The workers here are very friendly, they don't try to make you rush your order. I have much respect for all the workers here, they are working hard and I could only wonder how they get bye standing all day, it's a tough job being on your feet all day working.

This is one of the last bastions of affordable food in today's market. If you choose individual items and pick the right things you can walk out of here feeding 2 people for around 13 bucks. It's awesome. Still doing what they've always done.

I come here 2-3 times a month. Food always tastes good and my order has always been correct. I dropped my debit card in the drive thru today like a klutz, and April came outside to pick it up for me without hesitation, which was really nice and appreciated.

This place tries VERY hard to be nice and happy (employees). They always ask you how you are doing. Food is pretty good - drive through is usually really fast but a few times you can get stuck there for awhile. Parking is a little limited but I've ever seen it overpacked. My favorite: Bean and Cheese 1/2 pound with double red sauce.

This Del Taco has a friendly staff and good service. They have a good selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. I just had a double cheeseburger and even though it looked nothing like their advertising picture, it was still very good. I also enjoy the tacos and fries.

Consistently the slowest del taco anywhere. And rarely do you get someone with enough personality to say 'thank you'. They definitely don't care about service

I eat at the del taco bell on Navajo and hwy 18 in apple valley pretty frequently because it is fairly close to where I live. I have noticed a great deal of inconsistency in their menu depending on the time or day that I go there. Sometimes the food is fresh and tasty but often it is cold, stale or tasteless. There arent a lot of fast food choices in this area of apple valley so I put up with it.

The Del Tacos and the regular tacos were skimpy on meatand other ingredients.The Bean and Cheese Burritos with Heavy Green sauce we're the best we have had. If they would have put equal amounts of stuff in the tacos, they would have been acceptable. I got about 1/16 of an inch of meat. About 6strands of cheese and 4 strands of lettuce. Del Tacos had twice that amount and we're not worth $1.59!

Used to enjoy this one. They now have kiosks and zero order takers. Won't be returning. Don't want to order through a kiosk. This one absolutely blew it!

It was meh. They over cooked the beer battered fish taco and the lime they gave me was so dry it squirted out dust when I squeezed it. They were very nice about it when I went to the counter and asked to a fresh lime wedge. The lady went to the back and cut it herself and gave me two fresh wedges. The classic chicken burritos had random black pieces in it makes me think they might need to clean there grill or something. Friendly service overall. When I was leaving I herd the person working the drive through ask the customer "How are you?" In which her replied "I have a headache" Which I found comical.

The food is great but they can be a little slow. I was in the drive through first for a few minutes before even getting to the spot where I can order my food. Then I had to wate even longer before I got my food. But the food is good and defiantly worth the wait. They are usually much faster. On a regular basis they are quick and easy to order from. They have a good selection of food and a fiesta pack which has tacos and burritos for a good price.

They make good food and the customer service is usually good, however, I've been to this location more than three times and had ordered a quesadilla with green sauce and all times they left the green sauce off. One time they even argued with my husband saying that they did and he had to open the quesadilla and show them there was no green sauce. That was the third time they tried to fix the order.

This Del Taco sucks! They constantly forget to give you napkins and hot sauce, so be sure to check your bag! Plus the beans in the burritos tasted like they were hours old. Better off going to Jack down the street!

Lots of ice and water on the floor from the ice dispenser! Told them numerous times because I didn't want anyone to skip including myself! They were very non-chalant about it! I ordered a combination combo. I didn't like to meat that was given to me for my burrito. because it seemed as it was thinned out with too much flour mixture or bread mixture. that's what most restaurants really use to stretch their meat. This made it too soggy. My fries looked and tasted as if they were kept under the heat too long. There was no crispiness to them. They looked/tasted dry and hard. I was a little upset that the milkshake machine was down. How hard can it be to put ice cream in a glass and add other mixtures and make it by hand come on people put it in a Shaker glass like bartenders have and give it a good shake and serve, some restaurants need to upgrade their techniques to please their customers to bring in the cash flow that they really need I'm just saying!

This location, i like del taco, but this location...best have a cast iron stomach...be prepared, always check your food and get recipes, they always miss something, orders never correct at this location...atmosphere seems run down, needs updating or something...service, some employees seem friendly others look like a dont bother me attitude...not sure if having bad day or to busy for them with one to two cars in drive through and 4 to 5 employees making food...needs help and organization or something...corporate needs to visit and evaluate overall. This is the absolute worst del taco you can go to. Went 4 days straight and ordered shakes and the messed up on the order every single time and or didn't blend the sakes at all. COMPUTERS ARE ALWAYS 'DOWN'. I work nights, meaning I get off in the early hours of the morning. That means that when I don't want to cook there are very few options available to me. It's either del taco, or Jack in the box. As the del taco tends to be closer to home that's where I usually try to stop. I will never attempt to stop here again. Out of the last five times that I have gone here, I am almost always told the computers are not working and that they cannot process any orders. when I asked what time the computers would be up, I was told that this is not a regular occurrence and the computers go down on their own so there was no telling how long it would be. I asked if this was a nightly occurrence in which they shut down. I was told no. Then why is it that almost every time I go I am told that the computers do not work. There's also always an employee outside smoking. So it seems to me more like they just don't want to take any orders. It's not like you can argue with them about taking an order. Guess I'll go a bit further and spend my money at Jack's instead.

This is the worst del taco I've ever been to. I asked for well done quesadillas and they were not even done, the cheese was still shredded. Then i ordered two burgers which were so dry and the pattys were so thin, it was mainly bun. This was supposed to be a small lunch for my family but turned out to be gross and a waste of money. I will never return.

I went to get food with my brothers on 3 different occasions. Every single time the customer service was terrible, the food was burnt, and the Carne asada fries had barely any fries or toppings. A side note for the box for the Carne asada fries was smashed in, as if somebody slammed their fist into it.

The drive thru line is always around the building at this location. I pulled up behind an old white VW bug, we were both sticking out of the driveway. I decided against waiting and drove to the other Del Taco over by the Super Target on Dale Evans Blvd. No line at all there, I pulled up, made my very large order for the whole family, and was out in 5 minutes. As I'm driving home past this Del Taco, I see the white VW bug that I was behind is still two cars from the window! Skip this Del Taco altogether, on top of the slow, long lines they get my order wrong more than half the time and their sour cream is often funky and gross and ruins the food.

I ordered on Uber eats about 5 minutes ago and made sure my order came with extra extra sauce packages as well as extra sauce in the breakfast burritos. There is barely any sauce in the burritos which I paid EXTRA for, they barely gave me any sauce packages in the order when I explicitly explained and put on the order I wanted 50 sauces. Whoever is running or working the morning shift should be ashamed of themselves. If you are so miserable working morning where you don’t care about customers orders you should be finding a new job or disciplined. I work in fast food service as well and understand the struggles of the fast food work place as well as customers, but it is a shame these workers on morning crew don’t care about their customers AT ALL. I am disappointed.

Just went here 5 minutes ago for my first and last time. Got fries and a Del Combo burrito. Fries were unsalted. Beans were cold in the burrito. Why was there lettuce in the cheese? Totally ruined the taste. Lettuce doesn't come in that burrito. Don't be so damn sloppy, keep the cheese and lettuce in their separate buckets. YOU MAKE $20/hr, ACT LIKE IT!

Absolutely ridiculous that they are getting rid of employees to have a computer serve the dining room and have to ask for directions to figure out why the prices and menu choices are different from the overhead menu to the computer not the employees fault whoever is running this franchise is absolutely ridiculous they get paid way too much money nowadays to have less responsibility will never go to this del Taco again.

Unfortunately I live near this del taco and walk down to the restaurant but I'm guessing because I was walking that I immediately was considered a homeless person. I ordered my food and asked to use the restroom with their key they provided. As I was using the restroom someone had knocked and I said 'one second' just to have the doorknob turn and an employee walk in with her body fully in the door while telling me I could not take a shower in their restroom. While looking straight at me. I was literally on the toilet using it and she still stood there till I could find the words to tell her I am not showering. After such an incident I was shaking and my anxiety was sky high, I didn't even want to get my food and have to face the young female manager that was laughing with the rest of the staff in the kitchen about what had just happened. All I could do was cry because I felt so violated in that moment. I ended up sucking it up and grabbing my food and leaving as quickly as I could instead of enjoying my food as I had planned to do. I refuse to step foot into this restaurant now because I know I will have to face the same female and staff that thought this was okay and even funny. I wish del taco would do better and I wish in that moment I had enough courage to call the police and press charges and follow through on a lawsuit but it was just too humiliating to want to stay there one second longer than needed. The ridiculous behavior of these employees needs to monitored and these employees need to be terminated. They do Del Taco no justice by having such disgraceful employees acting as if they have the right to make anyone feel the way they made me feel that day! I have the information on the date and time of this incident still and feel I should do something if Del Taco refuses to do so.

I ordered $28 worth of food, and I was excited to use the app with the 20% off order. The cashier scanned the bar code on my phone, but when I got my receipt, it didn't show the 20% off. The cashier asked another employee, and she said sometimes the app scans sometimes it doesn't, and all they can do is ring up my order again and see if it'll take the 20%. I said, "What if it doesn't scan again?" I asked if there's something else they could do. She went to talk to the manager and came back. She shrugged her shoulders and said no, you'll have to call customer service. What? I also wanted it to scan, so my order goes towards my rewards. I feel the situation could've been handled differently.

Wanted strawberry shake , went thru drive thru around 1015 at night . About 6 cars ahead of me , 4 cars until I get to order . Moved 1 car then didn't move again . Sat in drive thru for about 20 , never ordered my food , never moved my car at all. Left & went thru different del taco , came back by still same 2 cars that were in front of me still in line. Horrible service and the worst drive thru . Never will I go back !

The staff isn't that bad. They do their job. But the condition of this Del Taco is very unsanitary all around, even the kitchen looks like a mess. I tried using the restroom, and I ran out because it seemed like a Nightmare on Elm Street scenery. I couldn't even use it. This place definitely needs remodeling inside but mainly needs to be cleaned and organized for dining in.

The food is as good as it can be for fast food. But goodness gracious do the employees need work. The cashier heard our order wrong and then when I picked up my drink the lid wasn’t on, spilled all over me and she straight up laughed. “Oh look she spilled her drink!” So I’m just saying, the food is to be expected and the employees aren’t much better.

The lady states her name is Paulina but on the receipt it says Ashley I had made two separate orders in drive through and had scared my order for my discount points. My daughter had her phone for her order and she told me I was not allowed to scan hers one per car I told her I done it before she was rude and had an attitude she said her manager and cooperate said it's not allowed I asked her if my daughter could go in and use her card and phone and she said yes and closed the window not giving me my order. So I drove around and went in and told her that she forgot my order she said that I was waiting on fries I told her no that's was for the second order I didn't pay for I paid for first order she was moving her head side to side mocking me. I had my daughter go in and she says the lady was talking bad about me and had people in there laughing very uncomfortable professional I would give no stars. So sad to watch the fast food industry fall apart. You used to be able to get cheap food here that was good quality. Everything is overpriced and junk. I ordered a macho drink and got a cup with ice packed to the top and a few sips of soda. Food was cold.

I hope everyone knows Del taco steals your money . Was at this del taco location today and a woman was owed 3. Cents on her receipt.. she called it out and the manager rudely said we don’t carry pennies. Literally stealing from you in your face. Get ready for them to take a lot more of your money.

Bad proportions burritos weren't even prepared correctly. Paid extra for bold +sour scream and they put in the smallest amount they could possibly. They're very greedy when it comes to servings and food is just trash. Also poor customer service staff always has attitudes.

Burnt steak forgot an item and fries where cold and tasted like churros. Staff needs to be more diligent in their service. Check your order before leaving. Wrong item given.

Came in with nobody in line. They told us we needed to use the kiosk. Apparently they want replacement by machines. We always have problems with the kiosk. Sat there for almost 10 minutes trying to get it to work without any assistance. So we left. Very lazy atmosphere

I've had my ups and downs at this location which is off Hwy 18 and the corner of Navajo road. It's close to where my kids father lives, so he ends up wanting to grab a quick bite to eat a lot of times and the first time I had an Epic Cali burrito from there this was my experience.... You see the picture I took to go with this review?! Yup, that's what I got and I had ordered the whole meal which is $15.00 and this burrito should have been worth half that price, but I was in disbelief 🫢 that they actually sold this to me and thought that the carna asada being so burnt 🔥 throughout the whole burrito 🌯 wouldn't bother me at all or something and to pay that price and it's one of there top high dollar 💵 meals and that's what I got was beyond disappointing and had me flaming mad. I wasn't about to drive back to take it back to them and when I went to the Del Taco the next day, the manager wouldn't make it right by just making me another one or refunding the price of just the burrito. I showed her the picture I had taken and the date is on the picture as well as clear as day the Del Taco logo inside their foil wrapper they put the burritos in. I was in disbelief that this young lady that's the manager wouldn't help me by making this right. She tells me well did you call and I answered honestly that no I didn't call to complain and I wasn't going to waste my time and gas to drive back over to there store that same night but took this picture as proof and thought that since I'm here the very next day, which was less then 24 hours later then that should be worthy enough as a good reason to bring it to there attention. Instead I was given an attitude by a girl that's two times younger looking than me. What is happening to our world these days? People aren't courteous and kind and helpful or understanding anymore in a lot of fast food places, and there are the few out there that are helpful and understanding and trying to make sure the customer service is up to par and the customer leaves feeling taken care of instead of dismissed and embarrassed because they had to complain about something that needed for sure a complaint made. All I was wanting from this awful experience was an apology for the dissatisfied experience and just the time taken to acknowledge the problem. This location already has a bad habit of not adding extra cheese when you requested x2 on extra cheese, but I don't complain about things like that happening over and over again, but this EPIX EXPENSIVE BURRITO 🌯 Is where I had to draw the line and I do hope to hear what corporate has to say regarding this situation. Especially when your meals are at 15.00 and the burrito all by itself is almost $10

Went out to grab a bite to eat about 10:20pm ordered 4 items of which(2) burritos,fries a d a dbl del cheese burger at the drive through and was asked to pull forward because they had to make the burger and fries fresh even though no car behind us so we pulled forward and waited. When we got home I opened up the burger and it looked horrible the top bun was either dropped on the ground or burned which one I don't know I will make sure not to go back and will report it to mgt

I was just there at 950 pm and I ordered a cali bacon burrito combo add asada with a large sprite and fries... only to recieve a burrito smaller than my hands (which I have small hands) they were not wearing gloves and opening the fry cartons with their hands with no gloves and after handing my card back to me shoveled 4 fry cartons... also I have Corona Virus right now so who ever fries were served behind me in the drive thru I hope you don't get sick since they aren't following procedures. Or even the standards or food safety.

Found 1 rock each in both of Burritos because I asked for them to be grilled and chipotle sauce witch I paid for. I figured at first maybe it found it’s way in there some how but the second one? now I know it was intentional. There’s a cook in the back with a pocket full of small yard rocks. If you don’t like your job you probably should get a new one instead of trying to get your revenge on a stranger that did absolutely nothing to you I was sharing this burrito with my 15 month old son. Good thing I found it before he did. He could’ve choked. No cracked teeth here i rip my food apart when I eat it so jokes on you.

It's 10:30 at night on a Taco Tuesday and the line is down the street so it takes me like 20 minutes to get to the speaker. And the girl tells me that they cannot give me Taco Tuesday prices telling me that they were clearing their cash registers or something like this and they do it every night at this time and she wasn't going to be able to Discount the coupon and for my inconvenience I couldn't even get a free taco. So basically I waited all that time order $18 worth of food and get to the window to find out it's cash only so not happy with this Del Taco Omg... And my fish tacos are burned. WTF! Seriously?

This location has to be the most pathetic location up here. Their staff obviously needs retrained. I give places multiple chances and thus place always disappoints. If it's not burned beans it's the following: broken taco shells, hard tortillas, less than a teaspoon full of meat in their tacos, their soda ratio for syrup is so off, and the manager was extremely rude. If your in Apple valley drive over to the location off Apple valley rd or the one off hwy 18 in the super target shopping center. Those places are very clean and give you a true del taco experience.
