Yours Truly Coffee

Yours Truly is a local gem in Nolita. Cold brew is fantastic and I love that the coffee beans are roasted from the owner himself. Thomas is a wonderful barista and does a great job making the cafe a warm and welcoming place to hang out and/or work. The quality of coffee is exceptional and one of the best cafes in the area.

Yours truly is my go to coffee spot. They have amazing tasting beans and deliver great quality drinks. My personal favorites are the flat white and the matcha late. But they also do in house special drinks like the Mr. Fahrenheit which is pretty much a flat white but with a kick of spice that has become my go to drink in the fall. The manager Thomas is also a great guy who makes you feel welcomed like it’s your home every time you come in.

I work at a restaurant near by and get my cold brew here every day, and honestly I don’t think we could function without it. We all come here every morning and start off the day with a cup and it’s the best part of the day. The barista is super nice and helpful always explaining different drinks and fulfilling orders quickly regardless of how busy it is. Definitely recommend you visit 10/10.

A very cute and cozy coffee shop but what made my day was Carmen’s smile and welcoming hello when I walked in! She acknowledged me and was super patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Carmen truly made my experience at a NYC coffee shop even more special because of her kindness and amazing barista skills!!

Needed something to stir my post-holiday stupor. I ordered a Mr Fahrenheit because 1) what a great name and 2) it sounded like a spicy hot chocolate coffee. It was so good! I loved the little kick from the cayenne – it's a perfect winter drink. My friend really liked her Nutella latte too. Will definitely be back to try that!

You find the most interesting things that you wouldn’t normally find if you were back in the Burbs. For instance, here at Yours Truly Coffee they are an Authorized dealer of Big Bamboo rolling paper. Their iced coffee wasn’t that bad either.

From my visit in June 2023. Small coffee shop with lacking care to the coffee making process that focuses on convenience and orders that are to go. The coffee is on the stronger, roastier side making it more bitter and less smooth. I prefer smoother, well balanced roasts so not a huge fan.

Cute neighborhood spot. Got the drip coffee a while back and thought it was bitter and had an off putting smell/taste. Thought it could’ve been a bad batch - got again today and had the same experience so unfortunately will not be going back. Perhaps some of their other drinks are tasty but was really not a fan of their drip coffee based on the fact I had to get another coffee right after!

Half empty, dirty cups, rude barista was on his phone for minutes until he wanted to take my order. I had to ask for him to take it. Overpriced for what it is.

The price for a cold brew (only one sized) was 5.50, about .75 cents more than the average chain place. I get it black, only ( no sugar or ice) and with light ice, since I drink it quickly and the ice always dilutes the taste too much. The barista very pointedly told me that if I wanted light ice, there would be room left at the top. The drink I was served had around 1 & 1/2 oz of space, at the top. It’s remarkably petty and cheap, on an already overpriced drink, to short an ounce if a customer wants lighter ice. Save your money, and go to Dunkin’
