There always vary helpful and when really busy they get my food out in a reasonable time

My son loves pizza and this is his fave chain. Anytime we order from here I have rarely any issues. If we do they make it right.

Last couple of times I have ordered pizza have been AMAZING! The pizza was so fresh and hot! Perfectly melted cheese..I use the dominos app so I track my pizza and knows who makes it and.....your the real MVP Maria!! 😍😍😍

Breana was my delivery driver and she was so nice. Most people have a hard time finishing my apartment but the minute she pulled into the complex she was at my door within 2 minutes. Service was super fast when making my pizza and delivered quickly.

Whenever I order delivery this restaurant comes in clutch. Especially when I give a tip that’s not too crazy. Even when I order pickup the customer service is decent but delivery from them I get much better customer service and food service as it arrives quickly and the pizza is really good.

Good pizza, but paying over 20 dollars for one pizza is way too much!

The crust on your pizzas is quite thick. I think it would be even more delicious if it were thinner, because as it is now, it comes off a bit doughy. That’s my only suggestion — if you could make the crust a bit thinner, the pizza would be higher quality and even better. I love Italian pizzas, and when I compare, there’s a big difference since their crusts are thinner and baked more evenly. Other than that, your pizzas are very good.

The manager Hannah was super kind! I moved a couple months ago and forgot to change my delivery address on my profile and didn’t realize until i checked on the status of my pizza.I called to see if I could catch the driver in time and Hannah made sure regardless that I received my order! So Thank you Hannah my son is happy 😃

My order was made promptly I was greated very politely and the store was clean upon entering. The staff was great and my pizza was very tasty. I've never had a bad pizza from them yet :).

I order at least once a month sometimes once a week. My experience has always been courteous people, excellent food and exactly what I ordered. Sometimes we pick up but since spring we have had deleivery since my husband got sick. Drivers have been helpful and professional.

The only thing holding back for the 5th star is literally everytime I order, which is once a week for over a year, all of the pizzas are never cut through....ever. Lauren usually delivers to us and she is the nicest person and always brings a treat for our Dog Leslie! Toppings are always plentiful and I've never had a late order. Keep up the good work but maybe sharpen your slicers!

The service is good. For take out pizza, it is above average. The sandwiches are pretty good- flavor is above average. We frequent Dominoes when we end our day hungry and don't want to cook and clean up.

Food was great. That pie pass is a joke. I checked in, stood in front of the sign and no one cared. I still waited in line.

Of the 3 pizza chains in town.. we have never had a bad experience(food) from here.. order is usually ready. Always hot... always good... order has never been wrong. Only complaint a few times we have gone the delivery drivers park AT the back door...so you have to navigate around several parked cars ..of employees.. to get to the window.

Online ordering has been down for some time 😩 Having to place snail pace orders by phn SUCKS! Their employee w/heavy accent from India (bless his heart) had extreme difficulty taking my order & maneuvering their computer to process my order correctly. My advice; have lots of patience. I'm sure they are working out the kinks in their online service. Otherwise, have never had issues with the food, gr8 taste for the price.

Great pizza, as usual. But it took over an hour for the pizza to be ready for carry out. You may want to stick to delivery as they seem to prioritize that. Also, the app informed us that the pizza was ready ten minutes before it actually was.

It’s Dominos (aka pizza) so you can’t go wrong. However this location has a drive through window and they only serve one customer at a time. Instead they should take the order and have the customer pull around to a designated waiting spot so they can keep the line moving. If McDonald’s can do it anyone can.

I understand that Friday’s are busy, but I order for take out and was told my order was ready for pick up at 8:24p.m. I got there at 8:31 and was told that in less than 6 minuted it would be ready. I was waiting inside the store until 8:43. I don’t know what is the point of letting the customer know when is ready for pick up if when you go pick up is not ready. I would not mind if it took longer, I just wish it would have told me to go pick up when it was actually ready. Pizza and bread stickers were delicious as usual. Just wish the timing had been better between the kitchen and the app.

I order Domino's regularly (when they have a decent sale), and did so again tonight. I was very disappointed when i found that my Extravaganzza "loaded" pizza was really lacking in the amount of toppings. Usually, Domino's piles on toppings on their pizzas. I guess that has changed. Not even worth the half price sale.

Asked for extra cheese no extra was added but charged anyway.also ordered hot wings but they were cold in temperature and looked like they just dashed on Frank's hot sauce didnt look anything like the picture 2nd time in a roll that I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'LL DEFINITELY think twice before returning i spent good money for what use to be a delicious meal. What ever happened to dominos quality????

While the food is always great, my problem is with their customer service. Upon ordering my pasta bowl online, I selected marinara sauce. My guess is, there was a problem with the website and when I checked out, it got switched back to Alfredo sauce (which is already pre-selected for some reason). I did not know about the mistake and whenever I received my pasta bowl with Alfredo sauce, I called and asked to speak to a manager. She looked up my order and said that I had selected Alfredo sauce. I explained to her that I had selected marinara sauce whenever I was ordering. Her response was laughter (that I found very unprofessional) and she told me that I must have made a mistake while ordering and then continued to laugh. I'm sorry, but I'm never returning to this dominos again. Her response was very unprofessional and could have been handled better. I'll be going to pizza Hut from this day forward.

Apparently the coupons aren't as advertised. I was using the $9.99 large up to 5 topping carry out Only coupon. I ordered one large topping hand tossed pepperoni, ham, mushrooms,and extra cheese for a total of 5 toppings. No matter how I tried to use extra cheese as one of the "up to 5 toppings" , the price would not come to $9.99 before tax. I ordered the pizzas online after a phone call was made to the Angleton store About this issue. In which I was told multiple times that the additional above the $9.99 was taxes. I ordered them online. Drove approximately 22 miles to pick them up (this store doesn't deliver to my particular part of Danbury) thinking surely they can resolve this issue at the store. The man that helped me - who is also the same person I spoke with on the phone earlier - could not give me a reason as to why the pizzas weren't $9.99 before tax other than taxes, the price never comes out right or the same as what the coupons are advertised as, and the toppings. All the while becoming more irritated and rude the entire time. Not to mention unwilling to correct the problem. The total should have been $21.63 after tax The total actual was $22.45 after tax. I did not purchase the pizzas. I'm aware that is $0.82 . If I let $0.82 slide on everything I purchased, Everytime I purchased goods or services from anyone, correct me if I'm wrong. But, that would end up being a sizable amount of money over the period of a year. When I arrived at this store, a gentleman picking up his pizza ahead of me Asked if they put any parmesan cheese packets in the boxes. The man helping him (same man that "helped" me) told him they were $1.25 additional charge and produced a tiny jar/container and stated that is what they offer now. The gentleman declined. As I would have also. My main issue with all this is if this stores practice? Or Domino's pizza as a whole has taken to milking their customers? Deceiving their customers? Of smaller less noticeable amounts of money using the same "Reasoning" as the man that "helped" me both on the phone and in person? Best regards Jerry Faries.

He was not in yesterday when I was there.

Even then, they didn't bring the salad and I was told that I would receive credit for the missing salad. Instead I got an email offering me 50% off of a pizza or 60 reward points. This is not customer service!!!!! That is horrible! If I could give no stars, I would!!!!

Guy name Stephen answered the phone and when I said I really wouldn’t like to receive a cold pizza, he told me to call him if there’s any problems with the pizza when delivered in a very rude manner and then hung up on me. This will be the last time I order from domino’s. Update! Received order from domino’s. Shocker it was like warm at best and now domino’s will not answer the phone. Terrible service.

Food was great, although I was charged about $25 extra because someone didn’t put a coupon in and they did nothing to make it right. Just was told by a manager that ” they don’t just put coupons in because then they’re company loses money”. Very disappointing interaction.
