Las Andanzas Del Manza

We've been to this place several times, and their breakfasts are their best feature. They have a great selection of pintxos, varied and substantial. If you prefer, you can go for lunch, choosing between a tasty set menu at a moderate price and their "sartenadas" (fried dishes). The latter are fantastic and well worth trying. The place is clean and has a nice outdoor and covered terrace.

Simple place with nice food. The tortilla was the bomb, the cheesecake was great, too. Also, a lot of other nice local dishes on the menu, from seafood to grilled meat, which is amazing as well. Good one!

Clean and relatively spacious place but if you go in a wheelchair, you will be very cramped. The attention is fair and correct. The variety of dishes is fair, which I already like, but it gives the option of a hot spoon dish as a starter, which at this time, goes very well. The entrecote I ate was very well cooked and just as I had ordered. But they put a lot of coarse salt on it and something unforgivable is that they accompany the meat with frozen fries, as if it were an American burger chain. A shame. I also didn't like that, if you ask for alioli, and I had to do it to be able to eat those fries, they put it in the industrial one but the worst, which doesn't taste like garlic or oil, and on top of that they charge you for it as an extra. I found the price of the entrecote a bit expensive, since they charge you for a 250 gr cut. approx €25 and much of it was fat. I guess I had bad luck today, if I come by again, I'll try another dish. We'll see how it is. The coffee, good.

I'd known about this place for several years... and that's why we went for the set menu. I deeply regret being there, eating the filth I did, and not getting up and leaving after the second course. For my first course, I chose chickpeas, practically devoid of any other accompaniments, just for show. They were tiny and included dry, tough, inedible Serrano ham. A bad, ugly, and pathetic dish. For my second course, I had pork tenderloin with a cheese sauce. Is that what they call a cheese sauce? It was very thick, dry, lumpy cream; it's hard to describe and even harder to eat. And the tenderloin? Four slices, like four slices of chorizo... they were four tiny bites, so small you didn't even need a knife, well, you did, to cut the "cheese sauce." It was disgusting, honestly. I didn't even want dessert because, to avoid more unpleasant surprises... better not to know. I won't be back, and I regret recommending it before going back myself. I found it appalling. The kitchen and the owner should be replaced. Now I understand why it was so empty... how awful!

This place doesn't live up to its rating. Terrible service and even worse quality of the portions. If you like quantity over quality, this is your restaurant, but be sure to check what they bring you because we ordered baby squid with onions and they brought us squid with onions, claiming they were baby squid. The best part is dessert: you order vanilla ice cream and they bring you cream. A perfect place to enjoy adventures and subsequent intestinal upset. And of course, high prices.

Unfriendly waiter which served alcoholic beer although ordered a non alcoholic one. Absolute no-go. Place looks like a storage room outside with no charm. Prices were incomparable, bad quality for price ratio. Cannot recommend!
