The best boba I've had in Texas, always fresh with consistent pearls and flavorful drinks. I have been going here regularly over the past couple years and haven't had a drink I didn't like, service is friendly and the atmosphere is a nice place to visit and catch up with friends. The taro and Thai milk tea are my favorite.
A very unique boba place. Love their drinks. My favorite is without a doubt the creme brulee dirty boba. Also, the tiramisu cake is delicious and it's available only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I'm excited to try the cheese foam milk tea when we drop by next time.
One of my absolute favorite tea spots to go to! Their drinks are consistently one point and always taste amazing. Flavor and quality is their top priority.
Drinks were great and surprisingly the cheese milk topping was a favorite! From classic Thai options to some unique drink flavors. Excellent flavors and service. Great stop for boba drinks and teas if you are in area. Better than others in the area as a preferred option.
First time experience here and the inside and cute and aesthetically giving all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the dirty boba with cheese foam it was good but they have a creme brulee boba that looked amazing def come give this place a try
It was our first time trying them out and we loved it! The customer service was outstanding and they explained everything really well. The drinks were really nice and very generous. We also tried the mochi donuts that they sell and it was so good! We tried the sesame ones.
Love the drinks and definitely my go-to boba place around here!
This place is so amazing. Friendliest staff, and perfect drink every time!! I have become a usual for the Oreo cheese milk tea. The consistency of the boba is also great to me, and a generous amount of it. Just chewy enough, and not too sweet! I love it.
I love their dirty boba and crème brûlée boba. My kid loves the passion fruit boba tea. I think these are the best boba I’ve had so far. My niece and nephews can to visit me from WA and they found it heavenly too. One of the best boba places.
Nice and clean. Menu is the same as other. Came in at lunch time and it was quiet. Great place to work or study.

Their bubble tea is so freaking good. Dont sleep on the cheese foam, it really turns your drink into a milkshake. We tried the spring drink and it tastes like strawberry milk! So good!!
Love this location! Always my spot to get my mango pomelo drink! Great service all the time! Definitely recommend!
Good tea and great Vietnamese coffee. But they constantly short fill the cup on the Vietnamese coffee and today especially so. It already has ice and it’s like $7 how much more you want to rip me off? For $7 for coffee I’d like a full cup.
First time customer. Drinks were "ok", tiramisu was "ok" as well. Nothing to gush over. Staff was fast, but sitting behind the counter playing on phones. Did not care, service was fast, drinks looked pretty. Sat to enjoy snack and realized the place was filthy, I mean nasty gross. Was there just after noon, no way that place gets that dirty in an hour of being open. Sticky, spider webs, crumbs, spilt drinks, napkins for customers had something orange and wet on them, dirt in corners. Praying the back was not over looked like the front of the house. Will not return only due to not being clean. Maybe sitting behind counter playing on phones needs to come to an end and some cleaning to take place??

Classic milk tea with black tea taste really good! But the standard price doesn't come with boba, and it ran out of boba at 9pm (well before closing).
Went in for a classic milk tea, 25% sweet and it was nasty, tasted like the tea was bad and the milk was old, came back 1 hr later to exchange my drink, they made me pay for another drink at 15% discount. (Who does that?) My second drink was the mango fantasy at 25% sweet. It was a much better drink. Atrocious and abysmal service. The two dudes making drinks God bless em they were swamped. Overall underwhelming and disappointing experience, because I’ve heard that this place was in the upper echelon of Boba spots in Dallas like gong cha/etc. The feng shui of the restaurant was great, but the accommodations turned me off. Steer clear plenty of other Boba tea businesses around.
My experience at Feng Cha in Allen was extremely disappointing. I really feel that they were having a bad day. While I was there, I saw two other individuals return their order. With that being said, I ordered The Taro Chocolate, The Sea Salt Pearl, and The Strawberry Princess. The Sea Salt and Strawberry item was not my cup of tea. The Salted desert was so salty, I took one taste and moved it to the side. The Strawberry dessert was bitter. The Taro Chocolate flavor was good, however the cake wasn't. They were busy, so I guess today was just an off day for them:(

Went in today at 2pm, we ordered 3 drinks and took them home. All 3 of our drinks were incorrectly made. The dirty boba, that should come with boba, had none so it was just a sweet milk drink. The bursting dragonfruit, which should be 100% sweetness per the tag, is unsweetened. The matcha drink we ordered had so little matcha it wasn’t even green. Awful service and a complete waste of money. Disappointed & wanting our money back.
I recently visited Feng Cha Allen before heading to Whole Foods and ordered a Mango Fantasy. On my way back, I started drinking it and noticed multiple mango seed fragments in the drink. At first, I told myself it was just one or two pieces—not a big deal. However, as I kept drinking, I found more and more fragments, until one got stuck painfully in my teeth. I contacted the store and requested a replacement, but they refused to exchange the drink. Instead, they offered me to buy a new one with a 15% discount (what????), which wasn’t acceptable given the situation. What shocked me the most was that they didn’t even say “sorry” for the inconvenience. The lady was rude and dismissive, making me feel like this might be a common issue they simply don’t care to address. I attached a picture of the fragments I found after drinking about 1/3 to 1/2 of the cup. I had shaken the drink before drinking, so it’s likely that there were even more fragments in the cup that I didn’t consume because I stopped drinking after finding so many. Besides, the mango seed fragment was lodged so deep that dental floss couldn’t remove it. To make matters worse, it also chipped part of a previously filled tooth. I ended up spending $175 today at the dentist to get the fragment removed and my tooth repaired.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a milk tea and got a large cup of milk. Zero flavor, for $6. Do no waste your money here, there are a ton of good boba places
Very cheap management. I asked for an empty cup with a lid to split a drink for my kids (they only have drinks in one size) but the owner refused to do that because he said his cups cost him too much money. You should be a bit more accommodating to customer needs as other boba shops in the area are, especially if you don’t have multiple sizes to order in.
Slow service. Taste is meh. Not bad but not good. Powdered synthetic taste. Business-profit-centric not customer. Didn’t get free promo topping plastered on their screens because staff said i had to specifically ask for it. Granted it was my bad that i assumed it’s automatic, they should’ve understood for a 1st time customer and they could have given me that free topping on the side to keep customer happy right? 1st and last visit.

Horrible customer service. Refused to give me an extra cup to share a drink for my kids even when I offered to pay for it. How cheap can you be!!! Obviously saving a plastic cup is more important than customer satisfaction. Will never go back. Hope it’s worth it!!
