We love heading to Red Robin for our father/son dinners. The welcoming atmosphere gives us the perfect chance to connect and enjoy their delicious burgers together. The endless fries make for endless memories! We also couldn’t help but notice the new lighting on the building—it really caught our eye as we pulled in. A great experience, inside and out!

I only went one time a long time ago. I decided to have lunch yesterday and the customer service was great, nice atmosphere, we were welcomed with a big smile and courtesy fries and their home special dip. The food was amazing! I definitely recommend it!

Red Robin in Vestal on the Parkway is the best red Robin around! We love the service! The food is always on point! We never leave disappointed and don’t feel like we’ve spent our entire paychecks.

This place the best I love Red Robin’s! Good amazing service amazing time amazing and the view/atmosphere amazing everything is amazing and they have Wi-fi! And the bathrooms clean the floor clean also they are so creative about the Rubik’s cube decorating!

I am definitely not disappointed! This is the third time I have tried this restaurant Red Robin (not just NY....one in myrtle beach, SC 5 stars one in san antonio, tx (1 star, we wont go there) and now this 1). My daughter-in-law used to work for this place. Here in Vestal, New York. It's pretty delcious. I am not disappointed. Service was awesome as soon as I walked in the door. I got the burning love Burger. The fries were not soggy. The order was on time. The Burger is to die for, for me lol. I am a very picky person and this place is definitely five stars.

Went with a group of friends for a get together. This isnt normally my first choice but they had decent food but nothing really stuck out from anywhere else. Infact I wish it had more healthier options. The waitress forgot a few things and we felt a little rushed out. They also messed up my friends order. The waitress was very friendly and attentive though. The overall atmosphere was good, it seemed very small and cramped for a larger group.

It's been awhile since I've gone to Red Robin. Ordered a guacamole bacon burger, avo cabbo salad, and a freckled lemonade. All were made well. Free refills on drinks and the fries. Big shoutout to Jade for being a great server! Parking is easy to find. Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!

Ordered a burger for take out. I have to wait 30min more than the stated time. To be fair it was quite a busy night. What frustrates me the most is that there is no pickup station, you basically have to bother front staff to check if your order is done and they have to walk in the back to check. They are so busy bec people keep coming in and it drives me crazy that I couldn't check the order by myself. 🤦 they should have like a pickup station where they put orders that are ready and not need to bother staff when they are very busy. I will NEVER order take out at red robin again bec of this experience but I would prob come back as a dine in customer just bec the burger that I ordered was really good. All in all 3 stars for the whole experience. Great food, No pick up station, had to bother staff to check for my food. Frustrsting wait bec I don't know if my food is done and staff was very busy at the time.

We where there 50 minutes before we were told that ran out of the size of Burger we ordered the manager came over and apologized and said we will get a meal free so she had to get us more drinks because do not know where our waitress was. So we are waiting and waiting for our order they up graded our burgers the manger comes and apologizes again that forgot to put the order in. Now we have our meal paid for plus free desserts cool well fries were cold and so wasn't the burgers maybe we should of went to McDonald's the onion rings were great the manager was awesome but I don't know if it was all worth it.

Not sure if this was a one off or a what. The server seemed to have too many tables allotted to her, so she was juggling. They started to seat us at a table that was practically in somebody else's seat when there were several open booths that just needed cleaning that we would prefer to be in.So we went back to the waiting room.And waited for our table. We were seated after several minutes.And then several minutes after that, we finally got our server. We ordered our drinks and for our fries to come out while we figured out what else we were gonna eat. After several minutes, our server came back with a tray full of unorganized drinks on her chest(no joke). After several more minutes, came back to take our order. Quite a few minutes after that.We received our order. At first, we couldn't even touch the food, because we weren't given any silverware or napkins or even attention to ask for something. Go to the guy at the door to get me some napkins and silverware. My my burger wasn't even warm, then had unripened tomato. Slice on it, but I was still gonna eat it cause I was starving. Same with the fries. They weren't all that warm and they were super soggy like they should have been in a bit longer, or maybe they sat there for a while.I have no idea. My husband said the same thing about his fries. But we both kept eating them because there was no one to complain to. Then, he took a bite of his burger, which was supposed to be no pink and boy.Was it pink. We waited a while to complain, and then our first fries came l o.L they were even worse than the first ones. Not only were they not crispy, but they were also cold.And like they'd been sitting around for a while. I only got to talk to our server.And complained, and she went to tell the manager. For a while, the manager came over and said she was going to cop my husband's burger. She asked me if I would be satisfied with this.not really, we didn't eat either of our meals.The whole thing was disgusting, as was our service. To this, said she'd comp my meal to as well, but she did make sure to mention that we had to pay for our drinks: one. Soda one shake, so I paid eleven dollars for the ickyest meal I've ever had here.What are we doing here Broome county?

I would have loved to review the food but after waiting for an unusual amount of time we were greeted with a “I will be right there “ … Well, she didn’t return for I don’t know how long because after waiting about three more minutes I said if I count to 30 I am leaving. Well, we left and I saw her speaking with another coworker , and it wasn’t busy at 3:50 pm on a Wednesday.

The service was fantastic!!! What was disheartening was overhearing the managers talk poorly about their servers right in front of me! This isn’t the first time I have experienced a poor dynamic at this location but it truly ruins the experience of a happy family friendly restaurant for me. Unfortunately my family will not be returning until the leaders of this location get it together!
