The team at the Aledo Subway is fantastic. Especially the store manager Zack. He is very nice and definitely knows how to run the store best. Even during the lunch rush, the line moved quickly, and every 'sandwich artist/employee' was friendly and patient.

The store is very clean and organized as well as curb friendly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for the customers. It is always nice to see the manager working with his employees on the front line. I can always count on Subway for a quick low calorie meal.

Zack did an amazing job on my sandwich! He paid close attention to details in how I prefer my fixings. When I got home and ate my sandwich, he didn't disappoint. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Placed order online with ease. Called the store to confirm my order was received and my call was answered promptly. The employee was friendly and efficiently confirmed the order. Everything was ready in the 15 minute drive to the store for pickup. All the food was fresh and of superb quality. The wrap was stuffed with ingredients and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a toasted sub, made it to my destination and it was a completely cold sub. Called them the lady on the phone argued with me about what I got as if I'm not the one trying to eat a disgusting cold sub. Just told her forget I'll just never return

This was not a great experience. There were 3 young men who were working. My nephew started to order and I had to repeat myself 3 times. One of the young men had to correct the other for what we wanted. As Another young man started helping me, he started to prepare my order, he got all the way to the veggies in my Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. I asked if he was going to heat it, he responded ko and argued with me as to how it was fixed. I have always been asked if I wanted the meat heated. I couldn't continue the order.

This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong. When I told them they should really look at the “Special Instructions” section the older gentleman at the counter he turned to the guy that made my sandwich and mocked me sarcastically repeating what I said. Then sarcastically said have a nice day. When I got home I called the store and asked to talk to the owner or I would like their name and number. I am fairly certain that the voice on the other end was they guy who mocked me and said he was the area manager. I wanted to talk to the owners to let them know about the issue so they could fix it because by losing my business they are the ones truly affected. But I was told “we don’t give that information out”. Well the owner is now going to suffer and the rude gentleman I’m sure will have a different job in a few months anyway. Apparently their names are Terry and Paul. The large guy made the sandwich and the other is Mr. Sarcastic.

Chrysti was disrespectful when i was trying to change my order as well as took her sweet time and still got my order wrong. Then when i went to pay they completely charged me for something i did not receive.

My brother and I went into subway during a late night dinner run. As we pulled in place was packed with stinky teenagers, and I mean STINKY. ( there was one individual I won’t name names, that has his Hawaiin shirt completely unbuttoned and no shoes or socks on. He then proceeded to go into the rest room- not wash his hands, and go up to his friend that was checking my brother and I out. He put his hands all over the cash register and near the food, again this teenager had no shoes or socks on and didn’t wash his hands in the bathroom.) All the staff were teenagers and none of them got our orders correct, they were all talking to their friends instead of attending to our order. While I don’t usually have negative things to say about food workers, this time it was actually disgusting.

I order subway once a week most of the time I go in the last two times I’ve done a mobile order last week they completely got the order wrong they mixed mine and my husband order it was right before closing so I couldn’t Call and have it fixed today I did a mobile order and again it didn’t come out right I just didn’t have the energy to go back. Also why do they give you the option to order Coke but don’t have it in store. I don’t recommend coming to this one it’s really gone down the crapper .

I watched both employees keep their gloves on while they rang up orders on the computer screen and the woman was touching her face with her gloves on.

The last two times before this I waited 15 and 25 minutes respectively over my estimated time to get my food. I understand what an estimation is but they already a lot 20 minutes out from time of order. Getting two sandwiches 45 minutes after I order them is ridiculous. Won't be back to this location.

When did this location start being so restrictive with their toppings? The artist literally counted single pickles to place in my salad. I’ve never had this issue before. I understand inventory management but I should not have to pay a premium for a few toppings. I’d rather go elsewhere.
