First time here. Got the nachos.. flipping great.. didn't expect good nachos from a Denny's. Waitress was beautiful with a banger of a bod and personality. She was quick to get me and my home boy drinks when we needed it. Her name was Sable or something exotic like that.. definitely will be back when I get the nacho craving again. Also it was like $13 bucks..so not bad at all. Great job!!

I had a great experience at Denny’s recently and wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing service. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it, but what really made the visit stand out was our waitress, Sylvia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient the entire time. She checked in on us just the right amount, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything tasted good. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. It’s not often you get service that good at a busy restaurant, so Sylvia definitely deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get seated in her section again. Highly recommend this Denny’s!

I've had the most unique week my 18-wheeler broke down I'm stuck at the hotel next door and here I sit having this amazing meal. Visited Dennys again, after a while since being back in Amarillo. 4 of us came in and were immediately greeted by our Host/ Server/ Busser/ Cashier. He had such a bright personality and was very energetic. He has a heart for the service industry unlike anyone I’ve ever had for a server. If anything stood out the most it was definitely his outstanding 80’s hair worn better than those in the 80’s. It was apparent that he was working by himself all shift, he mentioned that it happens more than it should but being by himself he still did great with our table and the others around us. He brought our food to our table all in one go lined up his arms. Dillon needs to explore his options and give Denny’s a break he could be useful and make more money in a more efficient busier restaurant. We signed up for the Denny’s rewards program with Dillon’s help, and he also offered us to help out with the children’s fundraiser. Shall you visit this Denny’s location I’d recommend asking for Dillon you won’t miss him just look for his hair.

I ordered breakfast thru DoorDash and when I received my order a meal was missing- I confirmed with the driver and then I called Denny's- Sarah the manager was very apologetic and offered me a credit at first I didn't want that I wanted my breakfast. She asked if she could call me back. She did call back and informed me that they were remaking my meal and that a cook was going to bring it to me! I was very impressed. This is what exceptional service looks like! Thank you everyone at Denny's on I40 and Ross- in Amarillo Tx!

Waitress was Great. My eggs were wrong, She had them fixed quickly. Sausage was like rubber and the bacon wasn't cooked well (as requested) and the brioche toast was burned! But my eggs were good! lol

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we were not impressed. While the service was good the food was not. Seriously, how can a cook put food that's clearly not cooked right on the plate to be served?? I've attached pics so you can see for yourself. Pancakes had black griddle debris on them (you should've seen the other side of the bottom one 🙄 & eggs that were very obviously overcooked). I'm not one to send food back BUT I also don't want to pay for food I wasn't about to eat. A young, presumably, cook came out with the recooked eggs & apologized saying he wasn't in the kitchen at the time. After my pancake (I only returned one since I scraped the black off the other) came out the manager on duty apologized. We were in on a Sunday evening and they weren't busy. Perhaps the breakfast hours are better for food prep. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Service was friendly, staff was pleasant. But when I went to pay I couldn't help noticing the trash on the payment counter SMH.

First we walked in didn’t get greeted, cups had old food on it , food in the drinks, getting orders wrong Food is horrible , hard , burnt. Pancakes is burnt at the bottom . The lady cook sitting on the phone while cooking. Not very sanitary if you ask me . Chicken tenders were VERY burnt, took an hour for one of our people to get their food. Fries were hard and burnt. Everything about our orders were just wrong and burnt . We had 6 people and 4 orders were wrong .

Visited Denny’s on Ross, came in expecting just some casual Grub, we were wanting our regular server as he has done us immaculately well on our previous visits. Unfortunately we got stuck with Miss Mcchatty, she talked mine and my husbands ear off for 10 minutes before even ASKING what we wanted to drink. We got waters so it’d be an easy dash to grab, although she insisted on spilling the tea about her arch nemesis from MATH CLASS! ( Girl I’m 32 years old, highschool drama is in my rear view mirror ) By the time we got our food we had been inside for about 35-40 minutes. I needed a few things, but couldn’t seem to get our servers attention although she stood at the very next booth rambling about the same story she told me and my husband. ( with a few more additional foul language ) Dennys is supposed to be family friendly not a drunken sailor bar where high schoolers are allowed to swear at their customers. Still to this day I have not recieved my ranch for my SALAD ( Who forgets the salad Dressing? ) especially when she’s the one that offered to make us a salad “ On the House “ “ comes with the meal “ ( oh hunny we got breakfast slams ) figured since atleast it was offered we’d take it but I’m pretty sure a salad doesn’t accompany breakfast very well. Overall food was great, can’t say the same about Allissons service. ( Maybe some more training will subdue ) I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon, unless one of the male servers are on shift. They seem to be the only ones with common sense in the hospitality industry.

Went in and staff acted like I was a inconvenience to seat. And the boy sweeping the dining room was wearing this offensive shirt. And the waitress give me water and never seen her again. So I left after 20 minutes of this joke for a eating place and went to IHOP. Where I was promptly seated and got coffee and water fast and ordered within 5 minutes
