Pei Wei Asian Express

I've been going to the Pei Wei Express in the Altamonte Mall for several years. It's my favorite restaurant and I usually eat there twice a week. The manager Juan and his employees, especially Kenia, are always smiling and welcoming. They remember my name and what I order and the food is always excellent regardless of what time I come by. There is rarely a long line even though the restaurant is very popular simply because Juan and Kenia are efficient and communicate very well. The food is always well presented and the serving station is clean. I genuinely can't think of a criticism.

I was craving lettuce wraps and crab wontons and Pei Wei did not disappoint! The people here are great and the food was awesome. Would love to show you a picture, but I ate it too fast. 😊

best bourbon chicken and mongolian chicken hands down... the workers are very friendly in fact i would even call them friends with how long as i have been going there... i highly recommend this place... the GM is the nicest man ever and is very passionate

Never had a bad food experience here. I’ve tried alot of their items too. Love their noodles with the bourbon chicken sauce. The workers are nice too!! Usually my first choice anytime I want food at the mall. I’ve craved it sometimes too and went to the mall just to buy their food.

Regular mall Chinese food. I got a bottle of water and it was only 16oz. That's smaller than usual. I ordered bourbon chicken, orange chicken, and noodles. Total of $10

Service lacks big time. Paid $30 for food and when I asked for a water cup, the employee told me, “not today”. Petty over a water cup? Really? Food was out at 6pm & said they wouldn’t make any more of multiple items. Also, whoever the girl was that worked on 7/16/24 at 6pm doesn’t know the difference between white meat & dark meat. Maybe educate the employees a little bit on customer service & the food they’re serving.

The Pei Wei organization as a whole is good. However, this express service was horrible. The food was not fresh. Looked like it stayed out all day. The egg rolls were iced cold but hot outside. The employees looked like they had no desire to be at work. Bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

as of 9:25am on Thursday, May 30th. i have thrown up 20+ times in the past 10 hours from eating here yesterday. i got food poisoning after eating here around 3 yesterday. very scary experience considering they seemed so nice. but i’m still sick.

I noticed that the egg roll I ordered was extremely bitter and didn't eat all of it. My husband agreed it smelled rancid. After that I got food poisoning. Stay away from them and if it's too late, get some activated charcoal. It's good stuff.

I ordered four items. Bourbon Chicken was good. Noodles were okay at best. Orange chicken and other breaded spicy chicken (can't recall name) were inedible. Never again
