The Spicy Sichuan Cold Noodle is one of the best dishes I have tasted in my life. It is the perfect amount spicy that is addicting to me.
This is one of the few places in the neighborhood I go for my picky Chinese stomach. The food is very comforting for me. Love the sausage Bing and the congee here is really tasty.
spicy szechuan chicken + shrimp rice rolls + taro boba = perfect order
A hipster foodie dream! Great variety of dumplings and szechuan style street food! A Brooklyn Heights gem! They also sell frozen dumplings.
I love their vegetable dumplings <3 the best ones with a boba tea. And lovely people <3
Got the rainbow set dumplings and the sweet pork bing and both were INCREDIBLE. (And if there’s no seating inside, cobble hill park is just one street down and with plenty of picnic tables there to eat)
Very tasty dumplings made with fresh ingredients. Tiny place so not much seating, very nice staff and food is made quickly.
Passion fruit green tea, chicken and shrimp dumplings, lemon and lime drink —all so good! No pics all devoured 💕
Absolutely the best dumplings I’ve ever had
Tasty dumplings with many options. The bing crepe/sandwiches are delicious too - basically street food done well.
One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I’ve enjoyed everything I tried on their menu. Super quick and friendly staff. Wish I had discovered them sooner!
This place is phenomenal, I wish I had more Than 5 stars
Traditional cuisine plus innovative ideas for the dumplings and bing they made. Taste Great!
Tasty dumplings ready in no time and a variety of other yummy noodles, sandwiches, and other bites. Highly recommend the spicy pork and mushroom dumplings and the braided beef mo. Friendly service. Great addition to the neighborhood!
I’ve been going here for dumplings for a while now, they’re absolutely the best I’ve ever had. But I was sleeping on the beef noodle soup, its very authentic (according to my Taiwanese friend) and tasty as hell. 20/10
This place is so good! I always get delivery via Uber eats and the food comes piping hot. My go to hangover cure : chicken wonton soup + the cold sesame noodles. The pricing & quality of the food is always so good, definitely a favorite of mine.
The dumplings are so so good. Definitely get the beef and chicken ones. I love how they have different colors based upon the flavor. It gives a nice aesthetic to the dish. I was so sad when I finished them. I wanted more.
Local gem! Hard to find a quality handmade dumpling shop. The vegetarian dumplings and Sichuan cold noodles are our family’s go-to order. Pro-tip: You can buy frozen dumplings. Came in handy for korean new year
Everything here is great. I’ve tried most of the dumplings and many noodle dishes. The spice level is perfect on everything. The staff is nice and the service is quick.
This place rules. Everything is excellent but I recommend the braised tofu, cucumber salad and chicken wonton soup. They are SO quick and efficient and on top of things. Really a standout in an expensive neighborhood with lots of dine in places.
SO delicious! The beef noodle soup and steamed chicken dumplings were absolutely wonderful. I wish I lived near enough to go here regularly.
This place is such an under the radar gem. Got the pork chive dumplings and pork wontons with chili sauce and a bubble tea. Everything was delicious and quick and the staff were so nice. Definitely recommend!
Good quick service. Had the pork and beef dumplings and they were really good. Glad there is a choice for either 6 or 8 in an order. Not a lot of room in the place but I sat in the curb with some friends and that was fine.
I've now been 3 times and Oh! is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. All the dumplings are great (get the 'rainbow' i.e. one of each type if you're unsure which to get!) as well as the bings. The sweet pork floss bing is great - will be back for other items! Good for quick, cheap pick-up.
It was busy. I wished they cooked the pork and chive dumplings both steamed / fried a few mins longer. But they were busy so understandable. First time i had bing. I wish they gave me hotsauce. I would def get all three items again.
I ordered thru Grubhub today and I got the pork dumplings and the chicken dumplings. They were both really good. I definitely enjoyed it and will be back to try a lot of their other entrees.
Zhajiangmian and jianbing were delicious 🙏 authentic Beijing cuisine will be coming back again, they were very kind! Good prices too. Only feedback is zhajiangmjan could have more topping
Very kind and accommodating staff. Dumplings are delicious and well priced.
The dumplings here were so good!!! We also got the beef noodle soup which was also amazing. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back.
Great dumplings of various flavors! One of the best that I’ve had in New York. They also have bings which are difficult to find in other restaurant. Great place overall.
Small place but good!! The service was good! The food was good! They were so busy today but I got all I need on this particular day.
02-28-26 Update: I just tried the braised tofu and it was incredibly good. Try the braised BBQ tofu. The wonton soup here is incredible. I usually get a Bing and wonton soup when I come here. I eat here about 3 times a week. Very good quality food . I've even thought bought buying frozen dumplings here to cook at home. This is definitely one of my favorite eateries in Carrol Gardens. Absolutely delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this place. Five stars would give ten stars if possible.
My mind wandered to dumplings…at that moment I heard the crisp sound of a doorbell ringing through the fragile silence of my 2.5 bedroom apartment. “Who could it be?” I thought semi-sensually. It was my order of dumplings from Oh Dumplings that seemed to have arrived with such briskness I barely had time to submit the payment from my adequately capitalized debit account. Delicious? Dumplings are solid and noodles and burgers quite good. Reliable, fast, and reasonably priced in an area lacking other standout Chinese food options? You bet your ample dump truck.
New favorite delivery restaurant!! The Spicy and Sour Dumpling Soup is my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of their menu options. Portions of the soups, dumplings, and noodles are perfect for sharing (or for feasting by yourself). Delivery is always fast and reliable.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon and got the chive and pork dumplings and a spicy beef bing. The dumplings are handmade and very tasty. I definitely want to come back to try the other ones. They also do frozen dumplings that you can take home to make yourself.
Delicious, authentic, no frills Chinese Food which is really hard to come by. Oh Dumplings is always fast and never disappoints. It's a staple in my rotation. I can recommend the pork & chive dumplings, zha jiang mian, and the seaweed salad too. From what I've tried though, can't go wrong with anything on their menu!
Try the sweet pork jianbing and the veggie dumplings. My brother is a big fan of the vegan noodles. The place is small but it's cozy and welcoming. I order from here a few times a month, very happy with it every time.
So yummy!!! And the owners were so kind and generous. They put spicy sauce in my food when I asked not to (but it was fine) and they offered to give me free seaweed salad. I ordered a sweet pork jianbing + shrimp mo. Both were absolutely amazing. The sweet pork just melts in your mouth and I loved the crispy bits. Also the shrimp mo was so yummy (the spicy sauce actually made it taste better). On top of all that, the prices were unbeatable!!! I would recommend everyone to try it!!
We got take out and I forgot to add chili oil on the order and the owners sent it separately in another delivery!! It was the kindest gesture and just shows the establishment is run by people who genuinely care about their customers!
This place is great. The person behind the counter was helpful and the place was spotless clean. I got the spicy pork and mushroom dumplings and they were PERFECT for a quick bite before catching the ferry into Manhattan. I’m excited to try some of their larger portion items because this place was delicious.
Delicious dumplings at a reasonable price! my sister and I each had an order of the pork and corn dumplings0 the green wrappers are so vibrant and fun! I also got the original Bing, since I was curious about it- it was delicious and flavorful- a wonton omelet, if you will. The hot chili oil/ sauce was delectable. I wish I was in the area more, so that I could go more! Simple, honest, clean food.
Really love the food here. I usually get the steamed chicken dumplings and chicken congee and a matcha boba. The boba is so fresh here.I love Congee such a healthy comfort food and I the green onions on top give it a nice touch of sour flavor balance. The dumplings taste very fresh and dough is perfect thickness, not too tick or thin where they break as soon as you pick them up. I work in the area and go for lunch, food is always quick and feels like a treat but very reasonably priced. I’ve also had a couple of the noodle dishes and the tofu pancake sandwich (sorry can’t remember name) was really good with a nice spicy zing to it. Try it out, and get a couple things, everything I’ve had I would order again.
Takeout review: tiny inside so I always get takeout, service is ok, been coming here for ages and the food never disappoints. The dumplings have a thicker wrapper so more doughy/pillowy than your usual dumplings but still super tasty. I always get the veggie/tofu dumplings and the chicken dumplings.
I love this little place! Great dumplings, and they’re probably the best ones in Cobble Hill. One time, I told one of the employees that I was trying to learn Mandarin, and he spent the next five minutes (while my food was cooking,) conversing with me in Mandarin, giving me little tips and teaching me one or two new food-related words. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend. I would say to ask for more sauce when ordering 8 or more dumplings, as the sauce portion seems to never be enough for me. 谢谢!我爱您的饺子!
Awesome place! Very like it. They cook very fast and SUPER tasty! I've ordered different dumplings, ate them right away, and order one more time for my family. This place is stared in my Google Maps, and if I'm in this area, I definitely go here. Don't skip this place. Spend 5 min for checking the menu, get some dumpling and enjoy.
Finally went here after passing it every morning when I walk. The food is delicious. The portions are really good Each dumpling has it own unique and different flavor but they are all delicious. The braised beef mo (burger) is a good size, the beef is tender, tasty and spicy and the buns are thin. Definitely recommend stopping by hear if your in the area. I wish this was in Washington Heights. Seating here is limited with bar style seating and but 3/4 seats but it's cozy
I love this little spot. The dumplings are delicious. They are always courteous and the order comes out fast. I love to go there for a quick lunch. And you can seat outside, they have a few tables on the sidewalk. Don’t miss it!
This place is amazing, we used to live around the corner and would get food from here every chance we got. We've come back a few years later to find the same excellent service and the same mouth watering bings (our favorite). If you're in the area don't miss the chance to come here!
Delicious, got take out to go to a brewery. I ordered the spicy mushroom and pork dumplings, spicy wonton and the sesame noodles. The dumplings were wonderful, I gobbled them up. The sesame noodles were also good. The wontons in particular had a lovely delicate skin and covered in chilli oil it was a treat. Will be back.
In this area, one of the best chinese spots to eat at. The hand made dumplings are excellent with chewy texture outside with a good amount of juicy meat inside. The only negative is the long wait time for delivery but it worth !I'll order it again next time🥰
Super delicious dumplings! Ordered chives pork and Bing. Very authentic, will definitely come back and try other items.
I ordered on Uber eats and these dumplings are delicious flavorful on point with texture. Some of the best I’ve ordered in awhile. Pleasantly surprised I got the spicy mushroom and pork which were nice and spicy and the chicken wonton also great and distinct flavor. Next time I will try pan friend. YUM
Large portions of succulent pork and good food. Ah, just melts in the mouth. Worth every penny. I ordered grub hub for pick up. I just wish I could’ve given more tip. But that’s Grubhub fault. The dumplings were good too. The spicy ones are aptly named. So good I practically inhaled them. Almost forgot to take a picture.
This place is a great dumplings spot! 🥟 Oh Dumplings offers a wonderful selection of delicious 🤤 dumplings (pork 🐷, chicken 🐔, shrimp 🦐, veggie 🥬, and beef 🐮), bings (crepe style sandwiches 🥪), noodles 🍜, soups 🍲, and more! Service is quick ⏲️ and the staff 👨🍳 is friendly and welcoming! The have limited seating 🪑 so consider taking your order to go. 🥡 I wish I came here sooner!
Loved everything we ordered, especially the spicy tofu and cucumber. Pretty impressed because they taste almost as authentic as a street side dim sum place in China. The Chinese chef was so sweet and gave us a free xiao Cai to try. Will definitely come back here when we need some China refuel.
Absolutely in love with this place. Everything is delicious and 13/10 going back for the Chinese crepe burrito (called a bing) 🤯🤯🤯🤯. The spicy pork wontons were 🔥🔥and the right amount of numb. They are super accommodating when my wife ordered the vegetarian bing it came with egg (she doesn’t eat egg) and they remade it without.
Small counter serve specializing in dumplings, bing (savory stuffed crepes), mo (Chinese burger), and noodles. Service was friendly and thoughtful, and my order was prepared quickly. Prices are very affordable here for quality food. I had the rainbow platter of all six types of dumpling, boiled or fried. Each had a different protein filling, with a unique flavor profile and texture. They were perfectly cooked, and my favorite was the shrimp and chive. Can't wait to come back!
The pork/chive and shrimp dumplings here were really good, with crispy skin and generous amounts of filling inside. The spicy wontons were more delicate than the dumplings, but they were just as good. Service is fast and friendly, and the only downside is that the seating area is very small, with three stools at a bar-type table. Will definitely come here again!
I ordered Bing (Original) and beef dumplings, the bing was so tasty and the dumpling was also good! It’s still on soft open, but the foods here are pretty authentic. They don’t have too many kinds, but I guess focusing is hard to see these days. Nice place and good position, I would definitely come back again!
I get the vegetarian Bing and my partner had tried various other dishes and soups. I like that the food is prepped and cooked in front of us to go.
We visited during the soft opening day. The food is good, clean flavors and reasonable portion sizes. They are still figuring out the organization, so service was slow and likely to improve.
Not your standard dumplings. We tried all the varieties of dumplings and particularly enjoyed the spicy pork, pork and beef ones.
My boys and I love this place and their dumplings. We are now ready to try some other items on the menu...
Fried chicken dumplings were awesomesauce. Steamed veggie dumpling not too exciting and it's a veggie concoction not actual vegetables, for your information. Noodles did not have the best texture, however, burger was yummy.
In all my years in Boerum Hill, there had never been a dumpling shop. The current site of Oh Dumplings has been various things, and now, well, we have a dumpling shop. I was impressed. I had a "special" spicy beef dumpling, and it had both kick *and* flavor, a combination not often achieved. I'm looking forward to exploring the further reaches of the menu.
Good taste, rice noodles used not wheat. Noodle portion size and meat portion good but kind of small on veggies. Mini spicy dumplings & their sauce good. Quick order filling. Broth for beef noodle nice.
Very tasty; very small, no real dine-in options
It is a tiny and quick bite take-out place inspired by a famous Chinese street food - Jianbing, similar to French crepe. I ordered Jianbing with braised beef. The beef was very tender, juicy and flavorful and it was a generous portion. The food was also twisted and not as authentic as what you can normally get in China. You can also find noodles, congee and housemade dumplings on the menu. The price is friendly compared to Manhattan.
We are so excited to have a new decent dumpling place in the neighborhood! Ordered from here tonight and we were really impressed. I had the veggie dumplings (ordered the steamed, will get pan fried next time) and the veggie Bing which was really delicious and flavorful. My husband was impressed with the pork/corn dumpling as well as the beef dumpling, which he said was great bc the beef was actually medium rare. I'd love more dipping sauce for the dumplings to be included next time we order, but other than that, really happy with this new place!
The staff there are really nice, but the food is just ok. Not very authentic. The dumpling wraps are too thick and doughy. Jian Bing (Chinese crepe) is just average.
These dumplings used to be delicious, but lately the quality has been going down. Hopefully they will take note and improve
Brown sugar bubble tea with oatmilk was completely perfect, everything you want in bubble tea. I got the veggie dumplings pan fried, which really didn't taste like much other than faint general veggie (carrot mostly) and the oil they were fried in. The sauce they give is very vinegary.
Honestly, 3.5 if I could give it. They over-process the filling so the meat inside it just tastes mushy and have no texture to it, and the seasoning is very one dimensional, good for people to try out dumplings for the first time, but I'd skip if you're more experienced with dumplings.
A very ordinary small shop. As a gourmet, this shop does not have a very amazing dish. The beef in the beef noodles tasted stale and sour. I will not come again.
Ordered some wonton soup. Was a bit salty and definitely overpriced — nine dollars is a lot for half a quart.
Really wanted to like this place as a cute little neighborhood takeout spot, but it was relatively expensive and not worth it for the quality. The dumpling skins are chewy but are so thick and the fillings are a bit bland. The wontons were overcooked to the point where the skins were disintegrating. Hoped for better. Maybe it was an off day.
This place is a solid dumpling spot where you can get decent dumplings at a good price, but it’s nothing incredibly tasty. I got the chicken and mushroom boiled dumplings. The filling was a bit bland and the skin was thicker than I like, but they were still pretty good and very fresh. The service is good and the space is very clean, although there is no indoor seating.
Dumplings aren’t too bad but everything is cooked with soy bean oil and the taste of the oil is pronounced throughout every dish, not coming back here again.
I dont like giving bad reviews but this is the second time the food was just okay. I gave it a second chance just because I wanted a scallion pancake. It didn’t have cucumber or scallions. It was just the braised beef with lettuce?. The tofu was good but I’m disappointed with the pancake.
The taste of the steak was not appealing. I couldn’t get past 2 bites. And the meat seemed to be fake meat. Or just poor quality.
It is a beautiful micro restaurant, I have been there twice for their teas. I must however, in all honesty give them failing mark ( in my personal opinion ) : because the tea I ordered last time had a foreign matter in it. At first when it swirled in my mouth I thought it was the stem of the tea. Since I found it odd I pulled it out of my mouth and it turned out to be a piece of metal shard. It looked like sharded brillo that they cleaned with came loose and was boiled in the boba/tapioca pearls. I did call and tell them about my experience, they asked if they could rectify the situation, but I couldn't go back. I'm sad, I could have swallowed it and tea should not be worth a hospital visit.😔
Avoid this place at all costs. Their food is absolutely disgusting. Expect to receive bones in your soup dumplings and taste flavors from the lowest quality ingredients possible. I was bamboozled by the positive reviews, they are certainly fake. Hopefully this saves someone money and an inedible meal. Oh, and they don’t give straws with their sealed bubble teas.
