There was a huge line in the Drive-Thru and every single place in the parking lot was filled but the service was so quick and friendly I think it was 5 minutes before we had taquitos and black coffee in hand really friendly Service as well
We had a large order for pickup. After getting home we noticed they only forgot 1 shake. Thats not bad at all. So overall good job.
It's a wonderful place to go when your hungry and want genuinely great grilled burgers. The service was existent. Almost no wait time on my order. All in all 2 👍.
I have been coming to this Whataburger for about a year and they recently hired this young college guy that works nights. This young man remembers my order just by my voice through a speaker and makes sure that I get it hot and fast. I really appreciate that, I go before work every morning so this is something I really appreciate. I would also like to add that the young man is always in a fantastic mood. I don’t know how at 4am but it’s refreshing. Great job Whataburger team on hiring this young man and having him on drive thru please keep him around.
This is THE Whataburger to be at. The team is always wonderfully polite, the managers are always there to help with anything you need. The atmosphere is pleasant with music in the backround. The design of thier drive-throu isnt the best so you might have a slightly longer wait than normal but it is always worth it. I've had 2 issues at this location, with my orders missing something. I just called the store and they thanked me for telling them about the mistake! They took care of me everytime, they have earned my loyalty. Dont be one of thoes guys that complain about a mistake and make a huge deal about something being wrong, your a terrible person if that's you... these people care about what they do, you can tell they take pride in thier work and love serving thier community.
This guy named Shawn is extremely nice and he cares. He gave me a free dollar to get a ride home so thankful for him very blessed. To run into him very kind and good at what he does
Had a wonderful experience here today! The employees here were very polite when I walked in, I was greeted with a wave and smile. My breakfast meal was fresh and exactly like I wanted it even with my silly specifics I asked, haha. The manager Sean checked on me twice while me and my wife ate! I was thanked once more before I left by another manger that said her name was Christina. Come eat here for a great experience!

One of the quickest Whataburger’s I’ve been to. Always super nice staff, and food is always made right! Shout out to Judy for always being the sweetest! She’s always running back and forth! You can tell she really enjoys her job!
Hello Everyone, Ok now I have been going to this location for over a year now it’s my favorite spot. Went to the one in Vegas yes it’s all lit up and nice and amazing ,but customer service was not like this location.. Restrooms are always stocked and service Thank you so much for great customer service always goes a long ways. T 1h

We always come here after my grandson's soccer game. Food is always good. The shake machine was being cleaned and we didn't get our shakes, which was disappointing. Otherwise, a good place to get a burger. Kids love it.

Mostly clean restaurant. Burger didn't hope together so I are it with a knife and fork. Convenient and fairly efficient so we go there.
It’s a Whataburger. There’s not much more to say than that. The food is usually pretty great. The fries are sometimes hot sometimes not. The service is sometimes great sometimes not. Granted, it was around 3:30 a.m. when we visited, but there weren't hardly any customers yet, it took a long time for our food. Got the "wings" and wanted gravy instead of them being sauced. Had to pay extra but that was okay. Didn't give us gravy. Had to wait for a long time for the food, fries were stale and barely warm - the "wings" were dry and hard. Basically on the wings meal we paid for nothing because it was disgusting being served in that condition. I expected fresh food because it took so long for them to get it to us at the window. Also, because, you know - that's what we paid for? Staff was very nice.

Asked for salsa on three separate drive through orders. Received zero salsas.
We have been to this location 3 Saturdays in a row. On the way to fish. Each visit we have waited a few minutes to be acknowledged to order. It takes 15 minutes to get two taquitos and hash browns. The food is cold, not even barely warm. The ‘manager’ needs better training, he is hard to hear and has no concept of customer service.
