece que está lleno, su horario de cierre es hasta las 10 pm. Nos atendieron tarde, para que nos dijeran que no hay Ramen ya. Así que no pudimos probar su especialidad. Ojalá que pongan atención en eso.

El ramen más insípido que he probado en Aguascalientes, al igual las gyozas. Precio excesivo nada acorde con las porciones, era más agua que nada. No regresaría.
