Excellent customer service, burgers and fries were amazing.

Trin was our server, she was very funny and very attentive. She had a smile on her face the whole time! Our food was amazing, best chicken tenders I’ve had at a restaurant. The atmosphere was very welcoming!

I think everyone but the kitchen staff has come and said hi to me! Love that! Love that it’s mostly women! You go ladies! My waitress’ name was also Madi! She is very kind :)

We had a quick meal before heading home and were not disappointed. I haven't had Red Robin's in forever. Love the endless fries and the crispy chicken salad.

Red Robin is one of the only restaurants at which I can eat delicious keto-friendly food. My waitress, Annika, helped me think through the entire menu and find substitutions that allowed me to eat what I wanted. Every time I go back, I hope I get her as my waitress, because she is shockingly efficient, friendly, and genuine. She takes the time to brainstorm with me, and she never says anything is impossible. She just brings it 5-10 minutes later. And somehow is super sociable but not annoying, because I believe she really does enjoy meeting every person who comes in.

Super friendly hostess, offered to refill drinks when she noticed they were getting low without us having to say anything! Food came out super fast and felt very well taken care of!

Went to the Red Robin on Vestal Parkway in Vestal NY. The service was absolutely wonderful. Jess (Big Papa) was kind and an amazing server. Would definitely be coming back. Highly recommend the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich too!

Food here is delicious, burgers always cooked to desired color. Garlic fries are amazing could be slightly crispier. Flavored or as they call it freckled strawberry lemonade is always good. Highly recommend their campfire sauce. We will be back our server was Kayden and she was fast and efficient and couldn’t of been more pleasant to us.

The food and drinks were so good and came out pretty quick! Our waitress was very friendly and made us laugh. It was also my husbands birthday so they all came over and sang to him which of course embarrassed but it was hilarious. I definitely recommend coming here especially if you want great food!!!

Fabulous experience! I had the boneless wings with teriyaki, fully coated but not super saucy which is great! I also got the bacon cheeseburger but I switched out for grilled chicken and was able to add pickles and their super crunchy onion straws. Had a side of their garlic aioli for my bottomless fries, that garlic A is its own food group!!! Nicole was awesome and an absolutely pleasure, super friendly and on top of everything for me!!

I come to Red Robin on the Vestal parkway in New York every Tuesday with my mom for lunch. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. And I always get the same waitress Nicole. She goes above and beyond everytime to make sure everything is perfect! I always make sure to come back just to see the staff, and the food is an added bonus.

Holly was the best server we have had. Today was Mother’s Day and it was super busy but Holly was on top of everything! Every time she was around our table either with stuff in her hands or not she asked us if we needed anything. Very kind woman and was very patient with our elderly mother and our young son ordering his food. She smiled and was so sweet the entire time. I will try to have her every time I go!

I took my husband here for his first time last month and he loved it. Took him yesterday for his birthday and it's was another great experience. I love this location and we live in PA! 5 star for everything!! ♡

My wife had a birthday and they made it very special. The food was great and tasty. My wife had a free meal through the rewards program for her birthday and they also ended the meal with a free sundae. All the staff were friendly, smiled and were attentive even though it was busy. All the staff came to the table and sang a birthday jingle. It was very memorable. Definitely recommend A+++++

Holly is genuinely the funniest, most charismatic server I’ve ever had! She was really helpful with the food allergies at our table and got anything else we needed so quickly! We are definitely coming back just for her!

The whisky bbq burger is pretty good; fries are nice and fresh. The chicken salad is fresh too. Will definitely come back for milkshake next time

My first time there and rewarded with a sampling of the delicious fries. Some of the sides are endless and they don't overload your portion. No food waste. Side salad had an interesting, light, citrusy dressing.

Have to say I'm not a chain restaurant type of guy..but find their burgers and fries scrumtious!!! Staff is always pleasant as well..makes the "experience" must more Pleasant!!

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t remember to give us our cup on the way out which was completely okay; everyone is human! As we were driving out of the parking lot she put my drink into a to-go cup and brought it out to me in our car. I’ve never received such personal and kind service. I am very happy with our waitress and her service.

Big papa is always great, serves you up right at the bar, and Holly is a real MVP for the extra campfire sauce. All of the staff is inviting, and welcoming. Always a great experience.

The service was fast and very friendly. My wife's Mac and Cheese was not to her satisfaction and the manager (Jen?) went out of her way to make her happy by giving her a new portion. We will deff return someday! It is a bit on the pricey side but hey, you get what you pay for right?

I was craving a burger and I remembered Red Robin. I haven’t been here since they opened and I was extremely impressed. The burger was cooked perfectly and the taste was 10/10. I love how their sweet potato fries are thinner cut and crispy. Most places are to thick and limp. My food came out in 10 minutes despite it being busy with a lunch rush. When I finished eating I was greeted by the manager which I always appreciate. I will definitely be returning!

I go to this Red Robin a few times a month. Whether I am with friends or family or just stop in to eat alone .. the staff is above and beyond friendly and accommodating. No matter what food I am in the mood for - they always have what I want. The Red Robin rewards are great too and I don’t ever leave hungry. The atmosphere is great- good music and very clean place. Happy to have a place that consistently makes a great experience.

Great experience at this location. Love the "endless" fries too. Server was great. Kept checking my "fry level". I only had water, but asked if I wanted more a couple times. Restaurant was clean and not too noisy either.

What a beautiful experience. Me and my girlfriend live on Long Island and stopped here on the way back from our trip. Greeted with a huge smile and after seconds of them finding out we’ve never been here before they offered us 2 baskets of free french fries. The onion ring tower is fantastic and the rest of the food was great. If you love excellent service and some great food this is the place to go!

Robin (the manager), Stacie (front staff), and Chrissy (who took our order) were all outstanding in their interaction, professionalism, and service. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The food was equally impressive. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the Yukon chips were perfectly crispy, and the sweet potato fries had just the right balance of sweetness and crunch. The blackened salmon was cooked beautifully—flavorful with a nice char—and the Tsunami Shrimp was a flavorful, fun appetizer that disappeared quickly at our table. A thoughtful highlight was the kid-size sink in the restroom. My younger one was absolutely delighted to have something designed just for them—it’s the kind of detail that shows Red Robin truly thinks about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great dining experience with excellent food, exceptional service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the third time I have tried this restaurant Red Robin (not just NY....one in myrtle beach, SC 5 stars one in san antonio, tx (1 star, we wont go there) and now this 1). My daughter-in-law used to work for this place. Here in Vestal, New York. It's pretty delcious. I am not disappointed. Service was awesome as soon as I walked in the door. I got the burning love Burger. The fries were not soggy. The order was on time. The Burger is to die for, for me lol. I am a very picky person and this place is definitely five stars.

BIG PAPA demonstrated great service and was very helpful and responsive whenever there was questions. She made our Red Robin experience very enjoyable!

I love their food and its so fun they have a coloring contest for kids. They have a bout a 20 min wait when busy so just plan ahead if its a busy night.

Waitress (Kayden) was very kind and very speedy yet patience with me and my friends! Very well articulated and great at explaining. Food was not my favorite, although most it is me to blame for getting food with things I don't like! Lol. I am not a big fan of their red robin seasoning on their fries. It is a similar taste to sazon seasoning, and I do not like the excess flavors to my fries.

Our server, Jessica was great and very attentive. The only issue I had is the flavor of the buffalo sauce. It was nothing like a traditional buffalo and had a weird flavor instead. I will not be trying that again. The chicken tenders plain are delicious and crispy however and the raspberry tea was perfectly made; not too sweet and not too bland.

Went with a group of friends for a get together. This isnt normally my first choice but they had decent food but nothing really stuck out from anywhere else. Infact I wish it had more healthier options. The waitress forgot a few things and we felt a little rushed out. They also messed up my friends order. The waitress was very friendly and attentive though. The overall atmosphere was good, it seemed very small and cramped for a larger group.

Ordered a burger for take out. I have to wait 30min more than the stated time. To be fair it was quite a busy night. What frustrates me the most is that there is no pickup station, you basically have to bother front staff to check if your order is done and they have to walk in the back to check. They are so busy bec people keep coming in and it drives me crazy that I couldn't check the order by myself. 🤦 they should have like a pickup station where they put orders that are ready and not need to bother staff when they are very busy. I will NEVER order take out at red robin again bec of this experience but I would prob come back as a dine in customer just bec the burger that I ordered was really good. All in all 3 stars for the whole experience. Great food, No pick up station, had to bother staff to check for my food. Frustrsting wait bec I don't know if my food is done and staff was very busy at the time.

The service here has gone downhill as of late. And the waitress we had tried to upcharge us on our bill after we were VERY specific with what we wanted to order, probably because she wasn't too happy that we ordered 1 appetizer and sides as our meal. The food quality was not what we're used to here, either. Probably won't be back for a while. We will see how our next visit goes.

We where there 50 minutes before we were told that ran out of the size of Burger we ordered the manager came over and apologized and said we will get a meal free so she had to get us more drinks because do not know where our waitress was. So we are waiting and waiting for our order they up graded our burgers the manger comes and apologizes again that forgot to put the order in. Now we have our meal paid for plus free desserts cool well fries were cold and so wasn't the burgers maybe we should of went to McDonald's the onion rings were great the manager was awesome but I don't know if it was all worth it.

Sat at the bar for 20 minutes and left because no one took our order. Place was empty and I see why.

Not sure if this was a one off or a what. The server seemed to have too many tables allotted to her, so she was juggling. They started to seat us at a table that was practically in somebody else's seat when there were several open booths that just needed cleaning that we would prefer to be in.So we went back to the waiting room.And waited for our table. We were seated after several minutes.And then several minutes after that, we finally got our server. We ordered our drinks and for our fries to come out while we figured out what else we were gonna eat. After several minutes, our server came back with a tray full of unorganized drinks on her chest(no joke). After several more minutes, came back to take our order. Quite a few minutes after that.We received our order. At first, we couldn't even touch the food, because we weren't given any silverware or napkins or even attention to ask for something. Go to the guy at the door to get me some napkins and silverware. My my burger wasn't even warm, then had unripened tomato. Slice on it, but I was still gonna eat it cause I was starving. Same with the fries. They weren't all that warm and they were super soggy like they should have been in a bit longer, or maybe they sat there for a while.I have no idea. My husband said the same thing about his fries. But we both kept eating them because there was no one to complain to. Then, he took a bite of his burger, which was supposed to be no pink and boy.Was it pink. We waited a while to complain, and then our first fries came l o.L they were even worse than the first ones. Not only were they not crispy, but they were also cold.And like they'd been sitting around for a while. I only got to talk to our server.And complained, and she went to tell the manager. For a while, the manager came over and said she was going to cop my husband's burger. She asked me if I would be satisfied with this.not really, we didn't eat either of our meals.The whole thing was disgusting, as was our service. To this, said she'd comp my meal to as well, but she did make sure to mention that we had to pay for our drinks: one. Soda one shake, so I paid eleven dollars for the ickyest meal I've ever had here.What are we doing here Broome county?

I would have loved to review the food but after waiting for an unusual amount of time we were greeted with a “I will be right there “ … Well, she didn’t return for I don’t know how long because after waiting about three more minutes I said if I count to 30 I am leaving. Well, we left and I saw her speaking with another coworker , and it wasn’t busy at 3:50 pm on a Wednesday.

The service was fantastic!!! What was disheartening was overhearing the managers talk poorly about their servers right in front of me! This isn’t the first time I have experienced a poor dynamic at this location but it truly ruins the experience of a happy family friendly restaurant for me. Unfortunately my family will not be returning until the leaders of this location get it together!
