Well they have no shortage of wine which is apparent upon walking in. They also have a decent selection of unique cocktails as well. On my first visit, I enjoyed the Steak Penne and plan to try out other menu options as well. Overall, great service, atmosphere, and presentation.
We went twice for dinner the week we were in town for our son’s baseball tournament. Consistent delicious meals and would recommend these two dinners. Tomahawk pork chop and the New your strip medium rare. We ordered the same meals they were so delicious. For a side we ordered a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Service and atmosphere were great as well. Definitely recommend see photos
Good food, even better service! The honey butter chicken I got was a bit raw in the middle, and the manager was super sincere about the issue as he cut the cost of two appetizers and a desert for us. In general, the steaks were really well flavored, as well as the chicken. Pasta was quite heavy but tasty nonetheless. Tater tots were nice and crisp, but don’t get them if you aren’t a fan of salty foods. The creme brûlée cheesecake was also really good! Regardless, the food was good, but the service was really sincere and kind ☺️
Omg. The waitress Kayla! brought out an incredible cheesecake dessert because it was my husband's birthday! She's so wonderful!! 1. Music was only a touch too loud, which is my big hot button. 2. Excellent service. Waitress was very nice to my handicapped husband. 3. Bread and butter - very good. 4. Menu fairly easy to read. 5. Decorative bar in the corner with 2 TVs, but it's low key. 6. Direct light on the table to see the food, but low light ambiance overall. 7. Spinach and salmon salad is excellent. 8. Fresh vegetables are fabulous. Port mushrooms are wonderful.
The food was excellent. The service was wonderful; our waitress was very attentive, even while serving a large party, and she efficiently brought our food promptly. Everything was delicious.
This was a cool place. Visited after work with some coworkers for happy hour and truly enjoyed myself. The drinks were on point. The bartenders were very nice and attentive. And the food was great. Place filled up very quickly.
We brought our good friends to Firebirds recently for a holiday dinner. The meals are so large, my wife and I shared the excellent Filet Mignon as did our friends. The side of mashed potatoes was a very ample portion and the BLT salad was an excellent choice. We ordered the filet rare and it was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed our Manhattans while waiting for our food. When we arrived, the dining room was full, and we were advised to expect a slight wait even though we had a reservation. We mentiond t5o Justin, the manager, not to worry. It was a busy holiday weekend and these things happen. Justin spotted my friend and my mobility issues, and to our amazement, Justin disappeared for a second, found a table for us all and had us seated within a few minutes. It's that tremendous level of customer concern the staff shows, along with the outstanding atmosphere, and service that keeps us coming back to Firebirds. David Dunham
I had the ribeye steak on Veterans day and it was grilled to perfection. This place really honors Veterans as my meal was free. They are so friendly here. All of thhe staff thanked me for my service and I felt really valued and appreciated. They food and service is amazing. I would highly recommend going here and I will be back even when it is not Veterans day!
Top tier service, the food was amazing (highly recommend the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls for an appetizer), best lemon drop I’ve had in a while, and our server Zaria was friendly, attentive, and gave great suggestions for first timers! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again!
Excellent food. Our server was prompt and very attentive. Atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. Took my daughter and her husband there for their anniversary. They served them a dessert of their choice, which we were not expecting them to do. Made the night even more special.
First time trying Firebirds, stopped by for a quick bite with my girlfriend. Upon first impression, place was well set up staff were friendly and inviting. Very shortly after sitting down we were greeted by our server, Treyon, I think his name was, can’t remember the exact spelling. He was an impeccable server, was very informative and attentive, one of the best severs I’ve ever had to be honest. After our meals came out the manager was quick to stop by and give us a warm greeting and checked to see if everything was to our liking and it was fantastic. Being a server myself I’m always grading restaurants anytime I’m in one and This restaurant really put itself up on my list with just how amazing the service was.
On a cold evening a grill place for vegetarians not bad huh! Loved the ambience, service and food. Penne pasta, pot mushroom, onion rings, deviled eggs with mint cocktails and of course sangria with butter. Portion size is good..hot food served in warm bowls. If we did have non-wet plates and cutlery on time.. it would be a 5 star review.
I had my first dinner here tonight for my birthday. Walking in, you smell the wood smoke, bar looks amazing, and the cooking line is visible to the public. The atmosphere is great. Typical steak house vibe with wood, stone, and dim lighting. The restaurant looks too notch. Food is good. We had deviled eggs to start and it was fun and surprising tasty. Hot sauces were a nice addition with the candied bacon. My wife had the lobster fondue salmon and it won the night over my ribeye. He fish was cooked perfect and the whole meal was great. My ribeye was good but missing seasoning. I added thyme butter and that was a nice addition but still lacked salt and pepper. I would come back to this restaurant for sure but next time tell them to increase the seasoning in the steak and if did a better side that the gratin potatoes.
Went here with my family the day before valentine's day. Of course they were packed. They did a good job of getting us in within 15 minutes of our reservations. We had great service. The food was okay. The food varies depending on the cooks. Overall we were satisfied!
Had an early dinner on a business trip. Decided to stop by Firebirds woodfired Grill in Alpharetta. The menu has some really nice combo items starter main course Dessert for a very reasonable prize. I decided to go à la card. Filet mignon with mushroom and port wine sauce. Ordered a side of the Midwest potatoes. They have more of a mac & cheese flavor to them. I guess it’s the type of cheese they use. The place was pretty empty when I arrived, which did not add to the atmosphere. All in all nice stake for a decent prize.
Was at Firebirds in Alpharetta today for Mother’s Day. Had Reservations too. Food was good. Service needs some help. My Mom’s French toast came out and I waited almost 15 minutes until my order came out. My Mom’s also had coffee with her order and we had to ask 2 servers for it before she got it after she ate half of her meal. Also had to wait multiple times for water to be refilled. Another server filled them since our server was busy with other tables. Would be nice if your orders come out together so one person is not sitting there waiting on the other before starting to eat and there entree getting cold. Sharing a special meal with my Mom is good but when she said the service was lacking made me think ok we won’t do this again.
We haven't been to this chain in a while. Stopped in for a bite sat at the bar. The food was horrible overfried everything greasy, just horrible. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was very nice. Plenty of parking. Would I go back, no.
Alpharetta Location: First time patron and was looking forward to something really special. We arrived on time for our brunch reservation. The restaurant ambience is really inviting, the scent of the wood fire is appealing as well and the welcome greeting was pleasant. Service was just ok. We never learned our servers name until the bill arrived. Our soup was served very lukewarm. We didn’t complain, it happens, so we ate. As my husband sat back for a brief conversation, his half eaten bowl of soup was suddenly taken away without a word. He planned to finish it. Again, he’s kind and didn’t complain. Our salads were served crispy and fresh, however the grilled chicken and the bacon bits were dried out and a bit chewy on the Cobb salad. My husband enjoyed his Salmon Spinach Salad. The dressing was nice and the portions are big. Probably won’t recommend or visit again.
The menu who looked delicious, but all of the food was super salty. We had five in our party and every single person said the same thing. One person had a hamburger and a cheese just came shredded on the side. Another person had a salmon and it was super dry. Two people had the honey chicken and one person had the fish special everything was very, very, very salty, And the vegetables were barely cooked. The waitress did the best she could. On a positive note the side salad we had were great and the french fries and tater tots were great.
Had a reservation for 7pm on December 13th to celebrate my father’s birthday. We showed up on time and had to wait for a couple of minutes to be seated which is not an issue at all, but we did have to wait for 5 mins to be greeted. When Garett came by our table, we gave him the full order. We ordered 3 caesar salads, and one chicken tortilla soup and asked for them to come out first. We also told our waiter not to hold off the food for too long since we were all hungry. He walked away from our table at 7:13pm. We proceeded to wait for 7 mins to get our drinks. We were waiting for a while for our soup and salads to come out and around 7:30 we ask for some bread while we waited. Around 7:40, Garett came back with one caesar salad and the soup (which was cold and we asked them to reheat it), and then he walked away. We had to flag him down a few minutes later to ask about the other two caesar salads to which he replied “oh of course, I have them coming but I just brought out one of them since it was ready”. I’ve worked in restaurants long enough to know that this was not typical, and this response normally indicates someone completely forgot to put the order in. By the time the waiter came back around, it was 7:51 or so and we were very frustrated and asked him to cancel the order and give us a check for the soup and salad that we got. 2 mins later, a lady comes by our table with two entrees in her hand. We told her that we canceled the order and she gave us a disgusted look. Mind you, when we asked for the order to be canceled, we were expecting a longer wait for the entrees since we were still waiting on the salads that were supposedly rang in but weren’t ready. 40 mins of wait to get one cold soup, one of the salad’s we ordered, and then the entrees started coming out.. I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the whole dining experience was ruined for us. I truly think Garett is a good guy, but I also feel like he was inexperienced, so I am not upset with his service. However, even though it seemed like the restaurant was very busy, what really bothered us was the fact that no manager came by to check on us and even after we decided to leave, no manager showed up to apologize or address the situation. Also, my reservation on open table was canceled after we left, which is another mistake on the manager’s part since I was planning on reaching out to them privately, but I guess they prefer to get a bad review. Anyways, thank you for trying Garett, but in the future, if situations like this happen, get a manager involved before it escalates and ruins the dining experience for the guests.
