Very sad to hear to junior frosts are being discontinued. My daughter and I loved getting drinks here. I went ahead and got her the medium today, but this will probably, sadly be our last trip here!

I absolutely love Cliffside and have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years! It’s always been one of my favorite spots. Lately though, I’ve noticed that my iced drinks haven’t been as cold as they used to be. Maybe not quite enough ice or the cups might be a bit too small for the amount of ice needed in the infusions. Just wanted to share some feedback because I really do love this place!

Mediums are my go too. Not sure why the large breves taste burnt. Staff sometime make a large instead and I know they are being nice but then it undrinkable.

Customer service: 2/5 Taste of coffee: 3/5 Price for quality and quantity: 3/5 It did have soft top but it mixed into the rest of the drink since I had to shake it, it was lukewarm at the bottom. Quickly realized how much soft top took away from the drink. Person at the window seemed annoyed, not at me but definitely seemed some came off towards me. Their conversation behind the window didn’t seem professional and would recommend shutting the window between customers or having that conversation outside of work. First time to get coffee from here and willing to try one more time to see if this is a consistent experience.

They used to be so good before they switched owners, syrup brand, and cup quality. I got a large iced latte as well as a hot latte version, and it was not very good, and the cup was flimsy I thought I was gonna break it by lightly holding it. The taste was not the same. Also, when people order an iced latte we don’t want just a few cubes in it lol. Hopefully they can focus more on quality more than cheaping out on important things that made the people come here in the first place! I’m not even sure if the beans are the same at this point..

Went today to get a coffee, was waiting on my order and one of the girls making my coffee dropped a cup on the floor. She reached down picked it up off the floor and put it back on the cups for the next person… GROSS!!🤢 I acknowledged what she just did, I said did you just pick that up off the floor and put that cup back up for the next person? She gave me an attitude and said “you mean off my clean floor!?” I DROVE off! That is so unsanitary! And then to give me an attitude like I was wrong for correcting her? I will never go back.. I was a frequent customer. 🥴
