Pizza Hut

The place feels dirty. the furniture is old, dirty and in need of repair. The carpets in the dining room were sticky, yet the place was crowded for a Wednesday at lunchtime. The lady who served us was super nice and helpful. tge stuffed crust pizza was great.

When you hear the door bell because someone is entering, you should really take the time to find out what it is that they are there for! Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and NOTHING. Had to yell hello to get any kind of attention. Meanwhile, the pizza cutter guy with NO beard guard on (health code violation), had to come from the back to get my food out of the warmer (that was there from the moment I walked in) Do better!!!

Well Pizza Hit is going down hill unfortunately. After last 3 deliveries. Im highly unsatisfied with the quality. Pizza is either under cooked or burnt. Bread Sticks are greasy. Any extra items like sauces 2 times now not delivered. This time Pepsi 2 liter not delivered again no sauce we ordered .Had to notify them , finally got rest of order. Our dedication to the Hut is in jeopardy.

The manager Michael is extremely rude and unprofessional. He’s highly disgruntle towards his staff and customers. One easy fix turned into a huge situation because Micheal can’t control his temper or emotions. His staff continues to apologize for his behavior. Very concerned for the employees who have to work underneath his management.

supervisor had an attitude made me waite over 15 mi utes for my order that was ready behind her for 10 minutes before the kitchen worker came out & give it to me while she solved an issue with costumers coupons she could had given me the order but she did not cared except this 2 costumer that had coupons paying under 2 dollars for their order

I ordered veggie pie and guess what we got pork pieces in it. Highly disappointed for their careless behavior.

This Pizza Hut location is not good at all very rude staff and the food quality is not up to standards. Also the management team is not friendly at all maybe a change of leadership at this location is needed. I will not return due to my experience here.🙁🙁🙁

I ordered the New York Pizza ex cheese for delivery and it arrived fast but the pizza was crust was hard, cheese cold and didn’t have ex cheese. It’ didn’t even have pizza sauce. Total waste of money. Ticket #0101 07/12/25 8:46pm $34.82

This place is absolutely terrible. I went in there at noon today. Nobody was at the front counter. I waited there for 15 minutes. My pizza supposed to pepperoni on it did not have it just had mushrooms and onions and this place is a terrible place to go to do not go to this place… and then ask for a tip.. lol for carry out as all three of you where in the back doing god knows what…

Ordered and paid for extra cheese, didn't get it. Pizza only had sauce on about 1/3 of it leaving the pizza extremely overdone. On top of all that the pineapple was sour instead of sweet. Just an absolutely terrible pizza. A small child could have made a better one.

I ordered a pizza at this location for pick up I was greeted so rudely by this blonde brownish haired lady with glasses named heather. After this I won’t come back here never again. When picking up my order I asked her for napkins and Parmesan cheese she then flat out ignores me after I asked nicely i wasn’t rude at all just wanted a couple of items with my pizza. This is my last time coming here after being treated this way by that lady
