This is a gem. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. Great food choices that are tasty and well portioned. The fresh made salsa is delicious. The icing on the cake are the prices. $9 for a hearty breakfast meal. I walked out paying $17 including tax, two drinks and tip. A must stop in Amarillo, or you are missing out.

New place to try..from the moment we came in the door, it’s a very homey feel. Very clean establishment. Great authentic Mexican food. Our server, Brenda was phenomenal. Always making sure we had everything we need. You have to try the ‘buffet’ of salsas. One of them will hit the spot, I promise. Definitely worth the time and money..will definitely be visiting again. Easy access right off the highway! Prompt VERY friendly service. The breakfast Burrito was delicious and the salsa fresh. Clean inside very. Ask for recommendations and don't be surprised if you want to try it all.

We stopped for lunch while traveling and initially I was skeptical based on the way the building looked on the outside. Don’t let this stop you from trying this place. Inside we found a very clean restaurant and extremely friendly staff. I ordered tacos de berria. My wife and daughter ordered waffles, pancakes and a breakfast burrito. Everything was outstanding! Before we left we used their restrooms and found that they were very clean. Clearly they take pride in their restaurant. I only wish I had taken photos of the food but we could at wait to try it and once we did we ate it quickly.

Holy cow this place is great. If you ever ate at braceros on Paramount, it's the same people with much lower overhead! They added a salsa bar and have several selections that even get a little spicy but the best part is the toreados. Get the carnitas and you won't be disappointed but the birria tacos are good too.
