We stopped by last Saturday night (12/10/22) with my kids and not only we had a delicious sandwiches, the place was clean and inviting, but the real difference was made by the person that worked there - I wished we got her name! She was so friendly and warm, had a great attitude, and really made an effort. All of the kids said that it was the best Subway they've ever been too because of her. If you're the store manager - please check your schedule (it was around 10 pm on 12/10/22) and give praise and raise to this amazing young lady! Thank you!!

This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to! The staff were super welcoming—by the time we were ready to go the manager Evelyn was actually dancing with our five year old. Will definitely come back here!

I went here with a few girlfriends over the weekend to get some dinner before a party. I was greeted as soon as i entered the store by a nice smile and lovely employee. Everything was clean and the food was fantastic. I will definitely come again if she is working. 5 out of 5. I love this subway

A very kind man told me a sandwich I wanted was now named The Boss. Well, he made the most despicably delicious sandwich. I have never had a sandwich that decadent at a Subway, I didn’t know the sandwich I have been eating for years has a name. I will return to this Subway. Thank you. To the girl with the pink hair I saw today, she was absolutely the best! So nice and great to talk to, was nice to see a smiling face in this awful heat, I wish I caught her name but thank you!! I love the establishment. The energy with the crew when I'm there always makes me feel welcome. Even when there is a line it seems they always make sure they have a small conversation with me and ask me how I'm doing. It's very nice.

The service is usually really fast. For a sandwich shop, this is a pretty good place to get some fast sandwiches for a low price. I like subway, but I think im influenced by all the Korean drama that's sponsored by subway lol

The employees are very bad, very ridiculous. irreverent. And the most ridiculous thing is that they say that if you want to use the WC, you have to pay. nonsense.

If you going to refuse orders at 8:20 then change your hours!! Boy was extremely rude about it saying he doesn’t want to stay there all night. Don’t blame the customers if you hate your job.

The only reason why I'm giving one star is because, theirs Is one Employee isn't very nice to customers. And she's discriminating the homeless, because my friend and I got kicked out way before we sat down, but let other homeless people stay. REALLY . WE DONT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS. WE STAY TO OUR SHELVES. This has happened multiple times. Please dont get me wrong, I've buoughten from here multiple times. She lets people drink alcohol in the restaurant. I'm willing to talk more if needed. And this one Employee plays her music through the restaurants radio and blears it. Come on, their are kids that go in their as well. This is very Unprofessional. This isn't about cristal. This is about a different Employee. Sorry I dont have her name to give you.

Was here Saturday 1/14/2017 at about 8:30 PM ordered a wrap $6.50 the poster says flavor with double meat. The worker, some guy with a beard and a really bad attitude put 4 slices on and I pointed out the sign and I said doesn't it come with 8 slices? he says no you have to specify it. He was really disrespectful. I thought to myself this was weird, but went ahead with the order when we got to the register, he charged me 8.50. I said the sign says 6.50, he started to get mad, saying "you ordered double meat", and "I already told you that" so I walked out and he said "so don't get it then". Hands down the worst subway experience I've ever had, I went to the Hadley Walmart Subway and Sure enough IT IS 8 SLICES FOR A 6.50 WRAP NOT ONLY WAS THE AMHERST WORKER DISRESPECTFUL HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HIS PRICES AND WAS PROBABLY TRYING TO POCKET THE TWO EXTRA DOLLARS NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

This Subway is recently under new management (as of October 2014), and the new owner is defrauding customers by instructing his employees to put fewer toppings on sandwiches then they are required to by Subway standards. He argued with me that Subway had changed the formulas to 4 tomatoes per foot long, when I know for a fact that the formula is 6 tomatoes per footlong. He said that he'd already fired 2 employees over putting "too many" tomatoes on sandwiches. He is cheating customers and this is not okay. You deserve 6 tomatoes and 6 cucumbers on every foot long sandwich you buy from Subway, don't let him (or any other sub-par Subway employee) tell you otherwise.
