Beat fast food burger in a nationwide poll for a reason! I have been going to this location at least 10 times a year, for the last decade, and overall, I am very happy with them. They had some issues after Rona, but got things in order, and always deliver! I can't think of the last time they made a mistake on order. Better than 98% accuracy.
Great experience at this eatery they provide excellent service with a smile. Anytime I go this professional establishment they always ask if I need any condiments and the customer service assuring I have everything within my bag is extremely important. When I go out to eat I expect and deserve to be treated as a VIP every visit. I am a educator and I teach our student population to be respected and provide quality customer service. Because word of mouth goes along way for the quantity of service you will obtain for longevity of the establishment. I can’t express how disappointing it is to get home after working all day with the wrong order and cold fries. I would definitely recommend this eatery to everyone. Came here on NYE morning, and had great food. Didn't catch her name, but whoever the lady was who was carrying food out to cars was HUSTLING! She had a great attitude, greeting everyone in the dining room and made our day brighter!

I have to share this. On Tues, April 29th, whilst taking my granddaughter to see her "grammie", I stopped off at the Whataburger Benbrook location to place an order for take-away. Since I have a disdain for drive-thru's, I went inside. My granddaughter placed her order, then I did mine. They got her order right ... mine not so much. Not even close. It was just for 3 burgers, no combo. The error was not discovered of course til I got home. I returned later that evening & spoke to Sandy, the manageress on duty. She promptly took my receipt, jotted down some notes on it, dated & initialled it. Told me to return with it and show it to whoever was the manager/manageress on duty. Well, that was today, Friday, May 2nd. Andrea was the manageress on duty. I presented the ticket, explained what had happened, & straightway she went to work on it. With the newly remade order, I checked it for accuracy, & it had to be remade yet again. In all of this, we both stayed calm. Being retired, I was in no hurry ... and my last job, though in HVAC warehousing, I learnt a great deal about customer service, and how patience, with some good humour, actually pays off. Today was no different. Andrea did what a great manageress should do ... she made it right! Kudos to Sandy for listening to me and working with me to ensure that the situation would be reconciled. Kudos to Andrea for making it right. I think they both deserve a pay rise ... especially Andrea. Whilst waiting on my remade order, some lady walked in & just gave her a right good tongue thrashing. What a day, right?? As I left, I shook hands with Andrea, vowing I would let her boss know how much I appreciated her hard work in correcting a simple error. So Kristina Lippencott, if you see this ... well, now you know! If I ever need another burger done quickly, I can always stop at Whataburger, because afterall ... errors aside ... they really do make some awesome burgers! Will definitely be going back!

Curbside pickup is hit or miss at most locations. However this location has Judy and she is the best. She’s provides the best service and has an amazing spirit and attitude. We need more Judy’s in the world.
I love having dinner here at nights because of Joy. Joy takes the orders at the drive through but always knows my name and order when I eat in. She goes above and beyond. Since she has been here things have gotten better. Before my orders were always wrong and the employees seemed like they hated their job. Now, things have gotten better. Joy is a delight and a great example of a great employee.
The place was very clean, food came out super fast and was hot and delicious. The staff there are probably the nicest people we've ever had wait on us. We used to live in Texas and came down from Seattle. Been a long time since we've encountered such friendly wait staff.
This Whataburger in Benbrook is clean every time I come here. The staff is friendly and the burgers are fresh! Kristina the store manager has definitely made a difference in this Whataburger. 10/10
Whataburger is amazing and this location is out of this world awesome. The staff are the friendliest people and they take the time to get the orders right. Every order I have is custom… and every time I get something in the drive through or dine in, breakfast or dinner, late night or during the day… it doesn’t matter the staff here have got it down. If you have never been to whataburger let me give you some tips. Breakfast: grilled onions or grilled jalapeños on the honey butter chicken biscuits are a win. Taquitos get sausage or bacon with cheese and add potatoes (hash browns). A burger is always better with an egg or two (only available from 11pm to 11am). Remember they will toast your buns, grill the onions or jalapeños when asked, or substitute Texas toast for buns. Grilled cheese is also a great option.
I usually don't give fast food 5's but these guys really put in the extra effort.

Stopped off at this Whataburger and have stopped there multiple times the young lady working the drive-through at 11:45 last night which would be Friday night was exceptional. The experience at our hometown Whataburger (curbside-pickup) was excellent this evening!! When ordering through the app started they did great (2020-ish). The last couple years since the order would be hit or miss whether the order would be correct or we would be missing something. Tonight and the previous order was flawless and relieved to see it hitting all of Whataburger's previous standards again!
Consistent quality every visit. Fav sandwich is the Patty Melt-meaty and cheesy!! The meat is always perfectly cooked. So good!! Toasted bread is perfect!! Fresh tea is always nice!! If you like light, crispy onion rings-they are great! Fries equal to, maybe better than McD’s!

I have yet to have a disappointing meal here. It is always fresh when i go (around lunch time). The people there are always super inviting and nice! Every time i have gone the tables have been clean and they get orders out quick. PS, when they ask you for spicy ketchup try it!

I come to Whataburger nearly every Sunday morning and order curbside. Judy is here every time! She is such a sweetheart! She brings my food out, raining, cold or windy with a smile! 😃 Food is great, fries are always hot!
I had an awesome experience at this Whataburger! The service was top-notch, and the food was fresh and delicious. A huge shoutout to the manager, David—he was a rockstar! His leadership was evident in how smoothly everything ran, and he went above and beyond to ensure customers were taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of dedication in fast food, and it really made my visit stand out.

For a Whataburger, this one's pretty great! I recently pulled up to the drive-thru window, and the woman handing me my food wiped the excess soda off of my cup. That may be standard procedure, but most employees at most fast food restaurants won't do it. My hat's off to this location! You should go try it out!!

There was a huge line in the Drive-Thru and every single place in the parking lot was filled but the service was so quick and friendly I think it was 5 minutes before we had taquitos and black coffee in hand really friendly Service as well
We had a large order for pickup. After getting home we noticed they only forgot 1 shake. Thats not bad at all. So overall good job.

I have been coming to this Whataburger for about a year and they recently hired this young college guy that works nights. This young man remembers my order just by my voice through a speaker and makes sure that I get it hot and fast. I really appreciate that, I go before work every morning so this is something I really appreciate. I would also like to add that the young man is always in a fantastic mood. I don’t know how at 4am but it’s refreshing. Great job Whataburger team on hiring this young man and having him on drive thru please keep him around.
This is THE Whataburger to be at. The team is always wonderfully polite, the managers are always there to help with anything you need. The atmosphere is pleasant with music in the backround. The design of thier drive-throu isnt the best so you might have a slightly longer wait than normal but it is always worth it. I've had 2 issues at this location, with my orders missing something. I just called the store and they thanked me for telling them about the mistake! They took care of me everytime, they have earned my loyalty. Dont be one of thoes guys that complain about a mistake and make a huge deal about something being wrong, your a terrible person if that's you... these people care about what they do, you can tell they take pride in thier work and love serving thier community.
Had a wonderful experience here today! The employees here were very polite when I walked in, I was greeted with a wave and smile. My breakfast meal was fresh and exactly like I wanted it even with my silly specifics I asked, haha. The manager Sean checked on me twice while me and my wife ate! I was thanked once more before I left by another manger that said her name was Christina. Come eat here for a great experience!
One of the quickest Whataburger’s I’ve been to. Always super nice staff, and food is always made right! Shout out to Judy for always being the sweetest! She’s always running back and forth! You can tell she really enjoys her job!
Hello Everyone, Ok now I have been going to this location for over a year now it’s my favorite spot. Went to the one in Vegas yes it’s all lit up and nice and amazing ,but customer service was not like this location.. Update at the end: I will not go to the Whataburger on Cherry Lane anymore because of the morning manager. I've been going to Benbrook... They haven't gotten really bad also. Just like today. They gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular ketchup. They shorted me a pay on a Whataburger and they person bringing it to the curbside has less than appealing personality. I am just about done with Whataburger all together which is very sad. I guess much is my fault for not checking every single thing in the order until I got home. SMH 😒 Update: I continues to go back to Benbrook location and they are awesome. Especially the Jay in the weekend that does the curbside...I just love her so much. Of course we are all human and sometimes the people filling the order forget things. Today they forgot my egg in a breakfast in a bun 😆. Only meat and cheese. I'm not gonna drive all the way back up there. I know it was not intentional and I'll survive lol 😆

It's hit and miss. I order from this one more than the other 4 I visit weekly. When my orders are prepared correctly, it's great. When something is missing or prepared wrong it really messes up my day. I love whataburger and love getting my points on the app. Makes me wanna use a different location when I'm in Benbrook the more times they get it wrong. Bacon is a big one. It's missing half the time and I usually never say anything. I've ordered extra patties on burgers before...and extra veggies and not gotten it several times and paid for it anyway. The app is really cool, it let's you customize alot of things but it's pointless if you're rarely getting what you ordered. 3 outta 5 stars.
Usually hit up this Whataburger after a flight from DFW. I understand late shifts aren't fun, but the staff here really despise what they do. The line moved slower than an In-n-Out, with us being at the window for a non joking 30 minutes. It's a good location with Mediocre staff.
I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying my choice, the #2, turned out to be. I customized it with jalapenos, essentially turning it into a #3 with double meat. The fries were average, but the real winner was their Dr. Pepper Shake - a must-try! Service was standard fast food fare, nothing to gripe about. I was impressed by the spotless restrooms and overall cleanliness of the restaurant and parking area. It's a fantastic spot for a quick, enjoyable meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
Great food. Sandra needs some customer service training though. Way too quiet and is not gentle setting the tray down on your table. At this location, I literally had the longest drive through wait time of my life. We were only about 8 or so cars in line, but it took an HOUR to get to the food delivery window. We could've gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten faster service.
I sat in line, on 7-25-2024. For 12 minutes, I wasn't the only one, who sat longer. I really do not like to order food, and then leave. Before I pay for it, my frustration. Lays in the fact, the 2 first vehicles. Only ordered a few items, it shouldn't take that long. During covid it took that long, due to it. This location, very unprofessional, setup y'all.

we live in Benbrook and go to this place often, it’s hit or miss whether or not it’s gonna be a good experience. Today, at least the food was semi-warm, but it took forever to come out, and whenever my dad reached for some sweet tea we saw that had been sitting out for over four hours past its refill time. It said that it should’ve been redone at 2 PM, we grabbed drinks around 6:15. right before we left around 6:45, we saw one of the workers finally pick it up to redo it. The person that took our order said maybe a total of 4 words to us, mostly just a blank stare. just overall no kind people around. not typically compelled to leave a review on fast food but just leaving a warning to probably avoid the sweet tea here.

I went in with 8 friends and family members, and we mostly ordered separately. Everyone got their food, but my wife and I. We did have a custom burger on there, so I was patient and waited about 10 extra minute (everyone knows Whataburgers are pretty slow.) Finally I went up the counter (with my table number) and asked about my order. The employees then decide to accuse me of lying and saying I already got my food. I swore I didn't, and they told me they weren't going to make it. I asked for a refund, was argued with some more, and finally was given half of my money back, despite having my receipt. Worst Whataburger experience ever, and those employees should be let go. I won't return to this location again.
Service is good but the food is not Whataburger worthy anymore. Long overdue review. This location has been absolutely abysmal every time we've come. Cold fries and messed up orders were the *best* experiences we've had. The last time we came here we all ended up sick within hours. Absolutely never coming back. It amazes me that anyone goes here, the locals all know how bad it is, so it must be commuters passing through.

Abysmal is the best way to describe the overall service here, especially if it's late in the evening. Anytime I've ordered, even remotely the wait time tends to be absurd. However tonight I stopped by because they didn't seem busy and nothing else was open, pulled up to the drive thru just as the car in front of me pulled forward. I probably waited close to five minutes without anyone even registering I was there. I generally avoid this location because I tend to get better service from any of the other businesses around, and I doubt I'll be willing to go back.
I was in the drive thru over an hour they were busy that’s fair but by the time I got to the window the lobby had 5 or so people and the drive-thru only five or so. The same girl tried to give me the same order twice, it was someone else’s, then they had me pull forward and four cars got their food before me I only ordered two burgers on top I placed it online 15 mins before I got there. garbage service, garbage food, garbage restaurant. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION
I have no idea who was working the drive through window this morning but she needs to be trained in customer service Pronto. The rude tone coming from her, the way she cut me off after every single item. It ruined my run for breakfast, and made me feel inconvenient for my order that contained 2 different items. Also lied and said picante sauce was in the bag, it was not.
This is a first world problem, but I'll put it in perspective how slow this location is for a "fast food" drive through. I went to order and saw there were 5 cars in line, (last time I waited 35min in line) so I decided to drive down to McDonald's the back way and order 2 large fries for the kids. As I was heading home on 377 and passing back by this Whataburger, I noticed the 5th car was now 3rd in line... that's just silly
Messy drink from drive through got all over my car. Missing gravy, so one meal was wasted.
I've been here 3 times in a month and every single time there has been something missing from my order. The last time all I got was a kids meal and they couldn't even get that right.
We came to drive thru.............. .......but Noone answered.We waited,Noone came. I dont know what yall are doing here but every time we come here something is wrong.So, traveling to I-30 and Montgomery from now on even though you are right up the street.VERY DISAPPOINTING
What-a-disappointment !!!! I had waited till 12 at midnight waiting for my spouse to get home with my burger I had been just craving for (I’m pregnant) just to get my order wrong of 2 egg and weenie burritos which I hate so badly!!😭😭😭😤, we live 40 minutes away from this location so had to go to cleburne whatburger to get me my hamburger. The drinks from Benbrook whatburger we Gasless,no ice, wrong order, way to salty fries and cold when given to my spouse just a disappointment for him since his long work day and 1hr long drive just to this location and 40 minutes home to complete misery for me then since I had skipped dinner and water mouth craving my burger just to get 2 burritos I hate plus more gas and time to spend to go to another location
Well I went to Whataburger at lunch at 2 and order the sweet and spicy Burger. No onions. It took 15 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. I only have 30 minutes for lunch.the cashier lady was very over friendly almost to the point it was sickening me because she was making fun of me getting my burger wrong. However the manager and the pretty girl in the glasses was very very helpful.because I only had 30 minutes I did not have a lunch that the at 2 and I was very hungry. The manager did get my money back and fix my order so that was okay. The front counter help a small Hispanic girl was very condescending and very patronizing me. This was by far the worst Whataburger experience I had in my entire life.
This Whataburger has continued to be a let down. I try and try again but I give up. Today I ordered a simple 3 piece chicken strip with gravy and extra BBQ...I trust they get it right...I get home and I get this. This is why minimum wage is where it’s at...just saying. Y’all can’t get a simple order right with only 3 cars in line (/-_-)/ `|___|
Worst run Whataburger ive ever seen, takes over 20 min in the morning to order at the drivethru.
Was in line for almost an hour. Sat at the window for around 6 minutes before they took payment. Needs new managers and/ or workers.
Asked for salsa on three separate drive through orders. Received zero salsas.
We have been to this location 3 Saturdays in a row. On the way to fish. Each visit we have waited a few minutes to be acknowledged to order. It takes 15 minutes to get two taquitos and hash browns. The food is cold, not even barely warm. The ‘manager’ needs better training, he is hard to hear and has no concept of customer service.
Look at this crap all of our Benbrook food chains seem like they're just going downhill the food sucks presentation sucks and the orders are always wrong is it just me or is anybody else experiencing this in benbrook order number 565012 all I had was a hundred to pay with and got attitude from the people it'd be nice if we just quit giving them our business if they're not going to get it right been like this the past couple times we have went I put a pic of my burger on here not once did I say no vegetables and they asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes
