I always come in on Sundays and today I saw a new guy, his name was Edgar. He was very friendly and helpful, restaurant can use more people like him. I’d come more often :)
I work very early in the morning and the employee Blanca is always there with my food ready as soon as i get to the window! Always great service from her!
I love Carl's Jr. Burgers. They're big unlike other burger joints and flavorful. I usually get the Super Star with Cheese. But this time I got the 2 for 8 Famous Star and Double Bacon Cheese burger. Everything is going up in price every where so Im looking for the bargains. 🙂👍💯🔥🍻

Most of the employees have been here for a long time. They are like family. Always friendly and personable. It is a family atmosphere and I enjoy coming very often.
Good place to get a fast food meal. I prefer the chicken menu items, as they Always taste freshly made. The staff is pleasant and aware and tidy. Good location to visit- alone or with a family or friends.

The times I came here the staff have been super friendly and always go above and beyond when serving us. The cashier always great us with a smile and the atmosphere is always super joyful I recommend coming here.

They’ve got a real good deal on there angus burgers now, and there isn’t a better burger in the fast food world that I know of, and that includes in and out and Tommy’s and the habit. Personnel here are good natured and the premises are clean.

Had a good drive thru experience! We had a large order and needed to grab something quick before we headed out to our event. Jose helped us at the window and he was very kind! We got all of our food quick and very organized in the bags. We love a good drive thru experience!
I came to eat at Carl's Jr not to long ago and they have very excellent customer service. The food is made right on the spot for extra freshness and the atmosphere is always peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

Friendly and quick, best service by Guadalupe and Javier! Unfortunately I forced to come leave a review because I witnessed mistreatment waiting for my order from the customer “Bee” that was in drive thru, Javier wasn’t being rude, you were being raciest!! Mistakes happen all time and the poor guy was trying to his job!! You ask for a refund and that’s exactly what he was trying to do when he ask for your phone since you couldn’t get off to get a refund because you had your dog! Next time come without your dog to a fast food place and get off to get your refund! Matter a fact don’t come back with your $8 order, I’ll gladly spend that extra $8 for you not to come back! Sincerely a 10+ year customer!
I entered the restaurant after a long and gruesome shift, and instantly i was mesmerized by how clean and tidy the place was. Not to mention the friendly cashier who greeted me and took my order. When i got my order after what seemed like two minutes, i noticed how hot and fresh the fries were!! honestly can't go wrong eating here, especially with the burrito deal they have going on right now. I topped the whole meal with a shake which was also really tasty

Went there pretty late night. The dude that helped me was very nice. And good looking if I might add! 😉 he wasn't grumpy at all with me and the food was made pretty quick! Definitely a good place for a quick late night snack!

Javier serviced me. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is so good! I love how they put in an onion ring in the burger along with a slice of bacon. I always get the fried zucchini as well. The way that the restaurant makes the food is absolutely delicious. I love to dip the fried zucchini and fries in BBQ sauce. It's my favorite condiment. The tangy BBQ sauce with a little bit of spice is really tasty. Definitely recommend this or any Carl's Jr. location to anyone who is craving for fried zucchini, the Famous Star, Bacon Western Cheeseburger, and the Sourdough burger.
I came with my family to eat at Carls Jr. and the the ladies were very kind to us. The manager was friendly and the ladies made the environment fun.

This is the only Carls Jr in LA that I will drive out of my way to visit. They’re also one of the few Carls Jr. That still have the superstar for $5.99. Their burgers always taste fresh, the vegetables are freshly cut. They’re fast at the counter and even faster on drive thru. Plenty of parking if you want to dine in. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I stopped by this week for lunch and was surprised at the speed, cleanliness, and professionalism of the restaurant. Of course, since it’s lunch time, they were a bit busy. However, despite all of that I received my order correctly and with a friendly attitude. I had to use the restroom before I left and did have to wait to ask for the restroom. Of course, no fault of their own because it was busy. The restroom was very clean and had no issue. Decided to write this review since I just finished the milkshake.

The ladies here are always fast and friendly, explain menu options clearly as well as any promotions going. And i always feel comfortable and welcomed, not to mention the food is always top notch! One of the best Carl's Jr. in town.
The restaurant also had 2 staffs when we came. One to serve the Drive-thru and one to prepare food. No-one was available to take our order when we walked in. The Drive-thru staff had to overlapped and took our order from his monitor. He was doing great job and tried his best to assist us although he was doing multitasking.. The management should really hire 1 or 2 more people to work there. Otherwise, just close the walkin.
I know the world got beyond populated, more people to feed and businesses need to make a living. But I am beyond greatful that I can now afford a burger when I saw their menu in these tough times. I have NOTHING to complain about as I got to finally eat and maybe help someone else out who is struggling, just to eat. Thank you. Amazing service.

Average Carl's jr, it's clean and the workers get your food ready pretty fast. Never had a problem either dinning in or going through the drive through. Though I do miss their 2 for $6
Small and well maintained establishment. A place that is seemingly quiet at various hours of the day. Would recommend drive through, as dining in such a place could be cramped in busy hours.

It's ok for fast food. They usually get my order right, but there have been some mistakes. There's a vegan option--beyond famous star, but you'll have to order it without cheese or mayo. I add guac.
Service was good. Service was fast. Workers were nice. Food was good. But the soda tasted like sewage water. But I noticed another Carls Jr close by has a similar problem. The soda is just off (like sweet and sewagy), I always have to toss it.
The food is always good, the ingredients fresh, I especially appreciate the fact when I order a lettuce wrapped burger that they use really good lettuce to wrap it, I always make it a point to come back to this particular store, because they always do a good job and other Carl's Jrs can be really awful.
The food is always good. The wait time is horrible. The food isn't warm enough to convince me it was just made so there is no reason for a 10+ minute wait time. 10 minute wait as in nobody in front of me, just me sitting there waiting. The inside is always empty, the drive-thru always has about 3 people. It just takes so much time to get the food. But the staff is usually nice.
Regular drive thru food and experience: food was hot and fresh. Cooked thoroughly. Just wish the drive thru staff would've explained a bit more of the current 2 for $5.99 deals. I asked about the deal and was only told of one breakfast sandwich. There were two other options, and you mix & match. Saw that when I pulled up to the window. Couldn't see all of that as I drove past the poster to head into the drive thru. Otherwise, all good!
Use go there for their famous star burger, but I'm not paying $8 for their burger. I'd rather go to the Habit or Hilife burger if I'm going to pay that much for 🍔. Their waffle fries are great, though, but that's about it.
We order a super star after we placed are order. Didnt realize it wasn't the combo. I checked the order before leaving and I said we still missing a drink and fries. She said she didn't charge us. The combo.was on sale for $5.99. But we only ordered the burger and that was $7.99 . So we told the cashier to give us the soda and fries. She said it was $5.49 more. I said your crazy. The special was for $5.99 and because we didn't say combo we paid $2.00 and I guess because she heard me tell my husband forget it they already made money on us. Lets just go. Then the cashier said never mind im just gonna give them to you. So only gonna give 3 stars instead of 1 star.
Always good service here and food is good too. Only thing is sometimes late night they only accept cash. Think they have some sort of system malfunction at the end of the night. Otherwise beat Carl's in Alhambra. Better than the one on Las Tunas for sure too.
When you're in the drive thru, it's really hard to hear the person and its hard for the employees to hear me and get my order right. I can literally spend at least 3 MINS repeating myself. Also, you can't see the order on the screen. That screen hasn't been working for a long time. They have someone in training right now and they're making him ask me if my order looks right on the screen. They very well known that it doesn't work and they tell this new employee to ask the customer that? I didn't have time to talk to management about this and something tells me that they already know.
I ordered dine in (it had also said In the receipt) & my meal came in bags instead. Took around 10-15 mins to get my food. The workers have a tendency to act busy. The guy across me got a wrong order yet they corrected his & not mine.
If one enjoys a contorted face and hissing could heard a mile away, the woman working late evenings toward the end of the week—catering drive-thru with a mask on—is the unmistakable mugshot of this place. Her rude responses and unaccommodating demeanors, make it easy to picture her snarling behind the mask, ready to bare her sharp canines. With her natural talent for an irritable glare, she might be better suited for a morgue or crime scene clean-up than customer service.
Did drive thru, asked for a combo but with strawberry lemonade, and extra lemonade and another drink. The total given didn't add up, so looked at the receipt, and they charged me 3 side drinks, plus the up charge of the combo drink, so technically they charged for 4 drinks. Always always check your receipts
A smile and greeting goes a long way. The cashier was all business. Unfortunately, they were out of alot of sodas, due to the delivery not getting there until Tuesday. The hamburger patties looked old and overdone. The manager was very nice and approachable.
This location is very understaffed. While the employees that are still there from the past are excellent, the location still has staffing shortages which makes the wait for your order get longer and longer. While they have fixed problems from the past (got rid of loud employees, fixed most of their service issues), they still get orders incorrect or the food isn't 100% quality. And I refuse to use the app. Too many letdowns. P.S. To the owner, NO I don't need to show more information at your company's website, you have all the information you need in this one.
Every time I come here…and it’s not very often anymore…like once every two months now a days….they forget or get something in the order wrong. It must be my luck 🍀 The people who work here are nice & polite. BTW: the grocery store across the way sells all the same ingredients this place cooks and promotes…big plus, when I cook for myself, the order is correct every time ;)
Your employee knows how to say what but after I’ve sat down and had a couple of sandwiches, it appears she has no problem speaking English to anybody she wants to do you have a problem. If she understood I could’ve got two chicken sandwiches for $90.99 each but no I got them two for five dollars because your employee only knows how to say what. Not very good service. You should be ashamed.
Great place to get some good char broiled tasting burger, they have really good chicken strips and a variety of fries to choose from. It does take a bit to get your food even in the drive thru but the food taste really good to me so it's worth the wait. The staff are very friendly and not once have they ever gotten my order wrong. The only minus part is that Carl's Jr in general is very expensive and if your looking for fast food on a low income budget, unfortunately this is NOT the place to go to. But if you have the extra cash to spare then it's worth it. Update 4/13/2023, it has gotten way too expensive here and out of hand for the average person to buy a meal here. I can no longer justify the new higher price. A super star burger should NOT cost $9.00+ Tax for just the sandwhich, meaning not including a drink or fries. I dont think ill be returning here anymore. These are the kind of prices you would expect to pay at a Mall for convenience of having a food court at a shopping mall but not at a location where you have to go put of your way to drive to. However this is just my opinion based on my income etc. If you have an upper 6 figure income then go for it.
Staff were friendly, place was clean, but that's about it. Price seemed a bit high, especially for a large combo (almost $18 for a double Western) and it wasn't as big. Of course, looked nothing like the picture. Also got waffle fries (8 pieces total) but a few were burnt so not sure what the deal was there.
I drove through. I really wanted the egg & bacon on a biscuit, however these were no longer available at 11:35 am; so I ordered a kids cheeseburger. I guess these weren't ready either as I had to wait 10 minutes for my order! The fries were hot, so I'm guessing that is what took the time. The window person was very nice
This place is good, the ppl, the service... I'm a big western burger fan. And at times, some places tend to over sauce the burger too much. This place is a hit or miss on that point. But I also ordered the multi-side dish with 3 types of sides, which was good.
11-14-2024 3:15pm Sigh... I don't even want to go into the details of my experience. The burger represents all that is wrong, and I will stick to In N Out for spending money on: 1. Hamburger with double raw onion 2. Cheeseburger with double raw onion. ...and spend less money (no charges for those extra onions either) than I did for these measly angrily slapped together depressed burgers and the service that didn't come with any Smiles, Welcomes or Thank-you's. Went to Carl's Jr Alhambra. It was an experience I would not like to encounter anymore. The African American employee was loud and annoying. As far as thee original $6 Burger goes... it left a bad taste in my mouth Paying $8.99 for a $6 Burger that wasn't the way it used to be. Smaller and so not worth it . Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good burger and don't mind spending the money for it. PpuDefinitely not worth the money. But, I thought, when do I ever eat at Carl's Jr??? Just thought I'd give them a chance? Failed grade
I had one bacon biscuit and it took me at least 10 minutes to get it. Fast food is supposed to be fast.
Not recommended 15 minutes to get a breakfast burrito.amd the person taking the order with a horrible attitude.
We waited 15 minutes to place the drive thru order. After making the order at the pay window another 8 minutes with no open window. I cannot recommend this location. Super slow service. I think ultimately it was almost 25 minutes of waiting wasting gas.
I used to really like this location, but I've been unhappy with them in the last year. It seems like it was taken over by new management, and ever since then there's more mistakes, more shady dealing, and overall the place has just become an unpleasant place to visit. Last night I placed my order in the app. I ordered Fried Zucchini, and chose Ranch as my side. At the window they tried not to give it to me. Said it didn't matter what the app said, they wanted $.22 for it. I argued that then they shouldn't allow it chosen in the app, or should set it to charge in the app. Gave me ketchup I didn't ask for instead. Why try and charge for the thing I did ask for, and give me sauce I didn't ask for? I don't see how that's kosher with the franchise agreement.
Nothing wrong with the staff. The reason I gave it a 2 star is because they don't offer deals. In Alhambra where I work they always have monthly deals. They have double famous star combo for 8.99, or big star combo for 7.99 In that place, it's over 15 bucks
Restaurants are to old and dirty, specially restrooms, I went in to wash my hands and I couldn't stand the smell of it, c'mon it's Alhambra, I couldn't eat my food, was disgusting,if restrooms are bad, imagine where they cook the food,I love my famous star combo, but I need to go to some other city to buy it,
Terrible service false advertising burger comes with one cheese not two like the photo on the building. They made me pay extra to get my burger like the one on the false advertisement photo
Absolute horrible. The food is decent, well, sort of. At 3:32, we went through a drive through and ordered 2 hamburgers, no cheese, 2 cheeseburgers with cheese: one with no tomato or onion, the other with everything: and three chicken tenders. The order was taking correctly on the screen but what we got was very very very different. The drive thru person didn't even bother looking inside the bag to make sure all the burgers were in there. When we looked, we realized we were charged for a combo. Even if we did ask, we didn't even get the drink or fries it came with. We went inside and asked to give our money back. They refused and only gave us the drink and fries we didn't want. When we got home, we realized we only got two burgers, not four. The cheese one didn't come with cheese and still came with onion and tomato. Very screwed up. What a waste of $24.15. The chicken tenders were also $5 for 3 and they were just as small as the 5 nuggets at McDonald's for a few bucks. Childhood dreamed ruined. The workers try to be nice but fail. They are only in for the money. Carl's Jr. prices are overpriced so you can get more from them. This deserved a 0 star at best. -5 star at minimum.
Worst Carl's Jr ever. If Carl were still alive, he would close this location. I knew Carl, and the lack of customer care would have just pissed him off. I waited 14 minutes to place my order and then receive my order. There was only 1 person ahead of me at the time. My fries were cold and my cookie was hard. Done with Carl's Jr for good now.
Bought buy 1 get 1 Big Carl's combo promo. I told the cashier at drive-thru to put more catsup but she didn't do it. Can't eat burger without it. I came back to get it.
I went to to the Carls Jr drive thru in Alhambra California 12:08 am. The lobby was obviously closed and there was nobody in front of us at the speaker when we arrived. The cashier did a good job, clear and accurate, this is where the good ended. We completed our order and waited about 10 minutes for the car that was sitting at the window when we drove around. Finally we get to the window and we are ignored for 3 minutes before the cashier even looks in our direction. When the cashier opens the window he still ignores us to continue his conversation with the shift supervisor. No sorry for the wait, not friendly greeting of any kind. Finally he reads us our order and takes our money telling us he will be right back with our change. 10 minutes later he returns with our order and our change which he doesn't bother to count back to us. SO great, we get our food go home and we are missing part of our order. So I ATTEMPT to call the store to speak with someone whom can help us. Nobody answers. SO I can the alternate number that is at the bottom of the receipt, nobody answers this number either, just goes to voice mail of who I hope is a manager of this store since it was impossible to tell because there was no mention of the restaurant whatsoever on the voice recording. OK, I get it, its late. So I try the website info they provided me specifically to comment on my visit (printed on the back of receipt). AND that didn't even work. Clearly Carl's Jr does not care about their customers, their customers time or if we receive quality food. SO sad, I use to love Carls' Jr.
I rarely go to Carl's and I just remembered why. I ordered the egg sausage biscuit for breakfast. My first bite was a salty one. I thought it was just me but as I took another bite I had to spit it out. Extreme sick salty. With a sad heart I had to throw them away. Less sodium please.
AC not on, cooler outside then in by like 10degrees and their soda was very weak on ALL flavors, most likely owner is cheap and trying to save money by using less syrup in the soda mix, asked staff and tried drive thru soda machine, was also super weak. Also when ordering the 5 dollar slider box like I always get at the location by my house, they hand me a 12oz small drink and i repeatedly had to ask why it was so small when i always have been given a larger size of cup before, was assured it was the right size. Get meal and sliders are kinda warm, and then ask a second employee and she informes me that the company had been giving the wrong size and that they were supposed to give this small drink and not the medium size like it had been before. NOT impressed when i can go down the street and get a hot dog and 24oz soda combo from costco and a berry sunday, AND a churro for under $5! Was the first and last time eating at this location. Very poor experience!
Cashier was rushing us through our order, and I was ordering already pretty quickly. Cashier was also a little aggressive when I asked for lemonade. "Carl's Jr doesn't and has never carried lemonade!" a simple "I'm sorry we don't Carry that" would of sufficed. I asked for ranch and again Carl's jr dont carry ranch! What? I get ranch always. We love to dip! So disappointed.
this is the WORST fast food place i have EVER been to. i wouldn’t even give it a basic one star this place deserves NO STARS. i ordered online and drove all the way here, and i come to find out that they had cancelled my order ?? but the money was taken from my account ?? and even when i said that i would’ve been okay with just waiting for it to be made the NASTY lady there at drive-thru had the UGLIEST attitude EVER. i have never been treated so badly by someone like that, i was simply asking questions and she told me to go to the “front”, CUTTING ME OFF MULTIPLE TIMES, and acting like i couldn’t understand english ??? like what in the actual racism ?? I AM POC MYSELF TOO WHICH IS CRAZIER. then she proceed to LIE that they’d “bring my order out at front” BUT NO. i parked and went inside only to find out that my order wasn’t even being made !! i was just supposed to wait there for who knows HOW long in this TERRIBLE heat. NO TYPE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!! WORST EATING ESTABLISHMENT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER. HAD. ! i wouldn’t even return here again if i was PAID.
Dine in -First we had to repeat our order several times before the young lady got it right. The woman's bathroom was filthy. One of the employees brought their son who was wandering behind the counter and then he was wandering the dining area and touching everything. One of the workers was going through the trash looking for something, who knows and I don't think she even washed her hands afterwards. The famous star was dry, the western bacon cheeseburger barely has BBQ sauce. I'm very disappointed. Overall a bad experience.
They told me to come back in 20 minutes as "they were resetting the system" only to find out the person that ordered at the end of the drive thru just had a big order. They obviously just didn't want to take any more orders and add to the list of tickets they got.
Food is too expensive for it not to be good . I forget and I just try the food snd have to throw away . Sorry even the famous star . I think it was 16 something for the regular meal . Again in the trash. Fries no salt burger just sucked. My opinion.
Went to get a double cheeseburger and medium coke. Waited 18 minutes in drive thru and upon receiving I noticed that it was the wrong so I went back to the drive thru and ask for a refund. When I approached the window the cashier Javier had an aggressive attitude towards me. He informed me that I needed to hand my phone over to him since I used Apple Pay. I was very uncomfortable so I asked for a manager so that she could do it. That’s when his attitude got worse. He got insecure that I didn’t want to hand him my phone because he was tattooed.(I have tattoos too so that wasn’t it) He started telling me “it’s cause I look like this” He definitely shouldn’t be working directly with customers if he’s going to project his insecurities on customers. I called the number list for district manager and it was the wrong number. I’ll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau for not having the correct number on the receipt that we as customers can call to report something that happens at their store.
I went through the drive-through at about 10:15 PM. Ordered a famous star and the deal where you get to choose three items for 599 so I got waffle fries, onion rings, and the jalapeño popper bites. The lady who I’m assuming it was the manager at the time asked me how many sauce I want and told me there would be a up charge for the number of sauces, which I’m fine with I just want the amount of sauce that I want so that was fine but then when I get home and I’m ready to eat my food, the fries, onion rings and jalapeño bites. taste terrible. They taste like they’ve been fried partway ahead of time and then when a customer orders, they finish frying them, which makes them taste stale and terrible. Why are you gonna be so worried about charging people for sauce when you’re not even serving food that people would want to eat I didn’t use any of the sauce I’ll never go to that place again. I would give zero stars if I could the whole thing about Carl’s Jr.. Is they make everything fresh when you order and that’s why it’s so damn expensive. I could understand if maybe the fries or the onion rings or the jalapeño bites you know like one of them didn’t taste great but it was all three they need to stop cutting corners and just make the food the right way. Will be happy cutting corners is not how you earn repeat business
The manager in this Carl's Jr, I believe his name is Matin. He was so cruel. I was sitting in the restaurant, I fell asleep. He woke me up and tell me to get out of the restaurant because I can't sleep there. I was shocked. I got angry. I left and went back there, and I told him I would report him to the BBB Board. He told me he would call the police on me. That is crazy. And he is actually one of the managers?? Really??? How can that happen? When I was outside writing the complaint, he actually came outside and took pictures of me I believe. That is so disgusting!
If you like to get nickel and dimed for everything, this is the place for you. I would rather spend a few extra dollars and get some real food at one of the nearby real restaurants. Notice how it is empty most of the time. Ask for some napkins with your food, and you will literally get just 1 or 2. What a pathetic excuse for a place to eat. 🤮 Quality and quantity have gone down, but prices have definitely gone up.
I ordered a kids meal with chicken stars and they wouldn't give me BBQ sauce. They stated it was 25 cents and I asked why the sauce doesn't come with it. This is unacceptable! I asked for a refund and will go somewhere that can provide sauce. You lost out on money, lost out on food waste for 25 cents Absolutely idiotic!
So expensive now. You have to specifically tell them you want a deal or they'll charge you full price. Like the two western bacon.
They dont even accept offical Carls Jr coupons. What is the point in making coupons if they dont even accept them. It didnt even expire until late 2026 and was still refused. Food is fine, its carls jr. 1 star for not honoring their own brands coupons, you should be ashamed.
App still not working for multiple people in my circle. Orders cancelled without notification on multiple occasion. Unusable as of Jan 2026. Will adjust review once the app is fixed.
The attention on the part of the man who attends the window is unprofessional, I know that this is not an official means to contact a high-ranking person, but to see how unprofessional the service provided is. I am an Uber worker, to which yesterday I presented myself to the store to make a withdrawal of orders, being in the spokesman I presented myself to which I received no response, I decided to wait a moment longer and speak again for the spokesman, to which the man I speak answered me in a bad way saying that he had many orders from Uber, to which I replied that if he did not let me speak or if he cut off communication I would not know why you order, I would arrive after almost 15 minutes to get to. window and proceeds to attend to me, I tell him the names of the customers and he only gives me an order, to which he tells me that he does not know and does not have the tickets of the other orders and that if I want him to cancel the order, to which, adding that as it is his job to be in the store, the mine is to represent a customer who paid for his order, however, he tells me again that if I do not seem to communicate with support, to which I listen to his request, calling for support and support, collaborating that they are the... After more than 20 minutes a lady comes out accompanied by the equally exalted spending 10 minutes more a lady comes out saying that she offered me a solution that the orders which had told me that were not in her system by magic had apparently appeared and that if I wanted to take them to me I would do it. Realizing that if the restaurant is not fit for work, do not accept Uber or Doordash orders, regardless of whether it is festive or in a bad attitude working, drivers represent customers who pay for their orders and that one proceeds to wait and be patient so that they, despite their volume or frustration, deliver the orders to us. Because it's like a customer asks for a burger and when they get to the window they pay for it and then they tell them that they don't have it, I leave the staff video and the acceptance of it, that they didn't want to prepare the orders, much less deliver them. And finally I call police officers however when they saw the video that teaches the officers themselves they only said that they arrived because they had to comply but that well they had already reported the case since they were not going to proceed in any way.
The worst customer service ever, cashier Salie and her manager verronnika deal with customer in very rude way, it is clear they hate their job and the whole place, don't go there McDonalds much much better at least their employees don't annoy the customers like those people
Hello good night today I present myself as a customer to buy some jalapeños to which having already had problems with the employee so unpleasant that they have in the Mac car. That as soon as he saw me, he hit the counter of his box, did not want to make the payment of my order and told me that if I was not ashamed, the truth is: I will show up at the restaurant to talk to a manager or someone who can really control this man's kind of rude and discriminatory attitude. If you can see so much, you can see through your cameras the impulsive behavior that Asia had on me, and I will look for any means for this man to leave his face-to-face and verbal violence, asy, I cannot be that this restaurant does nothing about it. And not even in service, that's how I give myself my order, combined with popes and still without napkins, etc., is that apparently he believes himself the owner or that people will not act according to his behavior.
Simply pathetic. Beware they started charging .22 cents for any sauces. That includes ranch, honey mustard, bbq sauce, etc. I got 2 combos which costed over $30 and only got 4 packs of ketchup lol. I’m guessing they’re going broke with the ketchup and sauces they give out. Simply pathetic
