We had a pleasant surprise when we went to this restaurant for breakfast. The decor is very nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, and they have both indoor and outdoor areas. (There are ceiling fans just right for the heat.) The staff was very attentive. The lady explained the specialties to us, as they are a mix of Italian and Mexican dishes. The owner came over and explained even more about the dishes and the spices they serve. They have a wide variety of breakfast dishes, both traditional Mexican and a fusion of other cuisines. The dishes are good-sized, and the coffee with refills is very good. The only drawback for me is that it's hard to find parking.

It's not your average breakfast, it's a true experience! You absolutely must try the casseroles! We tried the Mediterranean and the German, and they were delicious! The French bread is good, but it didn't win me over like the breakfast and its sauces (served in the center if you like it spicy). I'll definitely be back! The bill came to around 600 pesos with tip. So, budget around 250-300 pesos per person. There's a "Infallible" (a local specialty) and a babysitting area for children. 💕

Simply amazing! A place with an incredible history. To start with, the service was excellent. The service was very fast and very friendly. As for the food, we had the breakfast menu, and if you don't order French toast as an appetizer, you're making a serious mistake. Each dish is very well thought out and superbly seasoned. Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in all of Aguascalientes!

Today we had lunch at Sas Aguascalientes, a pleasant spot for lunch on their terrace. This traditional yet contemporary style is crowned by a mural depicting Pedro Infante and the Jardin de San Marcos, giving it a Mexican touch in a family-friendly atmosphere that also includes a children's play area. The kitchen offers a variety of interesting menu options, such as Lebanese, Zacatecan, and Zapotec-style fried eggs and traditional omelets. I opted not to stray from my usual lunchtime routine and ordered a tasty omelet with first-class bacon, smothered in a delicious house sauce. From the reception desk, the owner greets you, and from then on, the service is first-class; they are always attentive to your needs. The prices are neither cheap nor expensive, as each price is less than $200. The street is quiet and the music is low-key, making it an excellent place to have lunch and enjoy a good conversation during the week or on any weekend.

La atención siempre es muy buena, nos atienden excelente y son amables, sin embargo la vez pasada pedimos unas fajitas de pollo y creímos que vendrían con pimientos o jitomate al menos, pues nos llevamos la sorpresa que era pollo cortado solamente y por el precio si esperábamos más la verdad 😞

La atención es muy buena, en todo momento están al pendiente. El lugar tiene buena ventilación y es espacioso. No hay dificultades para estacionar en calle.

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive. The food was quite good, except for the tortillas with the volcano-shaped pastries we ordered, which tasted a bit stale. Otherwise, both the food and drinks were very good. There was live music on the Friday I went. Highly recommended. They accept card payments.

The food was satisfactory, and the service was friendly, but it was clear that when we asked a question, they gave us very inaccurate information. However, we persisted, and someone else (apparently the owner) gave us better guidance, and their suggestion was very helpful. Basically, I suggest not accepting the first answer if you're not convinced; perhaps the staff needs more training. Aside from that, I do recommend the place. It could be better, but it's good.

A very pleasant place to eat and spend time with friends and family. I've been there twice, and the service and attention were excellent. The food was delicious, and the cuts we ordered were flavorful. They just need to be a little more careful with the doneness and the grilled vegetables to make them crispier.
