Bruh! THE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER IS HERE! Day 1 of it hitting BK. I jumped on it first opportunity! I am so grateful for BK to provide this amazing Plant Based / Vegan Burger. It was delicious (as expected!) -No Mayo, get it Mic'd. The staff was really awesome as well.. they were super nice, accommodating & was not judgy when ordering this burger. They later asked how was it.; I also had the chance to talk to my new friend Corie about this & ended up getting a selfie! Thanks Corie!! Thank you Burger King for having the Impossible Burger!

We went through the drive thru. The young lady serving the food shoved an entire order for three people into one bag. When we got home we were missing a Spicy Crispy Sandwich. We had to drive all the way back. There was no apology or any acknowledgment of their mistake. The sandwich was in the warmer. The employee simply put it in a bag and handed it to me. When we got back home I realized that my double whopper had one burnt patty and one undercooked patty. Horrible experience. Will never go back to this location.

Good location for a Burger King. Employees are polite, respectful, and had a smile on their face. Though their interpretation of EXTRA pickles that were paid for and mine is different.

I felt skeptical at first whenever I came here because I've seen this restaurant getting some negative reviews. I came here today at lunch 12:00 PM and got the Bacon King Meal with Pink Lemonade as a drink by placing it through a mobile order app and I gotta say they made my food fast! The young lady who was working the front counter was also nice and polite! The Food and the fries were also delicious as-well. The only thing that I wish was that it wasn't so warm inside. I don't know if their A/C is broken or if they had their Thermostat at a higher setting but inside the restaurant felt kinda hot that's just the only problem.

Placed our order at the counter, the employee was polite , but then we waited and waited . The other two customers that were there we found out had ordered online and they also have been waiting a while.Anyway, finally got our order which was only 2 burgers, Fries.

I went to Burger King in Lake Jackson, Tx off Hwy 332 today for the first time. The entrance into the restaurant "smelled" not very clean. Basic Clorox and water does "wonders" when you have continuous traffic!!! I still tried the food, it was ok except my fries were a medium, and the cup was barely filled!!! Please give me what I paid for!!

They forgot the sauce for the chicken fries and forgot the icing dip for cini minis. Both of these items show on the receipt and I'm too far away to drive back.

service is trash only person in line waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru nobody came to the windows. ended up leaving without placing an order. go to the one in Clute. you could drive there get your sandwiches and drive back faster then waiting for service at this location.

Order a double bacon cheeseburger and only got 1 cheese on my burger. Lettuce was not green it was yellow. Lobby was extremely dirty. Won’t be eating here again.

The floors here are consistently greasy and slippery. My daughter has slipped twice during our visit, so please be cautious if you’re coming here. Every time we dine in, the floors pose the same issue.

This is the worst Burger King in Brazoria county. The rude manager told us that they going clos breakfast, but we had 30 minutes before breakfast is over. We ordered the biscuits, BIG mistake! The biscuits were so hard, it would make a dog cry. We order hot coffee, and got coffee cold enough to be iced coffee. Be nice to your stomach and don’t eat here.

So this is what they call extra sauce, and when I ask for a few extra ketchup packs they just gave this and was rude about it. I dont know if I want to even go back to this location again after all this.
