Been getting takeout here for years, best Chinese food around IMHO. Lin and Kay have always been super sweet to us!
Been eating here consistently for over a year and realized I never rated them. The owners are actually really nice, especially if you're nice to them. Meals are a little pricey, but you get a good amount of food for what you pay, so definitely worth it in my opinion. Try the Mongolian tofu if you get the chance. Absolutely delicious. 😊👍
This place has really yummy food! The Mongolian beef is one of best we’ve ever had and the chicken with snow peas is amazing, too. I highly recommend the chicken and corn soup as an upgrade to the traditional egg drop soup. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of their dishes.
One of the better Chinese places in the Alpharetta area. I've never had a bad experience here, and the food is great. Spring rolls are nice a crunchy, and I love the really really spicy sauce they serve with it. Pot stickers are also great! We usually just get the Sesame chicken, and it's always been perfectly cooked and the sauce is very tasty. I've had a few other things, but the Sesame is my favorite. The service is always good, always have my water filled to the top. My only little complaint is the waiter is very focused to get his job done. Not mean or anything, but he doesn't put on the fake smiles we all love to see. Overall, I think it's a great restaurant. Would definitely recommend it.
Hands down the BEST Chinese food in Alpharetta. Being brought up in the Northeast, their pork fried rice is the closest to home. Also, the beef lo mein is out of this world. The portions are are always on par and the owners are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great Chinese food!
Lin’s has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for almost 10 years now. I don’t live in Alpharetta anymore but when I go to see my mom, we get this almost every time. The owners are so incredibly sweet and the food is so delicious. And it’s always really fresh!! Highly recommend!! My personal fave is the sweet and sour chicken :)
My coworker and I were looking a for a close by Chinese restaurant to order lunch and we couldn't decided wear so we decided to give Lin's a try and let me say it did not disappoint! The food was fresh and the egg rolls were by favorite! Will definitely go again!
Husband and wife team - and they are wonderful! They aren’t rude. They are very friendly when spoken to respectfully. When necessary, they are direct. Direct is not rude. Food is fabulous! Have been customers for 15+ years. We live an hour away and still make the drive just for their food. So yes, it is excellent! And I don’t eat at any other Chinese or Asian restaurant, only Lin’s because I trust their ingredients and handling standards. They are awesome!
We had not had Lin's in awhile because we live 30 minutes away now. Wife suggested it and I went down for pickup. Everything was ready and waiting when I got there. What a pleasant surprise when I was greeted by name. I remembered that I had been going to Lins for over 20 years. Well I got home, everything was still piping hot and ready. The Hot and Sour is perhaps the best I have ever had. Having traveled around the world, I can judge the deliciousness of the food by the first taste of Hot and Sour soup. Lin's soup has been consistently delicious for that same 20+ years. I also had the Szechuan chicken. Amazing! Tender chicken, flavored with the right balance of heat and savory orange sauce. My wife had the chicken lo mein. She loved it and kept going back to the container for just a little more. She also had the wonton soup and said it was great. So, it you are looking for fresh made, delicious food, Lin's is the place. Thank you so much for such a wonderful dinner!! Great service, delicious food, good value. Don't let a couple of negative reviews change your mind. This place is awesome.
This has been one our best Chinese places to go in Alpharetta. My husband and I was interested in crab Rangoons and Beef Dumplings. Made to order in 15 minutes tops. Our conversation with the husband and wife is always pleasant and down to earth. I enjoyed our conversation and our food we took out was fresh and delicious.

Five star food!! Chicken fried rice with lots of hot mustard is the best meal.

Lin's has been a neighborhood choice for more than 15 years. It is both a nice place to enjoy a meal, and to pick up on the go. Well prepared and flavorful applies to the entire menu. Their soups are the best place to start.

This place is good if you have a craving for chinese food. I wanted to go somewhere near where I work where there was good Chinese food tjat was not Panda Express. This place hit the spot. I called the restaurant to place my order to go and it was very fast and easy. The lady, who also gave me my order at the restaurant I assume, was very nice and polite. My order was ready when I got there. I ordered egg rolls and the lunch portion of the chicken and rice. I loved the chicken and vegetables, but the fried rice was a little bland but it balanced out when combined with the chicken and vegetables. They also gave a healthy portion for the amount I paid. I gave a 4 out of 5 because of the take out box and the fried rice. It was seeping out from the sides and it was hard to eat without it getting on my scrubs. I was eating in my car by the way. My bill came out to 16.95 + tip. So all in all its a good place to come to if you are looking for a Chinese restaurant with good customer service, fast service and tasty food.

I didn’t get to try any food me and some coworkers attempted to dine in and drove all the way to the establishment. To be jnfmreded it’s take out only. Going back looking at questions this has been going on for over a year now. The sign says due to staff shortage but that seems a bit far fetched. The atmosphere of the return at was very nice I liked the design of the restaurant interior a lot.
I have always loved Lins. Don't work in the area anymore. Had an appt this way and looking fwd to going. Disappointed to see no Dine-Inservice. Just take out.

The customer service hey what do you expect. Definitely a cuisine seemed like it was made healthy. Hardly any flavor to the general tso and the rice had to be drier than a desert. The egg roll was tiny and no flavor. Will not be my go to however lunch prices are decent.

I ordered take out as they have sign on the doors saying due to staffing shortages it’s take out only. The shrimp fried rice was terribly bland and you can taste it was fried in burnt grease. The spring rolls Were soggy and mushy when I got home. The price point is ridiculous in comparison to much better Asian restaurants in the area.
Place an order this evening, had only the steam dumplings, and the seafood hot and sour. Along with a couple entrées. Well the dumplings were very funky, and the soup was very greasy. Well I have been in bathroom for the last 1.5 hours with severe diarrhea. BEWARE! Just going to throw the entrees away. Nasty, nasty, nasty
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as a DoorDash driver. I recently picked up an order from this establishment, and the woman who handed it to me was incredibly rude. She didn’t ask for a name or make any effort to verify the order—just shoved the food at me with a nasty attitude. I later called to calmly share my concerns, and was shocked when she cussed at me and hung up. For a place that claims to be “family-oriented,” the behavior I encountered was anything but. We’re all human, and you never know what someone else is going through. It’s disheartening to be treated so poorly, especially when customers—direct or delivery—are supporting your business. I hope the management seriously considers how their team treats others. Respect should be part of the service, always.
We went to this place for lunch and we had a very bad experience. The lady who served us was very rude and ill-tempered. It seems that she doesn't like customers. When you arrive, she has a bad attitude. She charged me $20.79 for wings and rice. I also asked for hot sauce, she didn't give me cheese and she answered me badly. The place is about to close because you don't see any customers coming and who would want to return with someone like that? I don't recommend it. If you're in this area, look for another place.
Placed an order and realized that I called the wrong place, so I immediately called to cancel the order and the lady actually cursed me and hung up the phone. Will never ever eat at his place.
