Our family loves Farmhouse Coffee & Treasures! We usually have breakfast there on Saturdays, yummy sandwiches a few times a week and OH the coffee... DELICIOUS! Our 4 year old loves the kids hot chocolate with sprinkles. The customer service is AMAZING and they know us by name. And the Treasures are adorable. A place you must check out!!

This is an original farmhouse with incredible woodwork and original pocket doors. The porch is a great place to enjoy a great cup of coffee and a gluten free cinnamon muffin. They also have burritos and more. Its just a few minutes off of the 407 in Northlake.

The Farmhouse is one of my favorite coffee shops. First, they are passionate about coffee and work hard to serve excellent drinks. Second, the building is amazing and the history of the 100 year old farmhouse shows through. Third, the hearts of the owners are amazing - they truly care for everyone they meet. It is definitely worth trying - and my recommendation is a dirty chai with oat milk.

We love this place. It's like a early 1900 hundreds house with warmth and coziness inside theirs a walk up counter you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner and desserts are yummy, prices are reasonable. If you want to travel to yesteryear and have a good imagination you'll fall in love with this place. It brings back memories, we use to go to a place like this in a small town named Colton in SoCal years ago they catered to special occasions on weekends and open to the public during the week it was a wonderful place. Go try this one out i believe you'll fall in love with it like we did.

Sweetest little hidden coffee and gift shop. The people are so kind and the coffee is good quality. They also offer different types of milk for the coffee drinks. It has an old h farm house feel and a cozy atmosphere. The only thing is limited seating when it's busy but when the weather is nice there is seating outside too. There's also a nice park across the street for littles to play afterwards.

We love stopping at Farmhouse for coffee and pastries during our bicycle rides. The outside sitting is very convenient these days, and they have a small trailer near the parking lot so that people don't have to go inside to order if they choose not to. The food and drinks are amazing, the staff is very friendly and Crystal, the owner, always takes good care of us.

As a newbie to the area, I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop…their service, atmosphere, food & of course coffee, are all absolutely fantastic! With a newly blind & deaf senior dog, I was hesitant to go out somewhere with her since I don’t know the area & haven’t met anyone yet either but I knew I wanted to get my dog out of the house ..I luckily found the coffee shop by searching for coffee places that allowed dogs nearby & was excited to see they were less then 10 mins. away from our house. So I called & spoke with the delightful Cassidy to make sure I was indeed allowed to bring her inside, to which she assured me that it was indeed ok & very sweetly said they’d even have treat waiting for her, phew! That was a relief because I wasn’t going anywhere without my dog if at all possible, so my sweet pup & I ventured out on our first outing with her being blind and everything about the Farmhouse was absolutely fantastic! Cassidy & the gentleman making the drinks and food(sorry didn’t get his name) we’re beyond conscientious…they made some suggestions & helped me choose a delish chai latte & quiche, along with helping me get my stuff & my pup sat down at a table…then delivered everything to me & even checked up on us while we were there! The whole place is super cozy & inviting, easily accessible & again, the staff & food are amazing! Can’t wait for us to go back again, and again :)…thanks Cassidy & team for a wonderful first experience, so happy y’all are right around the corner & we’ll be in again as soon as we can!!

Wow! This place is amazing. A magical old farmhouse converted into a beautiful coffee shop with lots of fun decor. If someone hasn't told me about this place I never would have known such a gem was hidden away over here. This reminds me of my family's old farm house we would visit growing up. In addition to a small breakfast selection and coffee, most all of the decor pieces are sort sell in the shop. It's a great place to find some unique pieces for your home or a fun and thoughtful gift for someone.

Not only is this the cutest gift shop with great tasting coffee, the owner and staff are top notch. They went above and beyond to accommodate a very last minute large to-go order for my child’s classroom amid a storm and power outage. My boyfriend and I visited here on Saturday and had the most wonderful experience. It was our first visit since we came in from out of town. The owner and workers were so friendly and they gave us free pancakes for our first time in. The food was exceptional. The bacon quiche was the fluffiest quiche I’ve ever had, the chorizo burrito was on point, and the coffee was really tasty and flavorful. I would come here all the time if it weren’t for the fact that I live 40 mins away. Thank you for the amazing experience! It was the highlight of our trip.

Very cute boutique that feels comfortable, warm, inviting, and relaxing. They sell various decorations for the house, but my favorite were the candles they make. I preferred their Volcano scent over the Oak, but both give off a refreshing smell. Their vegetable quiche has the perfect texture and mix of vegetables with eggs. I also had their vanilla latte with Oat milk, also well made with the right amount of vanilla. Super cute location to journal, work, and host a small group gathering.

But the biggest surprise was each room in this historic farm house is spilling over with antiques and crafty items for sale. My eye couldn't find a place to land and I wanted to keep exploring but had an appointment to keep. Small café tables inside and out. Plenty of seating, kids friendly, lots of parking and shade - important in Texas. Can't wait to visit again. So different from the dozens of coffee shops that are metal and concrete.

I needed a place to sit and do some zoom meetings for class before heading to my job in Justin and this place is quiet and has good coffee!

Service was great, coffee was good, but the scones were too small, flat and doughy. Not helped by the fact that the scone was heated up (in a microwave?) something that should never be done. Scones are served at room temperature, and should be light and twice the size they were. The coffeecake was, in contrast, a generous slice, and very good. Overall, a good experience, I'd say 7.5/10 for me. Maybe 8.5/10 for my wife.

Drinks are great, though prices are a bit high. Stars for the location and facility, but lacking because of price and employees don’t seem to fully know a ton about coffee, though they are very responsive to feedback and definitely want to make the customer happy!

Food was all microwaved, burritos were cold in the middle. 50 cents for a tiny plastic cup of store bought salsa. I'm not sure what I expected but it was pretty disappointing as a breakfast spot.

Expensive local coffee house with a very limited menu. Their best frozen drink is called a Grenada. They only sell it between June and August which they call “summer”. The reality is “summer” in this part of Texas lasts from mid April to mid November. Can’t wait for a Starbucks to open in the area.

Unfriendly people and got the order wrong. Also as a Cuban, I figured I’d give theirs a try. It was gross, not to mention $3.25 for it. My wife’s latte was also not good at all. Tasted like straight milk. We will not go back.

When I went in, it was very crowded and cluttered, with only one barista. I stood in front of the counter waiting to be served, the barista acknowledged me while continuing to make drinks for other customers. An older gentlemen walked up said hello to me, and started talking to the only other customer in line who stood in front of the counter. I waited for it to be my turn, which never came. At one point the barista finished making drinks, and started listening to the older gentlemen's story. The gentlemen, the customer and the barista stood there talking while I waited to be served. I waited an extra moment patiently wondering if I should ask the barista if shes going to take my order, but instead I decided not to interrupt their conversation. So I left instead.
