I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and it was honestly pretty average: a stiff, tasteless crust, about 5-6 tiny pineapple chunks, and it didn't taste good. The potato wedges are good, well-seasoned, and have a mild flavor without too much seasoning. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the place is very nice and well-lit. This is my second time buying pizza there, and it was the same. I wouldn't go to this location again.

The staff at the establishment were very unfriendly. Even though I had packets of Picahut sauce, they refused to give me any and were very rude to me. Very bad for the food establishment.

Very bad experience. You arrive well before closing time and they don't serve you. They say it's 11 pm, but I'm here outside at 10:25 pm and they say they've already done the cash register closing. I hope they check their employees since they're closing the store before their scheduled time.

The service was good, but I saw the young man preparing the pizzas clearly drop some dough from one of them. He simply picked it up and put it back on the tray to continue preparing it. I consider this a serious lack of hygiene. The person was a short, stocky young man who was wearing his cap slightly tilted. I hope management takes action, as I find it very unacceptable that he continued preparing something that had clearly touched the floor.

I love pizza, and this is the worst I've ever had. I don't know if it's just this branch, but the pizza was super thin, had no cheese, and tasted mediocre.

Horrible. Don't go to this place. On August 10th, I went there to eat with my sister. As soon as we walked in, two tables were dirty. A woman was eating there with her four children. They hadn't received plates, the 2.5-liter Coke she had ordered, or glasses, so she sent one of her children to get them. They gave him the Coke, and it was warm. They told him all the Cokes were the same and that they didn't have any ice. Hearing this, I went to buy soda for my sister and me at a nearby store, but when we went inside, an employee told us we couldn't bring in food from outside. They never cleaned the table where we sat until I asked them to. In the end, my sister and I decided to get takeout. That was the last time we went to that place.

Arrogant manager and terrible service. To start, we waited 40 minutes without receiving the pizza, and it turned out it was already ready, but they never delivered it to our table. We had to go ask them, and it turns out it was already ready and in the box, even though we ordered it to eat there. When we asked the manager why they hadn't brought it to us, she responded in a very rude and arrogant manner. As if that weren't enough, the manager was constantly scolding the other employees in front of customers, speaking disrespectfully to them, making gestures and faces, which is not only inappropriate to do in full view of customers, but also unfair to the employees as it makes them look ridiculous for any mistake they make, not to mention that she doesn't even respect us as customers. Until they replace that manager, neither we nor anyone we know will return to that branch. It speaks poorly of their customer service selection and training process.

Both my husband and I could say it was the worst pizza we've had in years. I convinced him to order from there even though he wanted somewhere else. I insisted, saying this place was better and that there was a promotion on Rappi. I regretted it just by looking at it. It didn't look appetizing at all, and eating it was almost like chewing cardboard. I was seriously surprised by how mediocre the product was, considering the place. I'm a huge pizza fan, and this has been by far the worst. I've had better, even at supermarkets and convenience stores. The pizza was cheap because of the promotion, and even so, it hurt to have paid for it.

The worst pizza I've ever tried, it had been many years since I ate at Pizza Hut, however I decided to give it another chance for dinner, I won't talk about the economy, just the taste... from the time they delivered it to the time I tried it, it took about 10 minutes and when my wife and I tried it, the pizza was toasted, and the cheese was completely detached from the dough (I show it in photos). I sincerely regret giving this franchise another chance, and I do not recommend PIZZA HUT HUINALA.
