One of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the chicken salad, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The guacamole was perfectly seasoned, the veggies were crisp, and the chicken was cooked just right. Definitely hit the spot!

After a long time waiting for them to open, Chipotle is here! While they are still working out some kinks from just opening, my husband and I had a great meal. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and modern looking. The food itself did not look the most appetizing as most of the meats and beans looked dried out, but to our suprise were actually tender. My husband enjoyed the limited time, only chicken al pastor, but when I went right after them, they were out. They ran out of a lot and were struggling to keep food on the line. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but I attribute this it being busy and them trying to keep up. Food is to your typical Chipotle standard, so we plan on coming back as everything waa enjoyable, and the chicken al pastor had an almost mole flavor, so hopeful they will keep it on the menu!

Mobile Order Pickup, Quesadilla with rice, beans and sour cream, sides were great, felt like the entree wasn't as filling as usual, glad a drive up is available though, small location but it'll grow on this area quick. Lady at window was nice.

One day you get the perfect amount of meat on your rice and the next day they give you only half that amount. But overall still a awesome place to go for good food!

Plus you get to order it your way so how can you go wrong with that. This location is a good one. I love the drive-up window and curbside spots. The service is always good and the ladies working there are nice. Most of them speak Spanish too. The food seems to have lost it's quality a bit. I'm not sure why it's really good on the spot but I've tried different combos and still felt a little sick both times. My go to is a burrito bowl either chicken or beef!

The time before was no change, and they didn't want to have the till short by 30 cents. The food was barely warm, they didn't want to give any complimentary items for no chips. Some workers are rude and didn't seem like working. Vegetables don't taste cleaned or fresh. For what I got I wouldn't pay that much money again. Chipotle's slogan is freshness garenteed and not almost good garenteed. At least they put a bag of napkins out.

Chipotle is back on their bs. I feel bad writing this, because the staff here are very nice people.. but it needs to be said. Two years ago, Chipotle was getting dragged through social media because their portions were famously laughable. TikTok and Insta had a movement to film your order being made and walk out of it looked like garbage. Chipotle relented and got better, but they seem to think it’s safe to go right back to how they were. Portions are back to being a joke, they’re out of main ingredients regularly, and prices are going up (if you really want to get pissed, look up the latest leaked earnings report from their CEO, where he says they’re going to keep raising prices because they can and the public will bend over and take it, it’s insane to hear) Do yourself a favor and find a local Mexican food shop or food truck to make bowls with better quality, for less money, and more value. There’s a few just up 1960.

They do not give good service at all.They were like robots. The experience was horrible.First time going and the last time!!!.Food looks like juke when they put together and the workers had nooooo customer service training.SMH horrible!!! And the food was thrown together..You couldn't even warm up because everything was mixed up.And let's not forget the price for what you get. Absolutely not worth it. Horrible experience.Nightmare!!! Cashier rang up managers food on our total and thought we wouldn't notice. Manager made his bowl and put it at the counter next to our bag. Cashier put two bowls in the bag but proceeded to ring up three? Makes no sense. Pretty sure this isnt the first time and they thought they could get away with it. Will be taking this to corporate.

after I pay for my food I learn that there fountain machine is broke. Over 3 dollars for a drink and there was prior knowledge that the fountain machine was broke. No refund was issued.

Ordered via App Rice was hard Meat was dried out like jerky Hardly any meat in bowl & same with tacos Seems like they take you for granted knowing most don't see what they have in the bag until they get to their destination. If they were focused on serving consistent servings & quality food, you shouldn't have to check the bag🤔

The night crew at this location was extremely rude. The establish closes at 11 and I arrived at 10:25 the young lady that worked the line making the entrees basically threw everything in the bowl, I wanted chicken and the cook was literally cooking chicken and she informed me that he couldn’t cut the chicken because it was for tomorrow and going in the fridge. So I had to get steak. She put literally 7 pieces of steak in the bowl and I asked for a few pieces more and she was like I’m going to have to charge you double (for a total of 14 pieces of steak) making my total 20.00 for a bowl full of rice and 14 pieces of steak. When I told the cashier I didn’t want to pay for double meat the server aggressively threw the bowl in the trash. Now the cashier was pleasant but the line server was terrible. Another couple made the same comment as well while she was serving. I will be calling the manager as well, bc the service made me that upset. And I usually don’t take the time to even post surveys or reviews.

This location is trash. Food be cold, they just put your bowl together any kind of way, food be all over the container and the quality is just poor.

The staff working the afternoon shift were consistently rude, and they provided very little meat in our bowls, as if they were paying for it themselves. I only received about ten pieces of meat and had to ask the lady to add more, which she did with a nasty attitude. Additionally, they forgot to give us a quesadilla and didn’t provide us with a receipt. My wife had to go back to ask for it. We ended up spending $40 for just 2 half bowls.

This is the second time I’ve visited this location, and the lack of basic courtesy from the staff is very noticeable. The white girl with blonde hair who helped me didn’t greet me, say thank you, or even acknowledge me throughout the interaction. It’s incredibly unprofessional and leaves a bad impression
