You can call ahead to order food and pick it up. They also offer delivery. What I liked about these pizzas, besides the wide variety of options, was the quality of the ingredients and the fact that they didn't leave me feeling heavy after eating them, even after eating the one I expected to be the fattiest. Each pizza includes a very generous little jar of chipotle sauce (I had some left over and didn't use the extra I bought) and some packets of crushed chili peppers.

The Roman pizza was delicious. We waited in the car and the girl even came to the car to deliver it. It's very tasty and thin-crust.

It's a very small place, more like a fast food restaurant than a gourmet pizza place. The pizzas, at least at that location, aren't anything special, rather bland. The staff is good. The price seems excessive for the quality of the product.

There's no longer any dine-in service. The thin-crust pizzas, which are supposed to be their strong suit, get soggy and cold after 15 minutes, losing all flavor. Delivery or pickup just isn't working. This is the last time I'll come here.

The place isn't designed for eating in. The pizza dough leaves much to be desired; it's very hard, although I must admit the flavor isn't bad. The toppings are tasty (at least in the one I bought), but it's definitely not worth the price. I don't plan on buying pizzas from Caprichosa again; they're not worth it.

If you're a fan of buying brand names over quality, this is the place for you. In my personal opinion, the pizzas are made with a dough that's more like a tortilla and, even worse, super hard. The flavor is somewhere between good and excellent, and the price is outrageous for what you get. A regular pizza (double pepperoni according to the description) costs $300. Just because the name of the establishment mentions "gourmet" doesn't mean it actually is. Quite disappointed.

The pizzas are very good and well-made. However, the customer service is terrible. An older woman with glasses had a very bad attitude and was very rude. Although the pizzas are good, because of the service at the counter, I won't be returning.

If it weren't for the fact that my wife likes their pizzas, I wouldn't buy them anymore because of Jonathan's poor phone service... I placed an order and after asking for my phone number and me giving him my address, he replied with "you should have told me"... I had to come to the store... Brooklyn Pizza just opened a few meters away and personally I think they're much better, but not to mention... 👁️ with their service

It took forever to arrive via Didi and was horribly cold and thin. It cost 556 pesos!! We added extra ingredients and waited patiently. Ultra thin, cold, and bad! But that's what happens when you don't read reviews first. I'm not the only one who's unhappy.

Our pizza had a hair in it, and when I called the branch, they said it wasn't theirs, but the hair was in the cheese. I wasn't expecting a refund, but I did expect them to at least say they would look into it. Instead, the young man was very rude and arrogant.

The pizza was absolutely awful. I ordered two, and they were so thin and hard they were like toast. There was no cheese at all. I don't see anything gourmet about it, just the expensive price, which isn't worth it. I don't recommend it!

The price doesn't match what you get. The "crust," if you can even call it that, is like toast. We ordered it with Serrano ham, and it's just a slice of Serrano ham, nothing like the picture. It gets hard really fast. Honestly, for $345, it's not worth it at all.
