The Meat it's always good but the bun it's a horrible choice😵 it falls apart you cannot keep the burger together.and the bacon was burned so it made it taste somewhat nasty. I've eaten at this restaurant before but in Palmyra New Jersey and it was delicious and the bread that they had was very different than this establishment. Overall they do have friendly service🤗 and the place is clean but they need to just not burn the bacon and use some other type of bread. It's not the workers fault it's the owner's fault they need to switch THEIR BUNS ASAP! 😲

Stopping in at place Schenectady, well been a decade you know inflation. Atmosphere very nice, price's somewhat to be expected. Overall been awhile certainly worth your while.

Five Guys...its been a while. The people were abundantly friendly and the food was good. But $31 for two small cheese burgers and sodas? *sigh* I can't fault the employees, I guess it's all down to how much you're willing to pay for the convenience of having someone else make your burger. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Service always good however won't be back. Last 3 times made all of who went very sick.

Regular fry, regular drink, bacon cheeseburger came to $24! Won't be going back.

Used to love eating here, a couple of days ago I ate the Little hamburger and got food poising. Very friendly though just won’t eat here again after that.

I write this as I am still waiting for my order, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and after watching three separate people who arrived after me get their food first. I am appalled by the frankly ridiculous wait times, and even more frustrated with watching various door dash drivers and random customers be prioritized over customers who showed up in the store first. Every time I have come here I feel as if this is the experience, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Not worth the time wasted or the money spent!

5 guys is my favorite burger joint, however this location needs improvement. The last two times I’ve gone they’ve messed up my order. Ordered a cheeseburger with the my usual toppings, and received a little burger with different toppings. For the price you pay the order should be correct.

I've eaten from five guys a number of times but last night my boyfriend and I both got a burger from them..extremely greasy-more then usual..not sure what happwnd but the both of us got extremely sick after. Def food poisoning...don't think we will be going back

I don’t really have much to say other than I wanted to try something different for a change and I’m severely disappointed. The fries actually had less in them before my wife dumped her little Cajun into my large Cajun and it still wasn’t full. My meal alone was at least $21 and for the amount of food it feels a bit much.

The staff here are absolutely miserable. They completely lack respect and customer service skills. I have never been so disgusted by a group of service employees! After waiting several minutes for our milkshakes to be made, Samantha C. gave us an incredible amount of attitude, saying “oh, I’m so sorry it takes an extra 5 seconds to make your milkshake” among other inappropriate comments. It was so despicable, we left in a flurry of yelling and “DONT COME BACK!”s. Oh, don’t worry. We won’t.

Upsetting experience recently opened location took forever, over an hour for an order placed online several hours earlier and scheduled for pickup for 6pm. Arrived to find no social distancing and extended wait times for ALL ORDERS seemed walk in customers were quicker.. I was one of several who asked for a refund and was told not possible not even store credit and that we basically had to wait. Unfortunately they are not familiar with car makes or models/colors so when asked to wait in my vehicle posed another problem which I observed several instances of, so back inside with no social distancing, no refunds or future credit for anyone who asked so I could leave and come another time. Unfortunately if your having this type of traffic all online orders should be suspended until it can be handled, walk in only and someone should've been taking head counts at the door to prevent entry and stay within cdc/state guidelines. On top of all that I watched someone slip on the freezing rain that started while waiting and I had an issue with my order. If you like five guys wait like 3 months before trying the Amsterdam location might be straightened out by then.
