The wings were perfect! Not too dry not too over cooked. I ordered extra wet, and they indeed delivered! Mamosa was our server , very kind, friendly, and provided great service! As well as the busser who kept our table clean from start to finish! Thank you pluckers team!

Came here on Saturday right at opening time. Was seated right away, the food came out quick and it was also hot upon coming out. Server was very helpful and nice, gave refills as needed. I usually don't have a good experience at pluckers because the wait is too long so but i guess the best thing you can do is go close to opening time. The tenders were big and juicy and the wings were good as well. Will return to this location over the others in Austin as it was nice and clean inside and all the workers were helpful. 👌

I went in on Wednesday for their training run. It was well organized and everything went so smoothly. I was not a member but was able to sign up day of. I was number 41 in line but being handed out the food vouchers and wait in the comfort of your own car was great. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Can't wait till it's open.

I had the chance to visit Pluckers Wing Bar during their soft opening, and it did not disappoint! The food was just as great as always—crispy, flavorful wings with a solid variety of sauces to choose from. Despite the team still being in training, the service was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was lively, with multiple TVs playing the latest games and upbeat music adding to the vibe. Definitely looking forward to coming back once they’re fully up and running!

Food and service from my waiter was great, the atmosphere is different than south lamar and felt like I was cheating on my main Wingdaddys but it was good another reason for the atmosphere rating was after using the the restroom I tried crossing back to my table and all the pluckers employees were blocking my path it took me having to say excuse me for them to move with a dirty look.

Wings is good, but what the heck is this crappy chicken cheesestake? Horrible! Who thought that would be a good to put on a menu? I will come back, but from now on, I will just stick with wings only and avoid everything else. Pluckers did take off my sandwich off my bill. When I got my sandwich, I thought to myself, what the heck is that? Looked like chop scraps left over on the cutting board.

I finally got to check out this location I've had some bad instances with pluckers but I really enjoyed this location everyone was friendly and service was pretty fast for the most part they are super busy though probably will be busy for a while especially with all the games going on but that's just a prime location for everyone honestly. The restrooms were pretty clean and the food was good my fries were mostly hot. Parking kind of sucks but there's a lot of parking is just a little crappy I will say though definitely check in early on the app it'll definitely help you get in there faster. Update this place is really awesome just got served by our server name Ali maybe she killed it and took care of us everything was fast and quick we'll definitely come again.

We visited on Saturday (03/08/25) for date night. We checked in online at 6:45 pm and finally got seated around 8:20 pm. The food was decent, our server was alright (very new and still learning), and the restaurant was very busy and loud. It was an enjoyable experience but nothing to write home about. We are excited to have a Pluckers closer now. We ordered fried pickles, the Bypass burger and the Boneless Wings Basket, which turned out to just be giant chicken strips coated in sauce. We also ordered a blueberry lemon drop shot that was suggested to us by someone working the floor and it was absolutely delicious.

Always double check your to go orders! Half the time you order extra wet wings you get dry wings. Then you have to wait longer for them to being you tiny sauce cups to make up for it. They'll forget items, which thankfully, if you call them they'll issue you a refund for said item but that also takes a long time.

The food was good, but the stench on the patio ruined the experience. It smelled like old urine in an outhouse and made my sinuses burn. Next time we'll eat inside.

45mins...I waited 45mins. I get for a large group but for a few nuggets it was a ridiculous wait time. I literally saw people come and go who got there well after us, staff kept ignoring when I kept asking for my child's order. On the last attempt before walking out I again asked where my kids order was. Finally I received my order and was given practically nothing. Very disappointed in this location. Suggest going any other pluckers than this one. Bartender was rude and practically through my kids drink at us!

Very disappointed. I’m a Pluckers member and have visited several different locations, but this one — although fairly new — was by far the worst experience. We were seated quickly, especially considering it was Valentine’s Day around 10pm, which we appreciated. However, the service went downhill from there. Our server (male, red hat and black shirt) was very dismissive and not attentive at all. My husband’s beer sat at the bar for quite some time, and I had to ask the server to bring it over. Our food took almost an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. Even the ranch was warm. The server never checked back in after dropping off the food to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We eventually had to ask for a box and the check ourselves. Spending $60 on cold food and poor service was extremely disappointing. Definitely not the experience we’re used to as Pluckers members.

No parmesan on the garlic parmesan. Also waited 25 minutes more from the estimated pick up time. celery provided was dirty and old. Was really excited to show wife the variety of flavors had to offer but they were out of 7 sauces.

I love that this place is 5 minutes from my home. But the service is horrible. I order food from here every Friday night and order the same two meals and the food I order is never made In time. I’ve waited multiple times 30+ minutes to receive my food because they say there still working on something. One time they forgot to give me my holy Mac that I ordered which is 11$ by the way. Manager told me they would give me a gift card. I received my gift card and found out it was only for 10$ smh. I know it’s only one dollar difference but they could’ve at least gave me 15$ for the amount of time I waited and the missing holy Mac they didn’t give me. So far I’ve been nothing but disappointed with this new pluckers location.

My sister and I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived exactly at the time stated on the order confirmation. When I checked in, I was told it wasn’t ready and to give them 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I checked again and was told it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, my sister’s order was brought out, which was strange because we ordered the exact same items. When I asked about the delay, one employee told me it was because the food was being made fresh. After waiting another 10 minutes, I checked again and was told it still wasn’t ready and to give them 5 more minutes because they were “packing my order.” Five minutes later, I asked again and was told it was still not ready. By this time, I was very irritated because they kept giving time estimates that were not accurate. I asked to speak to a manager, who took another 5 minutes to come to the front. She apologized and said the delay was due to an appetizer, which conflicted with what I had been told earlier about the chicken tenders being made fresh. She offered us drinks, which was kind, but after nearly an hour of waiting, my sister’s food was already cold. When my order finally came out, the manager also gave us a gift card for less than half of what I paid for my meal. Unfortunately, by the time we got home, both of our meals were cold and unenjoyable. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of communication and inaccurate wait times. If the delay had been explained honestly from the start, this experience would have been much less frustrating.

Normally food is delicious, but last time we went the chicken was very tough and rubbery :/ Tots were almost inedible, super stale, plastic texture, no crunch to them. We also got super skinny fried pickles, we mentioned this to the waiter, but there was nothing he could do about it. 1/10 food and waste of our money. The wings were also black, pic attached. Did not eat much and left hungry

I wasn’t planning on writing this review, especially after being promised gift cards in the mail. But it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received them. Not only was my order not ready at the promised time. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The quality of the food was disappointing. When I got home, I noticed the wings had no seasoning, and the celery actually had mold on it. If you decide to visit this location, I strongly recommend checking your food carefully before eating.

Pluckers hasn't responded to me in over 6 months. You may have seen my other review for Oak Hill. After getting food poisoning there and avoiding Pluckers for months, we decided to give this location a chance since its new and closer to our home. We went on 4/15/2025. A breakdown: - After placing our order, our waitress came back and told us that they were out of Beyond Chicken Tenders - My partner then ordered the fries basket tossed in spicy lemon pepper, but received the wrong order when it came out, (parmesan garlic fries) - By the time her actual order came out we were not only almost finished with our meal, we had to remind the staff to bring the ranch that was ordered with the fries - When we got our bill, I asked to review the tab and our waitress seemed rather flustered with the request only for me to find an inconsistency with the order having double charged us for the fries basket, which was then removed before payment Additional concerns: - Our waitstaff never refilled my partner's water the entire stay - Waitstaff couldn't answer questions regarding sauce combinations - Waitstaff confused us with the table behind us - We saw at one point a supervisor come to talk to our waitress about our order, but we never had a supervisor approach or come talk to us To be clear, our waitress did make the effort to greet us, repeated our original order accurately and had a great start. However, after not hearing back from anyone, even Corporate, I am not feeling confident in Pluckers.
