I crave the Zensation Salads! Myles was also great with accommodating our request.

Myles greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant. Myles was extremely friendly and patient as we decided what to order. Myles brought out the food and made sure the order was right and nothing else was needed.

Nice and clean location. Matthew was great, very helpful. Will definitely come back on my lunch breaks from work.

Matthew and staff were sweet! They gave amazing recommendations for the new dry rubs… it was sooo good!

I recently visited this Zaxby’s location and was highly impressed. The manager (Liz) and her staff were welcoming from the moment I stepped into the establishment. The cashier patiently and correctly took my order, and I received it in under 2 minutes. Everything was there. The chicken tenders and fries were perfect. Nothing was burnt or old; everything was fresh. The tables and floors were spotless. Even the bathrooms were clean from top to bottom. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!!!

Been going to Zaxbys about 20 years around Central Florida used to be my hands down favorite then a few years ago little things like under-filled fries and tenders getting really really small i just gave up on them, potatoes are one of the cheapest things so if a restaurant is going to skimp on that then no thanks - BUT was out a couple months ago looking to stop for lunch and decided to try the Apopka location and it was amazing! Portions good, food fresh and hot! So I’ve been going twice a week for past couple months wanted to be sure before i write a review and its been so consistent! The staff is super friendly as well, i am so happy to have Zaxbys back in my life and grateful i stopped into the Apopka location. Thank you Zaxbys!

Exceptional! I frequent Zaxby's. I have visited many locations in a few states. This was the fastest service I have ever seen! I do not know how they do it. But my order was ready when I arrived at the pick up window. There was one car in front of me that pulled out as I approached the window. Staff handed me my order immediately. I noticed their sign saying they strive for 100 orders an hour. Did I read that correctly? This location strived for and provided exceptional service! My order was promptly prepared correctly. Food was fresh and delicious! It's because of exceptional service and my need to say thank you that I have spent so much time being a Google reviewer! Thank you!

Brand new place had a coupon for a free chicken tender plate which usually cost the total of $7.44 so it was great to get it for free I had 3 chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast. Tenders were small but they were well done which I like Texas toast needs more butter or flavoring the fries were okay I just had 2 cook them a little bit more when I got home. Clean restaurant but they do need to fix the lock on the bathroom because it's been broken for over a week. Not bad.

Every time I go back it gets worst. I asked for extra crispy wings and instead of saying they can’t do that she said okay! So I thought they would be crispy, turned out once I got home they were far from even being in the same category as crispy. Including that, my fries were also under cooked. So what did I do I put them in the air fryer to make them edible. I was craving this so bad today too, now I’m just left with fries no wings and $12 down the drain.

Liza is very rude. I came back in to get extra sauce on my wings and she told me I should’ve said I wanted extra sauce placed on my wings.. even though It was barely any sauce to cover all my wings. I miss Zaxby’s old manager.

Order number : 37340329824780289 I placed 8/12/2025 in the website, while checking out, the time all of a sudden came to be not available. So, I had to choose another time slot to check out. No problem. I arrived, no one in the drive thru, no one in the store.. they claimed my order wasn’t available and didn’t come through. The workers and the manager looked completely lost and confused. I’ll make this location a place I never come to again. This isn’t the first time that they have been absolutely incompetent. There is zero excuse for a time slot to be available when your store isn’t busy. Goes with saying, this location clearly is going down hill and with good reason. I celebrate the day it shuts down for good.
