My favorite coffee spot! I would honestly be here every day if I didn’t live far. The family who works here are so friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend their chai latte. They even have special little drinks for kids. What makes this place extra special is the location and the house itself. It’s a bright yellow house in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. Definitely worth the drive to check out!

Utterly charming little place! The wrap around porch and gardens make it a wonderful place to hang out when the weather is conducive. Very family-friendly. Excellent customer service. Because of layout, neighborhood, noise level, etc. it's not a good place to study- something to keep in mind . Drinks are usually very good. Would definitely recommend for a cozy afternoon!

That was the coolest little farm style, "every one is friends with their neighbors" kinda place. Almost took you back in time . I highly recommend the French toast. 100% be back.

The service was amazing! I was visiting my sister in July, and she took me to this lovely coffee house. The chai latte and quiche were delicious and the ambiance was immensely relaxing. I felt right at home and truly enjoyed my time there. I'm from El Paso, TX, so I'll be sure to return hopefully soon. Love this place!!!!

As a newbie to the area, I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop…their service, atmosphere, food & of course coffee, are all absolutely fantastic! With a newly blind & deaf senior dog, I was hesitant to go out somewhere with her since I don’t know the area & haven’t met anyone yet either but I knew I wanted to get my dog out of the house ..I luckily found the coffee shop by searching for coffee places that allowed dogs nearby & was excited to see they were less then 10 mins. away from our house. So I called & spoke with the delightful Cassidy to make sure I was indeed allowed to bring her inside, to which she assured me that it was indeed ok & very sweetly said they’d even have treat waiting for her, phew! That was a relief because I wasn’t going anywhere without my dog if at all possible, so my sweet pup & I ventured out on our first outing with her being blind and everything about the Farmhouse was absolutely fantastic! Cassidy & the gentleman making the drinks and food(sorry didn’t get his name) we’re beyond conscientious…they made some suggestions & helped me choose a delish chai latte & quiche, along with helping me get my stuff & my pup sat down at a table…then delivered everything to me & even checked up on us while we were there! The whole place is super cozy & inviting, easily accessible & again, the staff & food are amazing! Can’t wait for us to go back again, and again :)…thanks Cassidy & team for a wonderful first experience, so happy y’all are right around the corner & we’ll be in again as soon as we can!!

Best coffee shop ever!!! They always have the cutest items for sale and delicious coffee! If you like sweet coffee, go for an iced White Chocolate Mocha. If you stop by in the summer try the Granita! Their drip coffee is my go to, and you can never go wrong with the Bacon Burrito or some Blueberry Coffee Cake. Actually, you can’t go wrong with ANY of their food or drinks. It’s all divine:)

Food is great, coffee is great, atmosphere is great, but more importantly, this is a Christ centered place & the employees are personable and friendly. Absolutely incredible place to get work done, come enjoy the environment, or just come to hang out. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Wow, what a great find. Baristas are super friendly and so are the other customers. Such a cute community and delicious coffee! Good for your little ones to stop by as well as there is toys inside and a park across the street. Indoor and outdoor spots to sit. Most of the decor is purchasable and super cute.

Very cute boutique that feels comfortable, warm, inviting, and relaxing. They sell various decorations for the house, but my favorite were the candles they make. I preferred their Volcano scent over the Oak, but both give off a refreshing smell. Their vegetable quiche has the perfect texture and mix of vegetables with eggs. I also had their vanilla latte with Oat milk, also well made with the right amount of vanilla. Super cute location to journal, work, and host a small group gathering.

The coffee house is so adorable.... it is full of country and Christian crafts to browse and shop for. The building is 143 years old and so neet to tour. The coffee is always tasty. Our orders have always been right every time we visited. Most important the folks behind the counter are charming and very friendly. We will keep coming back!

You aren’t living until you’ve had the quiche and blueberry coffee cake from Farmhouse. It is legitimately amazing. Every time someone comes to visit us we bring them here for coffee + breakfast!! Also, Kent is the nicest person - if you are fortunate enough to come by while he’s there, you’ll get to enjoy a little chat with one of the friendliest humans ever!

Wow!!! What an awesome place!!! I saw their bill board that said coffee and treasures....they were correct. Best coffee ever. Treated like gold. Jim was the most personable person ever!!! Just wow. Very very beautiful shop. Tucked into the most beautiful country neiborhood imaginable. Every person will find their own treasure at this location. For me...it was the beauty and the feeling i had leaving. Jim made it so nice to be at his shop. Excellent business. More business should strive to be like this one.

We saw the sign as we were traveling down the highway that this place was at the next exit. We didn't know what to expect but we needed coffee. We passed several donut, coffee, bagel places getting here but it wasn't too far off the highway. We were not disappointed A complete and thorough coffee menu enough to satisfy every need. Fresh baked pastries in a delightful environment. Very pleasant staff and environment. You will not be disappointed if you come here. Highly recommend

After moving to Argyle a few months ago, I was on the hunt for a great coffee spot, and Farmhouse Coffee & Treasures is the perfect find! I’m officially hooked on their iced honey lavender lattes (a must-try!), and their breakfast options are just as amazing from flavorful chorizo burritos to fresh muffins and scones. The atmosphere makes me feel like I’m on vacation every time I’m here. What makes it even more special is that it’s a Christian-run business, filled with beautiful faith-based trinkets, books, and the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Plus, my golden loves it too!! 😀

They do kids play area which they added newly. They also cultivate some veggies and flowers outside the coffee shop. Probably they are going to use them to cook breakfast and lunch.

I moved a few months ago to the area and haven't been able to find a good place to study until stumbling upon Farmhouse coffee! The staff is very warm and welcoming.Its in the perfect location, beautiful scenery. I get so much done when I am here and feel like I'm at home!

The muffin was heated and drizzled with some kind of frosting or syrup, making it gooey and a fork necessary. I could easily have eaten another. It was that good. The service is friendly like a small town gathering place. Everyone crowding near the small counter and yet polite and neighborly. But the biggest surprise was each room in this historic farm house is spilling over with antiques and crafty items for sale. My eye couldn't find a place to land and I wanted to keep exploring but had an appointment to keep. Small café tables inside and out. Plenty of seating, kids friendly, lots of parking and shade - important in Texas. Can't wait to visit again. So different from the dozens of coffee shops that are metal and concrete.

Despite the late hour, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They even let us try their delicious sticky bits cinnamon roll bites, which were amazing! The coffeehouse itself is located in a beautifully converted old farmhouse, adding to the charming, country feel. Highly recommend stopping by for the warm hospitality and excellent coffee!

I needed a place to sit and do some zoom meetings for class before heading to my job in Justin and this place is quiet and has good coffee!

Service was great, coffee was good, but the scones were too small, flat and doughy. Not helped by the fact that the scone was heated up (in a microwave?) something that should never be done. Scones are served at room temperature, and should be light and twice the size they were. The coffeecake was, in contrast, a generous slice, and very good. Overall, a good experience, I'd say 7.5/10 for me. Maybe 8.5/10 for my wife.

The café has a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for enjoying a comforting cup of coffee. Additionally, they offer a delightful selection of delicious food items that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
