I went to smoothie King after my workout. Daniel and another young lady was working. I was greeted upon entering the place, and Daniel was very , very friendly! Both ladies was cheerful and very polite. My smoothies were excellent! The watermelon lemonade one was so good! Daniel explained the difference in both the xtreme watermelon and the one I had chosen. The atmosphere was very inviting! I appreciate Daniel customer service which was superb!

I stopped in for 1 of my favorite smoothies (Caribbean Way) and I was pleased with the smiles and greetings as I walked in the door. When I received my Smoothie, it's always the first sip that tells me if they nailed it...AND THEY DID! I love for my Caribbean Way to be made to perfection, just the right blends of all the ingredients and this location did not disappoint. Keep doing a great job, making great smoothies!

I was just at the store. As my son and I was finished, a lady was ordering and was so incredibly rude. The employee was taking her order and the employee would say, “ yes ma’am is that all” or “ ok, is that all?” And she was completely polite. All the while this customer was a complete sarcastic, holier than though queen of Karen’s! I just want to say to the employee that you did an amazing job hun and cudos to you for keeping sweet under pressure from Cruella!!!

This has been my go to smoothie king since coming to work down here in Freeport . My go to location where I live is the Bay Area location in Webster . Both locations have not given me any hassle or anything to complain about. 5star service from these ladies every time . I receive the champion status treatment every time I come . Keep up the great work ladies .!

LOVE my Banana Boat!!! Bought a Recharge pineapple for my desk clerk yesterday and today and she loves it!! Staff is always super nice and smiling! The only thing is when you have a special like they do on Fridays ($5&$6 32oz). That's probably not the time to overshare about your house, rain and flooding when the line is 7+ people deep. Yes, we are a small community but we all know it rains, we all know flooding is possible AND we're all trying to get in and out with our smoothies.

I was on my way back home from being in the area and looked for a smoothie king near by and this was the location. I was happy it was so close to me. I placed a mobile order and was expecting to pick up through the drive-thru as I really didn’t want to get out of the car, but when I got there I was disappointed to find out they didn’t have a drive-thru. I got of the car and walked on to my smoothie waiting on me. I was happy with that at least. They employees were friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars is the for them not having a drive-thru when one could have been there as they are right at the end of the little building. I’m no architect but I don’t see a reason as to why one is not there.

I enjoyed coming here when it first opened but now I just come out of necessity. Evening staff isn't very friendly and they can be rude. It would be nice to have the chairs out and not put up at 8:11pm when the business closes at 9pm and there are people continuing to step in. Smoothies are good but the customer service lacks.

Nobody said anything When I approached the cashier to order, she was looking down at her phone scrolling, but then when I got her attention, she was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to them, making my shake nobody wash their hands, and I saw another worker scratch his head and coughing his hand and still didn’t wash his hands Even though the one that coughed in his hands wasn’t preparing my drink. I just couldn’t imagine what more they don’t do It’s like social hour at this place. They’re all standing around just talking and being young kids not a good look for this franchise and it starts with the door being extremely dirty with fingerprints everywhere.

Service has completely gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for years. Not sure who is running this place, but they need to do better. Augmentative, unprofesionalism and careless. I typically don't leave bad reviews, but this is absurd. Get it together SMOOTHIE KING. We will be taking our services elsewhere.

Poor service..Received door order, no bag, no plastic ware, and eno seal sticker...disappointing

I wouldn't rate not even a star ! I had an unpleasant experience this past week. I work at Walmart & on my lunch I decided to order a Shake and Trail mix through the app . I literally spent almost $30 on those 2 things with all the add ons on my shake Everytime I've ordered from Smoothie king I always tip , Always . so I got there it was Ready to go awesome . Mind you I was on my phone at same time and had to go make a stop at the mall . On my way getting back to work I realized I was missing the Trail mix . I go back & there was these 2 girl employee's just standing there talking . I said I didn't get my trail mix . One of The girls there w/ Blue eyes says oh you can just go grab it ? I said okay well I would think it would be with my shake when we pick up . She said oh no sometimes we forget . In my opinion for one I'm picking up 2- I'm tipping it's their job to make sure we get what we order . I didn't even know where the trail mix were I went to the wall looking around and the other girl said it's over here and I grabbed it and walked out . I was in disbelief Never again am I going back !! Worst experience I've had .

yesterday, after my workout, i came here to have a smoothie and what i expected to be a nice experience, but i got the complete opposite, my service was super slow and terrible due to the fact that some worker with black hair and long black nails working the cash register was not putting any effort towards the customers or her job, and she left her co worker to deal with the mess all by herself which lead to a bigger mess, will definitely not be coming back here due to her atrocious service. will never come back again! do not recommend unless you want her terrible service!

The worst sales person tells me I can't purchase a kid size smoothie after I purchased the same thing the day before. I really wish sales ppl understand a customer that is paying have the right to purchase what I want,not what you want to sale me. Especially if I explained I just had surgery and will not be able to drink a small smoothie. I will not be coming back into this place.

Came yesterday and asked for a 20oz. They charged and gave me the 32oz. Yes it matters for someone watching calories. Today I asked for a gladiator, the girl handed out a yogurt D-lite and said she was confused. I threw it away because it looked liked a yogurt. I asked for the gladiatorfor the protein after a workout. She should have offered to remake the smootie. I will not use this place again.

The girls who work here are super unprofessional and rude. Didn’t even greet me when I walked in. I go up to the counter to order and one of the girls is sitting on the counter where they prep food with her feet on it. I immediately turn around and leave. Absolutely disgusting.

The worst sales person tells me I can't purchase a kid size smoothie after I purchased the same thing the day before. I really wish sales ppl understand a customer that is paying have the right to purchase what I want,not what you want to sale me.
