I came here with three other family members for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The huge crowd in the building and the many cars in the lot shows how popular the place is to the locals. The store is a mix of order from the counter and get delivered to the table food and packaged goods. The place is well lite, clean, airy, and well staffed. The prices are reasonable. This is no tourist trap. The food was good. Service is friendly. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

The cheeseburgers are always cold, including the bun. Just went to McDonald’s in Endicott- cheeseburger was warm. What’s wrong in Apalachin?

Better than other local mc donalds, but it's still just McDonald's and when it's busy the customer service is lacking

Washrooms are extremely dirty and no toilet paper. Drink spilled on floor near seating area, garbage on tables.

I can’t tell you the amount of times I go there and get the wrong order. Last week I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with honey mustard. Instead, got 4 nuggets and no sauce. Today. I ordered a double hamburger with no pickles, small fry and drink. I got a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and no fries.. is it that hard back there??

If i could go lower than 1 star I would rate these guys -10 THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER SEEN. I go in and only order a quarter pounder and a shake. Sounds like it should be easy right? But somehow it took HALF AN HOUR FOR A QUARTER POUNDER. The service was just a straight dumpster fire. I waited half an hour but I was one of the lucky ones. There were some people in line with me that waited UP TO A WHOLE HOUR. Not only that there was French fries spilled all over the floor that no one even bothered to sweep up. And the employees were just disrespectful about everything. Lady came in asking for her money back because she was told to wait in the drive thru and sat there for like 20 minutes and the cashier just started cussing her out like it was her fault. Then they didn't even give her the money back and just gave her a number to call. Ive been eating at this McDonald's since I was a very young child growing up in the area but this place is going to shit and corporate needs to get on these guys because this was probably the worst restaurant experience ive ever had

Horrible at making orders correctly. One time I got a regular burger and it was completely missing the patty, I get their mocha coffee and several times it's been made wrong, one time with no whipped cream and another time it's just completely black. Today I got two CHEESEburgers and NEITHER of them had cheese, and the burger was messy. Don't know what else to expect from a McDonald's with bad staff.

Pulled up 25 minutes before closing just for a soda, sat there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me the entire time. An employee came out the side door and took the trash out but still no one took my order. I pulled up to the window in case their speaker wasn’t working or something and they just looked at me and walked away.. then turned all the lights off! Pulled to the front and saw customers sitting in the lobby still eating.. so I called their phone and it was turned off with no option to leave a message. About a week prior they didn’t have a coffee I ordered on the app so they offered to refund, scanned my card to give said refund and I got a charge for $0.00 to my card. (No refund) Both times I saw and dealt with the same manager. This is extremely unprofessional and I actually can’t believe I just experienced being so blatantly ignored as a paying customer during operating hours. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Store is dirty. Service is slow. Food is over priced and they didn’t even fill the fries which is ridiculous considering it costs over $15 a person to eat that processed crappy food. I rarely eat here because the quality is so bad but I worked 14 hours today and didn’t want to cook. Well NEVER again will McDonald’s get my money and rip me off. I live .25 miles away (2-3 minute drive) and my food was COLD. So what did I wait ten minutes for because it clearly wasn’t fresh fries and sandwiches. Also, is filling a fry I waited ten minutes to get really that hard?

Stood at the front counter for 6 minutes. Several staff members made eye contact with me and no one came up to help or even acknowledged that I was standing there. Left without making a purchase.

Jazmine was very unprofessional and not very good at her job. She had an attitude and all the customers can see it. I asked to remake this mcchicken and she said she can't because I've asked before about remaking food. I only ask to remake food if it's sloppy. But yet she wouldn't and after a minute of it in the package it was just a soggy mess. I can't even go to this mcdonalds anymore due to her just ruining the experience for me. I know you hate your job, you don't have to make it so noticeable though.

I really do wish I could rate this location more than 1 star but when I get home from driving and open up my quarter pounder, which was made incorrectly despite the grill slip - notice the grill slip says add mayo but there is clearly no mayo on the sandwich, to start taking bites out of it only to find out IT WASN'T EVEN FULLY COOKED. Not only did you mess up a SIMPLE order, you failed to even cook the meat fully. This is going to have to be a solid no as a place to revisit. The staff gets paid that fast food minimum wage and can't even cook burgers correctly? I used to work for a McDonalds. I mean, you set the grill to 4:1, wait for it to heat, then cook burgers on it. It's not that difficult.
