Excellent pizza!!! And lovely, polite delivery guys. Ordered 1 cheese pizza, 1 pepperoni, and 2 veggie ranches, which were esp. good. Highly recommended.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill a lot. It used to be a staple of downtown Albany but now the quality is just very mid. It's a great place to go. If everything else is closed please make your garlic knots better.pizza. I would rate a 6.1 out of 10.

Pizza was so mid and garlic knots had no flavor. Did not heat up garlic knots. Regret coming . Make better pizza please because it was just $3.50 for a slice. Just grab and go type vibe. No photo bcz I gobble it and I’m looking for other pizza restaurants

I ran into quite a few issues tonight. First, it took an hour for my order to arrive even though I live less than half a mile away. I would’ve picked it up myself, but my car is in the shop and it’s about 10 degrees outside. The driver even called asking for my address again, so I’m guessing it was written down incorrectly. Second, by the time the food finally got here, it was cold. Third, parts of my order were missing. Fourth, I tried calling multiple times over the past hour, but the phone immediately disconnected each time and said the line was busy. And finally, when I spoke with the driver, he said he’d talk to his manager and have a new order sent out, but it seems like that never happened.

Madison’s used to be our favorite, but the quality has gone downhill. Last two times Ordered the 18” Pizza, Wings & Soda special soda was missing, and the wings came undercooked and cold. Even with a partial refund, we couldn’t enjoy our meal. Undercooked food is a serious health concern. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless things improve.

Stopped in on a late Saturday night to place an order for wings, the restaurant was empty. Basic customer service,the wings were very odd and mushy.The mild sauce seemed like it was poured over the wings and not tossed.This use to be my families favorite wing stop over the years but the quality and service has been diminishing.Will more than likely be my last time supporting this business.

Ask for a grilled chicken Caesar salad and got a dinosaur Caesar chicken salad. Chicken ( dinosaur meat ) not done salad was mushy. I received Dinosaur meat instead of chicken. Unbelievable!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not as good as I remembered.. Came home from California craving some good NY pizza, I was surprised and disappointed by what I got, barely any cheese no sauce it's like biting into a rice cake or a coaster.. No taste at all
