My wife and I ate dinner here for the first time and we were not disappointed. You literally get to feast off 13 different cuts of meat. (Yes, it's an all you can eat steak house! ) Included with your meal is a massive salad bar with the usual leafy greens and tomatoes, but also has shrimp, smoked salmon, lobster bisquet...you'll definitely need to come with an appetite. They don't serve traditional beverages like Dr.Pepper or Sweet Tea. They do have a house soda, unsweet tea, and plenty of wine. They also have a bar if you want a mixed drink. My wife had a Mango Margarita, which was very good, but strong. I would say this place is not for kids, even though I saw one family with kids. To me, it caters heavily to the adult crowd. It's $50 a plate, but when you take in the whole experience, it was well worth it. I recommend for everyone to try it at least once. You won't be disappointed.
OMG, everything about this place was over the top! We arrived early for our reservation, were promptly seated, greeted almost immediately by our waiter, and treated like royalty for our entire meal. Speaking of the food, this was the very best steak and ribs I've had, anywhere! We have no complaints and will return! Highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of dining in this weekend and had a fantastic night. Maritza was our server for the evening and she was great. Gave us lots of recommendations and made sure to make us comfortable regardless of our later reservation
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible dining experience at Chamas do Brazil, and Kevin made it even more special! He was so friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. His recommendations were spot on every time, and he made us feel truly welcomed. Kevin’s exceptional service made our night unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend asking for him when you visit.
Great for a date, family gathering, or business meeting or event. The staff is very aware of your needs and the atmosphere is so very inviting. The food was on point and was very flavorful. Huge selection of drinks and dessert will allow us to return several times to something new. The location was near a great shopping area and huge mall.
An excellent restaurant! Undoubtedly for a super special dinner or meal! The atmosphere is magnificent, the music perfect, the attention of five stars, you have to try all the cuts of meat. You will have a moment like no other. Bring money, you're going to spend it; do not regret; worth it.
July 2024 10th anniversary of this place. I was here around the time it opened 10 yrs ago. Was really impressed today that this place is just as nice. Every server is on point and attentive. The owners are nice and also go around asking if everything is Allright. The food is just awesome! Meat overload!! Green Square means bring more, red means you're good for now. All the meats are cooked how you like it. The salad bar has everything and more. The servers go beyond out of their way to make your night there great! I would've had food pictures but it didn't stay on my plate long enough to take a picture of it lol. Check em out!
Warn and welcoming staff. Precisely professional. Don't miss the Lobster bisque, it's rich and creamy. The salad bar has many unique items that set it far apart from the usual. All of the meats were delicious and top quality, The beef rib nearly melts in your mouth. The NY Cheesecake is the best I've ever eaten. It's big too!. I really don't know how I still had room left for it, but I'm SO glad I did.
Kevin was amazing! He took great care of us and food was phenomenal. Will be back again
Food was great. Enjoyed the cheesecake for dessert. They lit on fire and let the alcohol burn leaving the sugar which poured over the cheesecake for added flavor. The meat was awesome.
Always a delight, great atmosphere, perfect for date nights. Great service and the meat is always choice. Highly recommend.
First time and impressed. Reservation seemed required so I did. $49 a head plus drinks and dessert think we paid about $200 with tip. Never went to long waiting for meet and our waitress even took requests for what type of meet we wanted to try. Only downside is the tables are pretty close. We will go back.
I celebrated my birthday at Chamas do Brazil, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our server, Taylor, was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and truly made the evening special. Every detail was perfect, from the mouthwatering cuts of meat to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Highly recommend Chamas do Brazil for any special occasion!
Really good food. Friendly staff. Everybody seemed overdressed though. It was Valentine’s day, but the restaurant itself feels like a regular Chinese buffet. Paid $184 for 2 adults and a toddler.
We went during their lunch time because the price made it very tempting. We are greeted and served by Jennifer who is an outstanding waitress. Their food, both salad bar and meat selection are well made and cooked really well. Ambience is very nice and feels classy. We definitely would come back here!
I brought my wife here as a late anniversary celebration. Wonderful place. The atmosphere is laid back and not too crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful (thank you Jennifer!). Dinner is three courses. Salad bar is first. It has a ton of options, from soup to various kinds salads. It even features antipasti. Before the different types of meat come out, they give you warm Brazilian cheese bread, fried bananas, and mashed potatoes. There are 16 different types of meat, too many to describe them all, however, they will cook the meat to your specific liking, extra bonus points. All the good was juicy, tasty, and well seasoned. Our waitress even gave us the Key lime pie as an anniversary gift. We'll definitely be regulars.
We recently celebrated my graduation in Dallas, and my family of 10 (including a toddler) dined at Chama do Brazil. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful! The food was delicious and plentiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from Juan. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive—making sure every requested meat was served promptly and at the perfect temperature. With a group our size, it’s not easy to keep everyone happy, but Juan did it effortlessly and with a smile. Our family thoroughly enjoyed both the food and atmosphere, but Juan’s outstanding service is what would bring us back again. Highly recommend!
This place is exceptional. The options on their fresh bar are phenomenal, especially the chicken potato salad! The grilled meats were delicious, make sure to try the chicken drumstick (where the meat literally fell off the bone) and the garlic top sirloin. Delicious and professional/friendly customer service from everyone we encountered including our server. Will definitely come back to dine again!
Joseph was a very polite and mannered server. He was very attentive and took good care of us while we dinned.
The food was great. My husband loves to eat and can eat a lot. He tapped out after the second round. They came around every other minute. They also gave him free cake for his birthday.
This was our first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. The wait staff was on point with helping us understand how the experience was going to be. We totally loved it. It was amazing. Thank you for the memory.
We had a wonderful time! Food was delicious- a fantastic salad bar and excellent variety of meats. Our server Taylor made the evening perfect! We will absolutely go back.
I visited Chamas do Brazil to celebrate my graduation, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, but what stood out even more was the staff—they were incredibly caring, polite, friendly, and professional. There's a lovely salad bar available, though I personally preferred the meat. The atmosphere is cozy, with soft lighting that adds a touch of romance.
Taylor was the Best Waitress Ever!! This was my husband and I 2nd year Anniversary and he couldn't have chosen a better place to surprise me. Taylor did an amazing job explaining the process to us and when we requested a specific meat it came immediately. The Manger came over several times to check on us, told us to take our time, drink wine after ever meat tasting and talk and enjoy our night. Taylor suggested the wine she loved and we agreed Franciscan Cab was amazing. She offered to take pictures for us, suggested the places we should take the pictures and they were Beautiful. She also gave us a dessert on the house. We will definitely be back and bring our son's their especially when our youngest RB Josh Bell comes home from college playing football full ride scholarship at UTEP where they are going to Win the West under the great leadership of Coach Scotty Walden!! Thank you Chamas de Brazil in Arlington, TX!! Yall Betta Check them out and ask for Taylor
The food was stellar and the atmosphere was accomodating, but the highlight of our visit was Oran. He came back to us on a consistent basis and made sure we weren't forgotten between the other tables in his section and kept us content throughout our visit.
Sunday lunch was phenomenal. Chamas do Brazil, you deserve Five Stars for your food and service. I had a wonderful dining experience. My server treated me like a Queen. Excellent food, outstanding service, what more cana person ask for. The ambience and music were so on point. I will be back to see you soon.
Been there last week, the place and the ambiance is spectacular.. the service is amazing… the food, specially the meat they are serving are top notch…also, the cheese bread is to die for.. I love it..I’m not a dessert person but the lava cake that serve with vanilla ice cream is now my new favorite.. it’s perfect ❤️❤️
After my last negative review the owner messaged me and gave me 2 free meals to try them out again-- very generous! Awesome service. This experience was much better. The service was amazing this time. Humberto was amazing. Very attentive and polite. Was always on top of things. The manager on duty was also very attentive also and very kind. Steaks were going out much more quickly. One thing I always have an awesome experience on that I failed to mention last time is that the meat cutters are ALWAYS SUPER nice and always give great service. Much happier with this experience and will be returning! Thank you for making it right.
2nd year in a row my boyfriend has brought me to this absolutely amazing place! Last year he let them know it was my birthday & by mistake we were given a delicious desert but instead of the plate saying “happy birthday” it said “happy Anniversary” we got an absolute kick out of it & has been an inside joke ever since. Today on my birthday we went & when they asked the occasion we let them know was my bday, but if they could please bring out the happy anniversary plate just to keep our little inside tradition alive- they absolutely delivered!!! They wrote “happy anniversary lol” was the sweetest thing. Me & him got such a kick out of them playing along. Thank you all so much for going above & beyond. Food is top notch & the service is the most attentive. On point & can’t wait to be back- can’t recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is so romantic & each table has their own candles lit. All the meat is seasoned & cooked to perfection & that salad bar is amazing!
Excellent location for our group holiday luncheon. Staff and food were exceptional. It was unfortunate they were out of Tres Leche dessert and cappuccino machine was not working. All meats, salad &soups, and desserts we had were delicious.
A great experience! Our server, Joann, was very attentive and had our drinks topped at all times. The food was very delicious, the meats were available from rare to well done. The salad bar/buffet was fresh and crunchy. The rolls were top-notch. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The manager made his way around to tables all night, making sure everyone was pleased. A great way to spend our anniversary. Will definitely be returning.
Our first time here and we had such a wonderful time! Our server Steve went above and beyond—super attentive, kind, and very helpful. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and the food was incredible. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!
Had our 32nd anniversary lunch here. The food was so good! The servers learned what you liked and quickly brought it. Our glasses were never empty and our plate was always full. We loved it!!
Celebrated a birthday tonight. Juan was our server and from the beginning, service was excellent. We started at the salad bar and then to the experience. The meats were amazing - the best of all the Brazilian steak houses we’ve been too. Juan was very attentive, friendly, and aware of everything. We are very impressed and plan to return.
The only downside I have is that we were charged for dinner price during lunch service. We had a party of three adults and two toddlers, but they still considered it a party of five, which is an automatic 20% gratuity. I think that’s kinda silly considering 2 people in the party are babies lol BUT the food was great
Took my wife here today for lunch, The gentleman seating us happened to ask if it was a special occasion. It was our 15 year anniversary, he gave us a free desert! Food was delicious, service was great and overall got outta there for under 100$ including 22% tip. For the quality of food that's a good deal.
Went there for the first for my birthday and Oran made my day very special. Great waiter and excellent service. If you ever go the ask for him, you won't be disappointed!
Kevin did a great job serving our large work group. We didn't have a reservation and they handled us easily. Thank you!
My wife and I just had lunch there for Valentine’s Day. I couldn’t be happier. Hunter was our Waiter and did a fantastic job not only that he seems like a genuinely nice guy. The meat was on point. I ate way too Much then had the flan For dessert best version I have ever eaten and super rich wow this was our first trip there but most definitely will not be our last
It was My first visit and My King's 2nd, but it was wonderful and I'm 🪝!! He has been trying to bring me since last year... I'm so happy I finally agreed 💯 Our waiter was Oran, he was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolutely wonderful waiter!! I was nervous, not knowing what to expect... But the entire staff was very professional, helpful and friendly ❣️❣️❣️ And let me say, I'm a food connoisseur and this is the best 🥩 house I've been to... Just the different cuts of 🥩 and having everything brought to you 🫶
The waitress and even the manager were waiting on us. It was my birthday and they were so friendly and accommodating. The place was beautiful and if course the food was excellent! Loved it!
I recently dined at Chamas do Brazil in Arlington, and it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Miguel, truly went above and beyond; he was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. The food was superb—each cut of meat was perfectly cooked, and the salad bar offered a delightful variety. Miguel's exceptional service made our evening unforgettable. I highly recommend Chamas do Brazil for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!
Our server was phenomenal. The food came out perfect as requested. Everything was amazing. The staff is top-notch restaurant is super clean. This has quickly become our favorite Brazilian steakhouse.
Karry was great made sure we had new meats on rotation, sides were really good. Trinity the manager was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place for good food and service.
My husband and I had an early valentines here, the lamb was delicious as well as the Cajun ribeye. The salad bar was stacked with different items and charcuterie my face was the cheese options!! Will definitely be back
Enjoyed a nice birthday celebration here. The food was great and the service was top-notch. As strange as it may sound the pineapple from the salad bar was probably my favorite part of the meal! Every option offered to us delicious and nobody could choose a favorite. Personally I’d vote for the bacon wrapped filet. It was perfectly cooked and delicious!
Karry was amazing. Service was spectacular tonight! She took such great care of us and the little ones. Will definitely be returning!
Yes, this is better than the other place! Amazing service!! We will come back just for the service...the servers, the managers, and everyone walking around wants to make sure you're enjoying your time there. Our server asked if there was anything we particularly like & he would have it brought around more. He went above & beyond. It was a great birthday dinner for my husband. The food is very good, the salad bar had a lot of options & we loved everything we tried. They even had some of the food cooked to medium well since that's what my husband likes. If you decide to get dessert try the Passion fruit....so amazing!! Parking is also easy, it's right off the freeway & it's free. Yes, you want to go here!! Enjoy 😉
I recently dined at Chamas do Brazil, steakhouse to celebrate my birthday and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was exceptional with a variety of delicious cuts of meat perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a special night out. Not only do I highly recommend, I will be returning again very soon.
Chamas Do Brazil is one of our absolute favorite date night spots. This Brazilian steakhouse delivers consistently excellent food and outstanding service, making every visit feel special. There is a wide variety of gluten-free options, which is especially important for us. Most of the meat selections are naturally gluten free, and the staff is happy to provide a dedicated gluten-free menu upon request. The salad bar is generous, well stocked, and clearly labeled, which allows my wife to feel safe and confident in what she’s ordering — something we truly appreciate. Every cut of meat we’ve tried has been excellent, and honestly, all of them are worth sampling. The servers rotate through the dining room at a steady, well-timed pace — sometimes almost too efficient if we forget to flip our “ready” card over. Service is friendly, attentive, and never intrusive, and while everything impresses, the Picanha is a definite standout. The wait staff across the board is courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From the food quality to the atmosphere and service, Chamas Do Brazil consistently delivers a fantastic experience and remains a go-to choice for a great night out.
First time at Chamas, and I loved it! Oran was so helpful when explaining the whole process, from the salad bar to the cards. This entire experience was absolutely amazing. The drinks were so good, the meats were cooked to perfection and the salads were light and delicious. 10/10 will definitely be back. Thank you Oran for the awesome service!
A 10/10 experience. Today was my first time in, came for a birthday, and I will definitely be back. Our waitress Jennifer was wonderful and the owner was very kind. He gifted chimichurri and a birthday dessert. Our dining experience was heightened with various sides and acts of kindness from the staff. So good, highly recommend.
We started coming here early in our romance. We've continued to return for our dating anniversaries, our wedding day, and our first wedding anniversary. It's understandably pricey but well worth it for the variety of meats and even the salad bar that has delicious lobster bisque and chilled baby shrimp. The service is exceptiona, too. Gauchos come frequently with meats, and you can request preferred cuts. The servers are watchful to refill bread and water or other drinks.
Excellent restaurant, we are repeat customers & have an enjoyable experience each time. Salad bar - fresh, well stocked, lots of options. The mushroom risotto & lobster bisque are some of my favorites, with the bisque having a kick to it. Meat Selection - I'll be honest it was all good, picanha was delicious. Their bacon wrapped sirloin was my #1. Dessert - we had the lava cake & walnut cream. The walnut cream was something different & I recommend you try it, almost a butterscotch/toffee taste with fresh strawberries on the bottom. Service was excellent, Nelson was our main guy & he did a great job. Very attentive, all of the staff was truly wonderful. Easy to make reservations online, we got there a bit early & they seated us right away. Nice ambiance & lots of space to walk between tables/salad bar area. Clean establishment & pricing is very fair.
I had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and couldn’t wait to try it. I had made reservations earlier in the day. I was impressed with their wine display. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter, Juan, did a great job explaining how the meat delivery system works. Each diner has a card which serves on one side as “stop here and let me try some of that meat” and on the other side it’s “keep going with that meat skewer.” There was about 8 different kind of meats being shopped around on skewers. The salad bar was very nice and offered many options, including soups and rice. You can choose only the salad bar or you can start off your meal with the salad bar and continue to try the steaks, ribs and chicken being passed around. The meats were all delicious although some of them just had too much salt. Even a family member of mine who loves salt thought they were too salty. But it was truly good food, everyone at my table immensely enjoyed it and would not let an overzealous chef ruin it by being salty. The deserts were top shelf and very delish. It was a little pricey but we truly enjoyed the experience and will bring family and friends here in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to all meat lovers.
What can I say ??? Lunch time is the best time to eat. You feel you have the entire restaurant for you and your family. Salad bar fresh , food hot , restaurant impeccable. Round of applause 👏🏼 for Joseph, he was always making sure we were good 👍🏼 had scenes of humor , really polite , friendly and respectful. The serves were great 👍🏼 everything was awesome.
We had an excellent waiter ( Steve) and all the other staff was very friendly and personable. They took time to listen to my kids silly jokes and be funny with them. Steve acted as if we were the most important customers he had ever had. I also saw him doing this with his other customers. This made for a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
I've been here before and the food, service, AND atmosphere are always top notch, but this experience was absolutely STELLAR. Juan our server was attentive, friendly, warm, and went well above and beyond for mine and my partners anniversary celebration. Apparently it's built in that if you're celebrating you get a free dessert of your choice. Not only did he bring us our dessert, he HAND WROTE "Happy Anniversary" in RASPBERRY SAUCE on a plate along with our dessert. Completely of his own doing. He spent a lot of time just to make tonight extra special for us. I will 100% be coming back and asking for Juan and i recommend anyone else who comes does the same. Everyone here is lovely but I've never in my life experienced such heartwarmingly involved service. It felt like a gift from a friend. Thank you Chamas, and especially thank you Juan. ❤️
WOW! My husband and I went on a date night and will definitely return! The salad bar is awesome and fully loaded with enough sides to fill a dinner plate (with no lack of flavor), the meat selection is vast with variations of chicken, sausage, and beef (some as tender as a marshmallow), but the desert was the best part… my husband and I split a secret desert not currently on the menu fashioned after the owner’s mother (so we knew it would be good). We are hoping this desert becomes a… no, THE staple desert of this establishment. And, as delicious as the food was, we all know the staff can make it or break it. Well, in this case, the staff is some of the best we have experienced in a LONG time. The wait staff is top tier. Joseph, the boxer, enlightened us about additional food options such as the peppers, polenta, cheese and honey (yes, please!!), and even steered us towards the best desert we have tasted in years. Well worth the thirty five minute drive and slightly higher price. But, it was a date night with a hunky husband and delectable food. We will 100% be returning (and, hoping to hear Joseph won his boxing match and tries the desert)!
The restaurant was exceptionally clean and had an upscale, polished atmosphere. The meats were outstanding, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly the highlight of the experience. The service was equally impressive, attentive, professional, and well-timed without being intrusive. The salad bar was decent, but it didn’t stand out compared to the quality of the meats. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re coming primarily for the meats.
Authentic Brazilian food and amazing service! I went to Chamas for my birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The staff treated me incredibly well from the moment I arrived — truly outstanding service! The food is authentically Brazilian, and as a Brazilian myself, I can say the flavors felt just like home. Their feijão is unforgettable — rich, comforting, and exactly the kind of taste that brings you back to family meals. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was warm, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend! 🇧🇷✨
I had an incredible experience at Chamas do Brazil! The food was amazing—everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. But what really made the night special was our server, Taylor. She was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and excellent service truly elevated our dining experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Taylor next time!
This was my first time visiting Chamas do Brazil, and I was truly impressed! I’m from San Francisco, CA and was in Arlington visiting my cousin, who recommended this place—and I’m so glad they did. I had heard this was the best Brazilian steakhouse in town, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the service was a 10/10. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. The salad bar alone was a standout—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. Our server recommended we try the classic Brazilian cocktail, the caipirinha, and it did not disappoint. I especially loved the passion fruit caipirinha—so refreshing and flavorful! To top it all off, we ordered their cheesecake dessert, which they literally set on fire at the table. It was both delicious and a fun experience to watch! If you’re in Arlington and looking for an authentic Brazilian dining experience, Chamas do Brazil is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!
My family and I have eaten at Chamas several times since they’ve opened and celebrated several special occasions here. There have been times when the food and service was not up to par however, there has been a discernible change for the better as of late. This experience was outstanding, the restaurant was a bit busy so Gaucho service was a bit slow as they were running out of meats by the time they were to come to us. Where they kept their 5 star service, in my opinion, was that the server noticed this and without prompt spoke to a supervisor and had the rotation reversed which corrected the issue. The meat, lobster bisque and lava cake were great. Salad bar left a bit to be desired but was certainly sufficient. The ambiance is awesome and I would recommend it for any special occasion.

This place is a Brazilian steakhouse. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. I really liked the salad bar and leg of lamb. 強くお勧めします!
Good food, but not great at observation sometimes. They use a small square on the table to designate when you'd like more meat. This needs a tiny stand for it so it's visible. I had all 3 cards at my table wanting more and still had to flag down the servers. Spent first hour eating several different kinds of meat, but never the 2 I'd come for. Finally had to ask waiter to send some by twice to get any filet. Really liked our waiter, Hunter. Seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Was here for Restaurant week, but think I'd return again. Satisfying experience.
Stopped by on 5/19 for a Friday night dinner. Quickly greeted at entry and seated. Waitress was prompt in getting to us along with drink orders. She went over the salad bar thoroughly and meat process. Overall food was good. Salad bar had so many wonderful selections and fresh. Meat part felt slow - seems we did have to ask more than once for someone to be sent over. Cajun Picana was the favorite, hands down. Otherwise, no issues, great meal, excellent service and an enjoyable dinner.
Chamas do Brazil is not a everyday restaurant. When you go make sure you have a big appetite. They bring meats non stop once you start eating and most are pretty good. They also have a large salad bar that if you're not careful you can fill up on. So when you go take your time eating because it's bottomless meat and Salad bar. However, you will pay for it. $$$$
I really had high hopes for this place but eh...maybe it was because we did lunch and not dinner. First off the salad bar was very mediocre. I've been to other Brazilian steak houses before and I just felt like this place left much to be desired. Not enough flavor in the items I chose. No complaints on the taste of the meat though. So that's good since that's the star of the show... however I finally had to flag down a member of the staff to say "hey we seem to be getting skipped over and then when they do come to our table it's the same meats" He apologized about feeling skipped but did reveal the lunch offerings are not as vast as the dinner menu. So that explains it. I suppose it's fair since lunch price is cheaper. He did ask if we'd been offered the ribs yet. We said no so they finally got those out. They were delish! The service from the wait staff was great though. They all were welcoming, warm, and helpful. 5 stars for that part.
It was our very 1st time at a Brazilian Steakhouse. I was not sure what to expect. Our services were amazing. The salad bar was memorable with it's offerings. They took great care to explain everything. One person in our party of 8 had previous experience. Jennifer was a veteran server and spent a great deal of effort ordering the types of meat we found we liked best. Some of my favorites were bottom sirloin medium/medium rare and the Cajun ribeye hearts were amazing. My wife loved the bacon wrapped filet mignon and chicken. The cheeses on the salad bar were pungent and both of us loved a few bites between. Deserts and drinks exceeded expectations. Our total bill exceeded 80 per person but with gratuity exceeded 100. Some tipped card Some cash but the manager helped with making sure the servers all received compensation for such a great time with our friends at dinner. We did reserve for 10 event though only 8 showed.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try for our date night. Seemed pretty easy to make a reservation with a few days notice and they had plenty of slots open, especially for a Saturday night…
The meat selection was amazing. I'd like to see more well done cooked meats come out, they were more rare. The salad bar was clean and had lots to choose from. The little bread balls were so good.
I've been here in the past and usually have only great things to say but they really came up short for my wife's birthday party. I booked the large, private room, that was supposed to provide us a server just for our room, and the selection of meat was supposed to be easily accessible. First off the room was ice cold. We had a cold front come in but the rest of the restaurant was warm, that room was freezing. No matter how the thermostat is adjusted, it never climbed over 62 degrees. Our server, though he did his best, was serving other tables outside of our room, as well as the other 2 rooms which is contrary to what was promised. Doing this caused him to forget to bring us originally ordered drinks, refills, etc. We had to ask when the meat was coming several times, and for 14 people waiting to try different meats that never or hardly came, it was very frustrating. The lack of heat caused us to attempt to let the curtains down to attempt to block the cold air to no avail. Finally the straw that broke the camels back was they brought us a personal space heater about 10 minutes before we left. We were there 3 hours. So while we made the most of the night, we were gravely underserved and paid way too much for what we received.
The food was decent and the server my family got was great. The bread was a little hard when it came out, but a later batch tasted much better. Some of the meat seemed old though, and tasted very off. I didn’t like the filet mignon for this reason, which was a shame. The salad bar was wonderful though and that cheese and honey they bring out is amazing. However, I don’t know what was happening, but throughout my dining experience I heard what I think was the manager almost yelling orders at workers, and it totally ruined the vibe for me. I don’t know what the situation was, but that totally stunk it up. I’ve never been able to hear a manager scolding his employees, and the place felt kinda sketchy after that. Even with the weird strained atmosphere, I thought the experience was enjoyable, and I’ll definitely visit once more.
The servers in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. Unfortunately the meat had no flavor. I'm used to texas de brazil, where you can taste thr smokiness and I did not get that from this place.

Honestly was not impressed with this place especially with the $140 price tag for two. This was the only brazilian steakhouse where I never had to turn over my card to stop the meat from coming because of how slow it came out. I was regularly sitting with an empty plate waiting for them to come by with more meat, not to mention having to constantly ask for them to refill my glass of water. I'd skip this place if you're looking for a brazilian steakhouse. They also over salted their steaks and was left with a salty after taste after every bite.
I took some clients here for lunch. The service was the only good part of my experience. The chicken was very dry, the signature meat was more tough fat than edible meat. They also splashed a little blood from the meat on my pants. The grilled pineapple was barely grilled and was not warm when served. The tres leches cake was delicious. When my bill came for 5 total guests, there was a forced 20% tip included. I called the restaurant to share my feedback. I was told that the GM, Paolo would call me back but it has been 4 days and no call back. I called back to ask for him at 5:45pm and was told he is in a meeting and they offered me 1 free buffet for my terrible $258 lunch. There are many other good options for Brazilian steak houses like TX De Brazil, Fogo & Villa Brazil. Go there instead.
Food was mediocre along with the service. We asked for our meats to be cooked medium and all we got was medium well or well done. We never flipped our card to red yet it took the servers forever to come back to our table. Over $50 a person for food plus drinks. Regular bottled beer was $10 each. Server automatically included 20% gratuity and this is one of the few times I would say they didn’t earn that much.
The first time I came, everything was amazing! I went with my husband and we sat on the right side (which is usually the busiest). The second time, I went with my daughter and they sat us on the left side. That section was almost empty, and it honestly felt like they were just giving us whatever was left from the other side. I ordered a well-done sirloin, and it took more than 40 minutes to get it. The servers kept offering meats, but always to the right side first. If nothing was left, then we didn’t get to try it. I stayed for 2 hours and only got a small piece of sirloin. They did apologize, but I still had to pay $136 even though I couldn’t really enjoy the food as I expected.
Our server was great and nice, she was trying to get them to get meats out to us faster but we did have to wait a significant amount of time between meats as they were just not coming out very quickly. Food either comes out really oversalted or really under salted, the lamb chops are TERRIBLE, salad bar leaves a lot to be desired compared to similar restaurants, and the floors are so slippery near the salad bar that I nearly slipped several times.
This is a Brazilian steakhouse that I can not recommend. We have been to many different ones and this one was the worst. Of the limited selections of delivered meats to the table most all were tough and of lower quality. The salad bar was also a disappointment with limited items to recommend it. The sole compliment was our wait staff lady who was exemplary. Unfortunately, tis not worth the expensive plate price.
We have eaten here a few times and the first 2 times, we had an amazing time which made us wanting to come back. However after that each time we went it progressively just gotten worse from the service all the way down to the atmosphere. This last time was the last time. We asked for medium rare and well done cut of meat and they kept bringing medium well each time we'd ask for the well done and they'd say in a minute. The medium rare people in our party got a whole round of every meat while the other people were looking at the wall waiting for a well done piece. We told the manager and then with in 5 mins every single one came with a well done piece rushing to get it on the plate. There was no in between either all or nothing. Not sure if they changed management or what happened but it went from a 5star to a 2 star unfortunately.

Went to dinner on Christmas Eve. Worst experience. They clearly were cutting back. The salad bar had less than half of what they normally keep on hand and minimal variety, yet they still charged full price. Never going back.
Not sure how this place has 4.5 star reviews? This is the worst brazilian steakhouse of DFW, without exagerating. Food is below mid and service is extemely slow, poor and inefficient.. So poor that everything arrives cold or full of blood. As a foodie myself who always eats at brazilian steakhouse (my husband is brazilian) please go spend your hard earned money anywhere else but here. 100% not worth it.
I've been to Chamos do Brazil twice and both times were severely disappointing. The first time we went the experience was subpar, especially given the selection, vibe and price. Despite that, my wife and I just got back from celebrating our 10 year anniversary and what a waste of time and money. The salad bar lacks unique flavors, cuisine, or anything with flavor at all. Although I did enjoy the wedge salad. I've been to other Brazilian restaurants and they have a much better selection. The meats only come out once every 10-15 minutes; we came to the conclusion that this is to fill people up on other stuff rather than expensive meat. There were only 1-2 cuts of meat that I felt had a good flavor profile. When we checked out, we presented a BOGO coupon given to us as part of an anniversary gift from my parents. When we received the bill, there was a random $25 of "extra fees and charges". We asked about the fee before tipping (POS in hand) and the server acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. After I put a nice tip in she left then came back and said "Oh, there's a gratuity added by the restaurant if you use a coupon." Other than what was said above, the service was subpar. We didn't get much service and when we did, it just felt faked. It was not busy at all while we were there and it was listed as "busier than usual" on Google 😶 This place is a money grab and I honestly don't think it's as good as it's hyped itself up to be. Honestly would've maybe had a better time at the establishment next door 💀
Bad Gaucho Service. 2 meat cuts within a span of an hour. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience on our first visit. I'm going to describe shortly what happened so management can better handle or train gauchos next time. It is important to mention that Melissa, Jackie, Miguel, and Christopher were doing their best to give a good service. We were seated at 3:00 but no server came to our table. Eventually, Melissa passed by and asked if we were taken care of and found us a good server. She got us Miguel, nice and friendly, but he was also running as manager, so I understand he was too busy covering all bases. Anyway, drinks were brought... got some buffet, at 3:30 passed the gaucho with chicken wrapped with bacon, at 3:45 beef rib, and at 4:00 chicken wrapped with bacon again. Within this time, the gaucho with the picanha passed by 3 times and never even looked at our table. Felt bad and ignored because of this, and we couldn't understand the reason why he wasn't coming or stopping by our table. Every time, he just kept serving the group by our side all the picanha and then skipping us to serve the rest of the tables. Even though we told servers more than 4 times about this issue, this kept happening. Eventually, by the 6th time he ignored us, I stood and asked for the manager and the check. I described the situation, and he apologized regarding the issue and told me he was going to run with the check. The fact that he ran with it was reasonable due to this awful experience, but we came to this place to have a good time and experience not looking for a really bad experience and free food that we couldn't even enjoy. It's not necessary to escalate any situation to this step to later being taken care of. To management, I know you can train your gauchos better and show them a balanced way to serve whitin the tables so eventually they can achieve to provide an outstanding service and a whole experience to all the people visiting the restaurant while avoiding just getting 2 meat withing a span of an hour. ... And definitely having servers like the ones I mentioned before help relieved the awful experience we had, so please give them kudos on their commitment with customer service.
We were there yesterday, the food quality is way below what you expect from a brazilian steak house rodizio. Salada bar very poor, lobster soup did not taste good. And meats, ok lamb chops, they need to be proper seasoned I use 9 ingredientes when I make them always comes out great, they need to be cut with 2 bones not just a thing one bone piece also always served with mint jelly, they were just sprinkled salt and peper and trew in. Steaks seen to be rushed in the fire to serve quick, some burned on the surface and no flavor. We ordered total of 4 caipirinhas for 2 persons nothing special about them and deserts papaya cream no flavor and flan was too sweet, not great as well and finally the bill a staggering $274.00 with 20%tip for 2 persons. This is way too much for the quality in it. I had my fair share of Brasilian steak houses so for this price you beter go to Brasão, Avenida Brasil, fogo de chão or Texas de Brasil, I don't mind to pay a high bill when you are completely sastisfied but we left very disapointed. Our waitress were great.
Negative 5 Star Review – Champs de Brazil, Arlington, TX I waited a while before writing this review because of how unsettling my experience was. On a Wednesday evening, my brother and I—who both run a law firm in Dallas—had just closed a major case and decided to take our family out to celebrate. There were eight of us total: my wife, daughter, sister, niece, nephew, brother, brother-in-law, and myself. I repeatedly asked (more than eight times) for the beef rib and the bottom sirloin. I waited patiently for over an hour. When the waiter finally asked if everything was okay, I calmly explained the situation. He told me he would be right back—yet another 10 minutes passed with no food. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager and requested a new waiter, politely asking that the original waiter not return to our table. Instead, he became defensive and ignored my request, returning again and insisting on checking on us. I reiterated—again—that I was still waiting on the same two items and asked for the manager. When the manager arrived, I explained everything. Her response was that food “usually takes that long.” I told her that was fine—all I was asking for was a simple apology for the inconvenience. She refused, stating there was no reason to apologize for either her service or her employee’s service. I then respectfully asked for our check. She returned offering a free or discounted meal, which I declined. I didn’t want anything to affect the honesty of this review. At that point, I would have gladly paid extra just to receive what I originally ordered—which is ironic, considering this is a restaurant that specializes in meat. This was meant to be a celebratory evening, and instead it turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Between the poor service, dismissive management, and aggressive behavior from staff, this was unacceptable. If you’re looking for rude service and confrontational waiters, this might be the place for you. If you want good food and respectful customer service, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. While the experience was horrible, I will say this: thank you for ensuring I never make the 45-minute drive to your restaurant again.
Worst $220 I’ve spent at a steakhouse, Save your money and go to Brasao or Fogo de chao, as this steakhouse is a knockoff of the previously mentioned . Service was mediocre, plenty of staff however service was just bad. At the beginning everything was and looked good, when we were greeted and seated. Hostess and other staff seemed to care as we sat with my 3 young kids…. Best part of our night. The big let down, was our food, we were served thin slices of ribeye, picaña, and lamb, about 5 slices total, As I prepared to dig into the meat, the knife would not cut into the meat, upon close inspection, we found the meat to be extra cooked, charred. And the spots that seemed to be soft turned out to be all grease and fat from the slab. We waited for about 10 minutes before any staff came around to ask if everything was ok. We explained the meat was not edible, so they proceeded to ask what our desired temperature on our meat was; to which I expressed a medium rare would be ok. After waiting 15 minutes or so they brought out 3 cuts of meat, Ribeye, beef ribs , and lamb chops, I was delighted at first to see they looked better , however as I took the first bite into the lamb chop, I was let down immediately given there was no flavor, it tasted as if someone just threw it on the grill for 2 minutes , sprinkled salt and served it. Disappointed, I moved onto the beef ribs, which to my surprise were also undercooked , with noticeable bright red spots, which contrasted with the white plate they sat on. They had a significant amount of fat as the ratio of meat to fat was at best a 60-40, the lesser being meat. They were simply not appetizing to look at , and honestly were bland. They made more of an effort with the salt and pepper on the lamb chops. The last cut being Ribeye was also a let down. The meat was just not seasoned correctly same consistent bland taste , the only good thing on this meat option was the non existent fat. , I’ve been to similar places in the past, however this restaurant was just not at all what we expected for the price. I understand you can’t have top quality for a $220 dollar bill , however you at least expect to be somewhat satisfied. Management is poor here, and even though we had a tall heavy set , suited manager walk by our table on 2 occasions (aware of our complaints on meat), he excused himself with reluctance to address their poor service or food quality. The highlight of this experience was the Brazilian lemonade I ordered for my wife, it was great for the $10 price tag. Overall 2 adults 1-3 year old kid and 5 non alcoholic drinks came out to be a whoppin $195 usd Which I regret paying. $220usd with tip. I highly recommend fogo, brasao, saltgrass or even the jack in the box next door than this place. I hate to talk down on restaurants, as my previous reviews are mixed, however I do not recommend this place. To me this experience was the equivalent of the stroll of shame in the am. Woke up with so much regret. Never again.
