This is probably one of my favorite cinnabons that I've been to in the capital or any region. I fully appreciate being given a mall workers discount without ever having to ask for one. The employees who work at this branch are engaging and attentive. They knew that I worked at Spirit Halloween across the way from them and treated me like family.
Great easy to access location and great staff. Buns are always fresh and the staff is always eager to cater to any needs whenever possible. If you’re in the city definitely try it out
I've visited this location a few times and have always walked away satisfied. The staff is professional and the cinnamon buns are to die for! I highly recommend "Center of the Roll." Perhaps one day the ownership will get Bob Odenkirk to stop by? ;-)
I have not been to a cinnabon since probably 2002 or so when I was in the service in Okinawa, but they are just as good 20 years later!! I highly recommend the cookie cinnabon bites! That might not be the exact title but that's enough to help locate them, lol
I love going to this Cinnabon! The customer service portrayed at this location is impeccable. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure I get what I need. Shout outs to her!!

Menu price for additional toppings were confusing ($1.18 for pecans and caramel toppings, not $.59 as sign indicates). But tasty and sweet as usual. Not recommended for those on a diet nor diabetics!
Tried the classic cinnamon roll, it was good it just lacked structure. Service was great, quick, and friendly.
Customer service wasn't there for me. More like an hurry up and buy situation. But the strawberries and creme shake was delish!

I have to say I’m a little disappointed in my visit to the Cinnabon in Crossgates mall. I’ve grew up loving being able to go to the local mall after Christmas especially because it meant we got to enjoy a fresh Cinnabon roll. This particular location during this particular visited was pretty subpar. The gentleman at the counter was friendly however the mini Cinnabons I received were extremely hard, not fresh at all… not even close. Was charged extra for a little container of frosting that I didn’t ask for (did not notice until later when I looked at the receipt). I will say the lemonade was very refreshing and tasted very fresh… that was about the only thing that was worth the $ on this trip.
This is one of those times where the memories of what Cinnabon was ten years ago, before the healthily and organic craze began, are best left alone. You see, I grew up near a Cinnabon all my childhood so I KNOW what a Cinnabon can be like at its best. When I heard of a Cinnabon moving into Crossgates, I was pretty excited. I could once again experience a delicious piece of my childhood, yet what I found was disappointment. First the good. The staff are friendly and fast, two things a small Cinnabon like this needs when lines can sometimes last up to fifteen minutes. Cinnabon is popular, there's no getting around that, and like many popular chains they need employees who don't break under pressure. The store itself if pretty well lit and very clean looking, even if it is one of the smallest Cinnabons I have ever seen. Now I do have to say this is a brand spanking new location, so perhaps this will change in a year or two of it being open. This summer will be a really big test for the cleanliness of the kitchen, as flies begin their annoying process of infiltrating the mall and buzzing around the restaurants. I've seen many a new store be hit big time by bugs in the summer, I just hope this Cinnabon is ready. Ok, so here's the deal with that disappointment. On my particular visit I ordered one Classic Cinnabon, the original Cinnabon and Cinnabon's staple. The Cinnabon was still nice and warm, although it was nearing closing time for most of the shops within Crossgates. When I got home I was ready to indulge, expecting a gooey-sweet cinnamon spread baked between layers of flakey, thick, and moist bread. An indulgent helping of the rich cream cheese frosting just oozing down the sides of the bread, all coming together to take me back to when I was a tubby little kid stuffing his fat face with one of these. What I got was thin bread with a thin spread of the cinnamon tar, the spread so thin that at points the bread had dried out and become hard. The frosting was still rich, but there was just not enough. Every bite should have a bit of frosting included, but there I was, finished with the frosting like a cupcake with too much cake and too little topping. Everything came together to leave me disappointed, heck, I make better Cinnabons at home when I buy the Pillsbury Cinnabon kits. I don't know if it was just this particular location, or if it was just a bad batch. All I know was that I regretted spending the money for one, and not because I felt like that fat little kid again but because I felt cheated. So the Cinnabon at Crossgates gets a 3/5 for their quality service but subpar product.

More times than not the Classic Cinnabon I love since childhood is undercooked and gooey. I’ve worked for Cinnabon and know that they are not baking the rolls long enough. When it is cooked properly it’s amazing and when it’s undercooked I regret purchasing and vow to not take the chance again. It’s gross when the dough isn’t cooked thoroughly. I think customers don’t mind waiting for a quality product, it’s never worth the rush.
Every time we are at crossgates we purchase a 6 pack of your buns.Drive an hour to buy them. Always good! The 6 pack we purchased Sunday, Jan 5th are raw in the middle. They are not baked enough and the middle is just uncooked dough. It tastes awful. If we purchase again, we’ll have to open the pack and check to see if baked all the way. Hopefully buns in the future are baked correctly so I don’t throw away 1/2 of my buns. Costs too much to throw away.

I’ve always loved Cinnabon, but lately the quality has dropped. The buns weren’t warm or soft like before, and the flavor just wasn’t the same. For the price, I expected the same freshness they were known for. Really disappointed with this visit...

My kids always love a fresh Cinnabon so we stop. We got two and when he opened the box there wasn't that much frosting. So I went back and asked if we could have a little more he said " we charge for that". Well there wasn't much to begin with. Well it melted. Thanks for being so nice and helpful to the person paying you salary. We will not be back for what we paid whats a little extra frosting. Also doesn't help you wearing gloves if you touching your phone and everything while making food.
I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to it as an amazing treat. However, the cashier who helped us—a middle-aged brown man—was very disrespectful and threw the box towards us on the counter twice. When we told him that his behavior was rude and that he was displaying terrible customer service, he just stood there, smiling. The 6-pack we purchased was definitely not fresh; it tasted days old. For the amount of money we spent, I expect fresh products, not leftovers from previous days. I am never going back to this place.
I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to them as an amazing treat. The 6 pack I purchase today however were definitely not fresh. I almost immediately noticed the off yellow color of the frosting once I got home, and once I heated and tried to eat one I'm positive these weren't fresh. They tasted days old. For $16 I expect fresh, not your leftovers from the day before😕
Stuck on there phones, Very rude, Not speaking or smiling. Miserable mood. Old and I mean old crusty food. Did not heat up the cinnamon rolls. Disgusting I spend 10$ & put it all in the trash. Didn’t even say have a nice day 😂 Negative 10 stars I will never ever spend my money here again. The other one & the company in Springfield mall always fresh, they give you an extra bag if you get more then 3. The New York poor poor poor just give up & stopping working if you don’t want to deliver proper food. Again Disgusting 🤢
Such a disappointment! My daughter got a vanilla frozen drink and my son tried it and wanted one we walked all the way back to the other side of the mall at 9 pm at night because the website says open until 930. They were open but refusing to make any more drinks because they cleaned the blender, so then I tried to order an ice cream for him and was told that was closed already too! If you are opened until 930 you should serve all products until that stated time not shut them down at 9.
I ordered a pack of 6 cinnabons last night. My order never came, the driver never called my number if they had a question about directions....even though I provide detailed information in additional information section. I live on a main street so my home is easy to find. Online I tracked my order which read that my order had been successfully delivered! I didn't get my food so I had to call grubhub and wait for them to call the driver. Apparently the driver gave my food to the wrong person at an entirely seperate address! I'm so sick of these restaurants packaging our food and not caring what happens after it leaves the store as well. The stores feel like they did their part once the order leaves and that's untrue. You pay for grubhub delivery service. You choose to conduct business with grubhub in order to have a delivery service, therfore you are responsible. That's so annoying, looking forward to receiving food or a service and being let down. Driver's sometimes skip out with customer's food too. If it's something they enjoy and it's their last delivery, they will steal and lie. It's happened before! It's not fair and it's rude! Now Cinnabon decided not to deliver to my address as if I did something wrong! This was a blessing in disquise. I am disgusted with this business.
My experience was the worst. I ordered a roll of mini Cinnamon buns and there was, a long black hair on the cinnamon bun I was about to eat I wouldn’t Suggest it to anyone. Be aware if you order any thing there.
