I had to thank the staff personally. Not that they did anything above and beyond with my order. I just noticed how well they worked together, kept the orders moving in a timely fashion. My food was good and prepared with care. It keeps me coming back. Fast forward to today. 3/1. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Not happy one bit. That was closer to a brick than a biscuit. The person wrapping that dehydrated sandwich should have felt the unforgiving stiff bread and made a fresh one. The taste was more salt than sausage. As you can see from the picture the amount of brittle bits of bread, it would sink like a rock.

Overall experience at this location was pretty good. It was my first visit since moving to Anna. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. I ordered their western bacon double Angus burger. It was ok. The onion rings were good. The burger was a little dry, and the sauce was overpowering, which caused a little heartburn. I will try something different on my next visit.

Went here for the third time.. everything was fine.. The Woman upfront was moody.. I get it . Fast food jobs can be grueling, I have worked in the industry at one point myself. Doesn't matter how horrible the shift may be you put on the plastic smile and fake till the end of the day..

It was okay. I'll be honest, its pricey here. 30 bucks to feed my son, myself, and his dad. 2 combos and one extra cheeseburger. They didnt have any tea made, so i had to drink water. Would be okay, only i paid for a drink, which i didn't get. The ketchup dispenser was out, so everyone had to get back up to get some packets for their orders. I will say, the wait was pretty decent. Even for the line out the door. My son ordered a plain burger, but it came with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. He likes it plain with just the cheese. Not sure why plain really isn't. Everything was hot and fresh. The burgers were nicely charbroiled. The tenders really had no flavor honestly. They needed some saltiness, and Im really not a fan of salty foods. They were hot and fresh too though, so I'll give them that. Overall its been okay here. Im sure the nostalgia brings people back, as this place has been here for decades.

I wish it was possible to consistently get fresh food. My favorite item is the big chicken sandwich, which they usually cook fresh. But, when they're dropping fresh chicken they give you old soggy fries. Why not cook both items fresh? I just don't understand why they must serve old fries. And my next complaint is why is the same thing I ordered last time a different price this time? You've been sending out unreadable receipts for months now.

The main reason we go is because of their milkshakes, and the last couple of times that we went there milkshake machine was not working.

The food is very good. The burgers are very tasty with a nice sweetness from the bun and the fries are seasoned well. Unfortunately the service is pretty bad. I was asking some questions about the menu options to the cashier while trying to order and before every response would just start at me for a few seconds, say "uhhhhh. I don't know". Was also quick to turn around to talk to coworkers and ask me again what I ordered. It was a simple medium #4... good food, just disappointed with the service.

After being called a liar for ordering #7 and expecting meal, not a sandwich, got messed up order and it's drowning in mustard. Burger is decent as always.

It's disappointing to see a business that's not fully leveraging digital platforms to enhance customer experience. A well-functioning online ordering system can significantly increase customer engagement and drive more frequent purchases. It’s concerning that some businesses, even when they have the potential for greater success, seem to hold themselves back due to ineffective management. Competent business operation is crucial for growth and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, in this case, I feel that this business falls short.
