My family and I always enjoy Dutch Bros when near one. We live in the middle of nowhere so whenever we are in town and near a Dutch Bros we always have to stop and order our favorite drinks. Thank you Dutch Bros for your awesome service and amazing deals that are actually deals and not marketing ploys disguised as a deal.

Recently came to pick up a mobile order, only to find out I ordered at the wrong location. This nice young lady at the pick up window did not hesitate to fix MY mistake and was able to complete my order. I didn't get her name but thank you so much! You made my day🙌 Other coffee shops would never! Besides having amazing drinks, this just adds another reason Dutch Bros is Everything

These girls are seriously the best. I'm a regular there and I had a very hard time this past Monday and got some bad news while waiting for my coffee and was completely broken down in tears. This girls took the time to tell me that they hope my day gets better and left a heart felt message on the lid of my coffee. I appreciated this so much because when I saw the note, it made me smile. This location is always exceeding my expectations, the staff is amazing.

First time coming to this wonderful coffee shop. I just ordered in the drive through at this nice Dutch Bros. I was greeted by two nice young ladies. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I got to the window, and received my Freedom Frost, and orange 🍊 cranberry muffin top. All the workers were working hard, and the nice young lady in the window that gave me my items was friendly and gave me a cute Dutch Bros sticker. These two items are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend coming here. Fast, friendly, excellent service. Thank you Dutch Bros. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I will never understand how a simple black coffee can be outshined by the Jack in the Box right nextdoor. Tells you something about the quality of the coffee going into all these drinks. The “fancy” coffees and drinks are okay, usually very good. But the plain coffee just tastes so underwhelming and even kind of bad.

Absolutely has gone down hill …. The the employees use to be so nice when they opened nice and friendly but now absolutely rude… I went today order 2 drinks and one of them has a nat frozen in the ice cube went back with the drink the girl was very rude asked what I want her to do about it… I asked for a refund and she said it would take 5-7 business days to get my money bk and asked me to throw the drink away

Extremely slow!!! I understand that when your busy it’s not gonna be fast but every single time I’ve come here for at least 2 month I’ve waited minimum 15 minutes even with an online order placed way earlier!. I work fast food and I would never let this be an everyday thing. As I was waiting we watched one of the workers hang out the window talking to someone for 15 minutes while we had already been waiting 10! It’s not worth coming here anymore.

Staff USED to be friendly. Now this location has hostile staff. I walk up to the pickup window and it takes them 10min to even notice I'm there only to be greeted with an attitude before I even said anything. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last week with two different associates on two seperate occasions. Please go back to hiring decent personalities and not just highschoolers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUTCH BROS. First of all they’re always super slow. Secondly they gave me my cup and it had a leak in it at the bottom so it leaked all over my car. They made the drink wrong as well. The worker asked if I wanted a straw w my drink. Like of course I do!? What am I supposed to drink my slushee drink without a straw?!? They’re also always seemed to be short staffed. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this location!!

Horrible customer service. Took over 30 minutes to make my 1 drink and never got my drink, told me to my face they “just lost my order”, laughed at me as i waited for my drink (that i NEVER got), told me they gave me a refund (NEVER gave me a refund for an $8 drink), told me they were making my drink and then i waited another 20 minutes and still never got it. It was so humiliating watching everyone laugh at me and waiting and being lied to. I never experienced something so bad and humiliating anywhere!

Has honestly gone down hill since they got their “new system”. Theres genuinely no point in walking up or placing an order ahead when you’re put into the same queue as the drive thru but they still prioritize the drive thru which I know because I’ve tracked which cars are there when I stepped up to the window. Not only that they conveniently don’t tell you that until after you’ve ordered which happened to me and two other people that were waiting.

Never been to this location and it was confusing on what lane to pull up and order. My wife went to the window and asked how it works. He explained that the lane we were in was supposed to have an employee outside taking orders. There was not as several cars had been waiting for some time. As my wife walked away from the window another customer told us the employee called my wife an idiot as she walked away. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least. We will never go back! There are plenty of good coffee places in the desert. Remember the desert is still small town. Word of mouth is everything!!!!

This is the first time my family and I are trying Dutch Bros. We tried looking at the menu quickly however there was no one in the line and the gentleman with the black curly hair and thick mustache was horrible. He kept rushing us and making us feel stupid. I asked for sugar-free syrups he said you can pull forward and look at the menu yourself. Then I had asked him if he uses sugar-free Red Bull or just normal Red Bull and he said I don’t understand how you don’t understand what you want did you not look at the menu? Overall, this was a horrible, first experience. The girls at the window were super sweet and nice however, I will not be coming back to this location. I understand everybody has a bad day, but don’t take it out on the customers. If you don’t have the patience you shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Was waiting at 10am in line order my six drink like always due and didn’t get my Christmas ornaments the car in front of me got his and when I ask for mine they told me that I was not time yet looks like Dutch is scamming and are giving to the people they want to give them I life 5 minutes away from Dutch and every day I get my six drink and for them not to give me my Christmas ornament after waiting in line it’s not fair.

Never been to a Dutchbros that was so dang slow. It was not busy, maybe 7 cars ahead of me, waited almost 30 min. By the time I got the drink it was watered down.

I am a frequent Dutch Bros customer, I have noticed recently longer wait times than usual, but have also noticed the lack of Customer Service. Several weeks ago, I went to the window to pick up my order, I waited about 10 mins while the young girl chit chatted with an older lady - not once did she STOP her PERSONAL conversation to greet me and let me know she’d be right with me or ask the lady to step aside so she can assist, she continued on with her personal conversation only to then provide the older lady with a free coffee. When she finally acknowledged my presence, I wasn’t provided with an apology for the UNNECESSARY wait time. Today, I went to order my usual drink through drive thru, the young man who took my order, Adrian, was super delightful and on point with his Customer Service, but the young lady, Lexi, who gave me my actual coffee was rude, unprofessional and lacked proper Customer Service training. Customers pay not only for the item, but the experience at Dutch Bros, we are not paying for less than par Customer Service. Some of these “Broistas” need to be retrained and taught proper Customer Service. Greeting your customers, with a smile on your face is #1 rule, not disregarding your customers or having an attitude with the customer simply because you are having a bad day. I do have to say, not all staff is unpleasant, but the handful that are ruin the reputation for the location and other staff members.

They need to work on problem solving I waited almost 30 min for 1 drink! Because someone ordered 12 drinks and they were all messed up. So the WHOLE entire drive thru had to suffer, that lady should have been parked so the employees can handle the drive thru, not to mention I get my drink and it’s watered down like it’s been sitting for 30 min. Wonder why

Im in line, And its ridiculous how long ive been waiting in my car to get to the window. Haven’t even ordered yet. Cars do not advance and its currently 7:24 pm and ive been in line since 6:50pm. That is 34 min and i am still 8 cars behind, this line has advanced 4 cars since i made line 😡 I cannot back up and leave because there are card behind me. DO NOT COME HERE TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
