PLEASE READ ive been looking at the reviews and they say that the employees "jump people." That is a total LIE. i decided to order from there for a week straight and NO ONE got even an insult from an employee. Their pizza tastes AMAZING and they use the BEST ingredients. And someone said in the comments that their chicken is dry. This is not true. I ordered a chicken tender sub and it was so GOOD that the next day i had to order another one. Great place, Great people, great food. i highly recommend this place for someone who wants pizza.

Really great pizza. My thought is that its better than any New york city pizza hands down. I got hooked by my boyfriend who loves this place. Love the options of all the different toppings. Although I haven't got a chance to try a salad or anything other items other than the pizza everything else on the menu look absolutely amazing. If we get back to Albany the first stop will be Madison's Pizza for sure. Oh yeah by the way this is coming from someone who likes Chicago style pizza. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Great pizza and wings. Garlic cheese bread was okay. It was a sub roll cut into sections which doesn't bother me, but they closed it, so it stuck together. Be better if it was left open. The crew working that night were friendly and got the order ready fast. I'd eat there again.

Been there twice, I'm originally from NYC I've lived in NYS for over 19 yrs and never was satisfied with the pizza up here just k not like wow... Till I came across this pizza spot and this one is it!!! if I lived closer than I do I'd b there often getting pizza, love their pizza perfect sauce perfect cheese perfect crust.... We got the steak wrap, and may I say it was phenomenal. This was the closest thing open late near the hospital, but I was uniquely surprised at how mouthwatering the food was. Definitely worth more than what we paid and those French fries were to die for!! 💯 going back to see what other treats they have.

The crust for the pizza and the dough for the garlic knots is outstanding (everything about the garlic knots is great, not just the dough). I fully anticipate my rating will go up to 5 stars when I find my favorite topping combo and subsequently never go to any other pizza place in Albany.

Pretty decent quality for a not-too shabby price. I paid $6.50 for two "deluxe" slices of veggie ranch and a chicken part-time slice. Crust was pretty good. Only thing I'll knock on them as that their flavor could be stronger. I felt like I had to use a decent amount of red pepper flakes to get it to the right level of flavor and spice.

It’s a go to late night spot. If you’re in need of something to fill you up after drinking or you’re hungry and forgot that you’re in Albany shuts down after 9pm- this is a go to spot. The prices don’t make sense for the food but they gotta make their money too. Stop in for some wings and pizza. I didn’t have time for photos it was late and we were too hungry to bother but it was good.

Great pizza!! The margarita slice is one of faves. Reminds me of the pizza in the city....parking can be tough at times but they have great food.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill a lot. It used to be a staple of downtown Albany but now the quality is just very mid. It's a great place to go. If everything else is closed please make your garlic knots better.pizza. I would rate a 6.1 out of 10.

The meat lovers pizza arrived cold, of course. I understand that could be a delivery issue. However, the pizza had NO red marinara sauce, or so little it's undetected. No flavor overall, and undercooked dough. I also asked for paper plates, and utensils, and got nothing. I had to reheat the pizza slices sitting on tissues at my hotel. I would definitely not order again. I ate 1 1/2 slices (because I was starving) and threw the rest out.

This place makes decent pizza. However, some of the staff members need to work on both their manners and inferential comprehension skills. We called to order their “Buffalo Chicken Pizza.” My friend had ordered this item before and did not remember its exact name. Hailing from Western New York, we asked for “Chicken Wing Pizza.” The staff member taking our order was not only quite confused by this, but made no effort to decipher the confusion. Instead, he said they had no such item and asked if we’d ever ordered there before. We couldn’t figure out how that information would most efficiently clarify the situation. He then seemed to put the phone down with no warning. After waiting a bit, we decided to hang up and clarify the situation in person. We next arrived at their location. When my friend attempted to clarify the confusion, they continued to sass her by asking, “oh, are you the one who called about chicken wings” in a mocking tone. After my friend was able to help them make the connection between our wording and the literal name of their menu item, our order was placed. Upon receiving our pizza, the staff members went on to ask, “do you want the bone on it too?” It would have been taken with levity had they not been rude and confused throughout the process.

I started ordering from them in 2017-it was great!! Lately there have been many issues but today I am done!!! I found HAIR in my pizza slice and my daughters slice too. The guy on the phone said $58, when my fiance picked it up it was $69 and change?!?! My fiancé didn’t check the receipt until after he paid. This place is a scam. The pizza was mediocre, the crust is like cardboard. The bbq sauce on the bbq chicken is just awful. The margarita pizza didn’t even have basil on it. Honestly you can get better pizza from Domino’s. If you choose to dine here check your receipt and confirm the price before you pay.

This was our family’s go to place for months, an years but the last few times they forgot the 2 liter that was included in their”special”, which I just brushed it off as I know places get busy mistakes happen. Well we go there so much our address an our orders of regular automatic come up. So last week we ordered our usual which was the large pizza half pepperoni half cheese, 2liter, 10 wings(lemon pepper an crispy) a. Cheeseburger deluxe. So when it arrived the wings were wrong even though I wrote a note in their special instructions part to make the wings lemon pepper because that’s not on Ubers selection but they know this. So I call an the manager he was very apologetic an said the next time you order you’ll get them free. He said NOTHING about we had to go pick them up at 10:30 at night he said an I repeat next time you order you get them on us. Great! My husband said are you making a note of this in the system he said YES. Well as usual it’s our weekly pizza night an we go to order an the owner I’m assuming got on the phone an started yelling at my husband !!! Like are you serious?? You tell your loyal customer something an go back on it. If we wanted to do pickup we wouldn’t have ever used delivery an it was never said we had to pick them up. I’m not only disgusted at the way we were treated on the phone that was the most unprofessional thing this guy could’ve done but all the money I have spent….smh… I’m calling the Better Business An filing a formal complaint I want my money back. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Poor customer service & Overall bad experience. The delivery was 45 minutes late and they delivered the wrong order. I called the store to request a refund and they refused to accommodate even though my delivery was completely wrong. Not to mention the food was not good. If you are in Albany and looking for solid pizza, I would recommend ordering from SoHo pizza on Lark St.

Gave this place a lot of tries. The food always seems like it's old. I went in around 11am, ordered garlic knots and every garlic knot tasted like it was made at different times. I can tell they gave me the leftover garlic knots from the previous night. I asked if they offered student discount, they said no. Even though someone in my business class did a project on Madison Pizza, saying that they did offer student discount. You can tell they just want the food out.

My neighbor told me to try this place out. I didn't eat anything all day, just moved to this area, and so I went by to grab a sub after work. Got there, and they told me they were only selling slices. I got 2 slices chicken bacon ranch. I ate 2 bites from a slice, it tasted rancid (like pure sulfur, bleach, and hate) so I gave the other slice to my roommate to try. We were both fighting for the bathroom to throw up all night. I've rarely been so badly food poisoned. They should rename it "Exorcist Pizza", you won't stop the flood of vomit for a couple days. But it didn't stop their! Imagine 2 people with 1 bathroom, and horrible food poisoning! Don't eat here ever, but if you want to see what food poisoning feels like, give the chicken pizza a try!

We moved to our new home last month, and called to place an order for pick up, and they VERY rudely refused service to us because they insisted I was the previous resident, who apparently placed an order with them before and never showed up. After repeatedly telling them that that was not me, and that we are new residents to this address, they refused service. Besides them thinking they are a a doctors office with an attendance policy, their pizza is pretty good and we wish we were able to order the pizza for my son’s birthday that day. We will never be customers there again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with an older man working in customer service. He was extremely rude and came across as racist. I’ve encountered him twice when picking up my food, and both times the service was terrible. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope it will be addressed.

I ran into quite a few issues tonight. First, it took an hour for my order to arrive even though I live less than half a mile away. I would’ve picked it up myself, but my car is in the shop and it’s about 10 degrees outside. The driver even called asking for my address again, so I’m guessing it was written down incorrectly. Second, by the time the food finally got here, it was cold. Third, parts of my order were missing. Fourth, I tried calling multiple times over the past hour, but the phone immediately disconnected each time and said the line was busy. And finally, when I spoke with the driver, he said he’d talk to his manager and have a new order sent out, but it seems like that never happened.

Madison’s used to be our favorite, but the quality has gone downhill. Last two times Ordered the 18” Pizza, Wings & Soda special soda was missing, and the wings came undercooked and cold. Even with a partial refund, we couldn’t enjoy our meal. Undercooked food is a serious health concern. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless things improve.
