Staff super friendly, the peach cream drink I bought was super sweet. But my wife liked her coffee so 5/5

I LOVE DUTCH BROS! Everyone at the Collins street location is so friendly and they get drinks out so fast! If I could, I would even apply to work here.

I am not going to go down on stars. However I have a question I went to get my morning coffee like always but today I requested my coffee without ice and ask for a separate cup of ice which I was going to use for my son's juice so once arrived at the window tje lady gave me a bit over half of the coffee (m size) I asked why she said because I got the ice on the side and that was the measurement of the coffee for me to put the ice how did she know I wanted the ice for my coffee? I could had ask for an ice coffee instead right? I didn't say anything was trying to get my boy to school on time. So I guess I will no longer be asking for a cup of ice if my coffee is going to be "half full"🤔🤔

I stopped by this shop when I visited family a week ago, and the service was speedy and the broistas were very helpful. 10/10 pure dutch vibes 🤙

My first time getting coffee for here. I was anticipating something awesome and DAMMIT they did not disappoint! The coffee ☕️ was great and so was the service.

I entered the drive through in the last hour of service and ordered a large flapjack frost. Note that flavors no longer visible in the app might be orderable on the employees' tablets. I was the only customer at the drive-thru window and didn't have to wait long for my order to be fulfilled, and the quality of my beverage was up to the expectations that had been built by other locations.

Better coffee than Starbucks! The American Eagle is a great starter choice to try them out.. but definitely try the caramelizer!! Made with chocolate milk 🤤Their chocolate chip muffin top is addictive! It’s a drive thru, so no indoor seating. Most locations are in Arlington and Mansfield area.. but so excited there’s one fixing to open in Waxahachie!! The staff (at the locations I’ve been) have always been amazing! Only downfall (for me) is they stay busy, so there’s generally a line of cars.. lol!

Dutch Brothers has a pretty chill laid back atmosphere with with great employees and fast service. Have never had an order messed up, I usually bring my dogs to get pup cups. Highly recommend.

I recently traveled from Oregon to Arlington, Texas, and stumbled upon this Dutch Bros. Let me tell you, it felt just like home! Caleb and Bre were my baristas, and they were awesome. Always friendly service the line can get long at times but hey we all love good coffee. I love the simple rewards app and the sticker giveaways. And even my German shepherd loves coming along to get her cup. If I get near the coffee smell she gets excited for her fix.

This particular location feel secluded, like a little island. Much more relaxing than the one I usually go to. It was fun to order my lemonade in the app, get it from the walkup window, and then just sit at a table in the breeze for a bit with the sunset warming my back.

No matter what time of day! I’m in and out I’m under 10 minutes……. The line can be to the chipotle next door and they will STILLLLLLLLLLLL GET YOU OUT OF THERE ASAP! they work so well as a team (from the outside in) and do what needs to get done to make the line run efficiently. NOT TO MENTION THE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! They know my order by now, they are so personable and intentional😭😭 I love their staff, I love this location cannot recommend enough.

I just got done coming from the Dutch Bros by the police station in Grand Prairie. I understand being human, maybe not liking the heat or what not but to make me go from there to this Dutch bros! All because I feared my coffee was spit on for waiting over 15 minutes and asking with a manly tone but have a skinny slim body not to match my tone. So I went to this Dutch bros on Collins and they made me feel welcomed, apologized for something she didn’t even do and home boy in drive thru made me smile from my soul to heart. I don’t come to no place no where just because. I always go for the experience and I’m grateful USA has Dutch Bros to keep STARBUCKS in line. I stopped going to Starbucks once I got repetitive amazing customer service. Shame on them in Grand Prairie for ruining it or trying to. I highly recommend them to all my friends. The Vampire Slayer Rebel is the bomb! I just wish they had a comments box to mention I was allergic to something. That would help myself and others who might be as well.

Drinks were very good especially the soft top, lines are long but that’s understandable with how popular the spot is and the fact that they only have a limited staff in a small place.

This is second time to this chain. Here in Texas and one in Reno. The product is good/great. But there has to be a more efficient way to serve folks. Sunday morning 4 cars in que and 12-15 minutes from order to sipping.

Late night staff is wonderful and funny, great attitudes and others should visit. I high recommend this area coffee

I come to Dutch bros about 4 -5 times a week .. love the coffees and the staff is always friendly… bc of that I always tip… This morning at the walk up window my coffee was made with soft top that I didn’t request so I had to have it remade.. I got the 2nd one and it’s not sweet at all. I asked for the drizzle. I just had the pumpkin brûlée yesterday morning so I know what it should be. This wasn’t good at all and I didn’t have time to stay for a 3rd drink bc u guys were so busy. I tried to call to have it rectified but couldn’t get anyone. I never complain with small variations depending on who makes it but this is just bitter… and was a waste of money.

I love this place and I always order a white chocolate chai, but when I ordered it with almond milk today it was terrible. I highly recommend they look into other milk alternatives because whatever brand almond milk they have is NOT working for them 🤢

staff is nice, but the drink quality is very lackluster at this location. I order the Kicker with light ice and an extra shot and it always comes out water with a bland taste? My drink is almost never consistent. I always get the Golden Eagle iced coffee, and half the time it's missing caramel or just tastes like something other than what I order. Usually the employee asks if I want soft top or whipped cream, today the girl didn't even bother to ask and my coffee tastes very disappointing (no caramel at all in it). When this location opened I started going here over Starbucks due to the convenience of my commute and because I really liked the customer service, but it's just happened too often to where I'm getting turned off to getting my coffee here.

Every morning I come they only have two people they are starting to get packed if you are managing Dutch Bros have enough people because I see customers leaving you ARE LOSING MONEY fix it fast you need at least 4 to 5 people from the jump

Sat in drive thru for 20 mins no cars moved, we decided to get out and go to the window. The employees seen us standing at the window and not 1 person greeted us, I asked through the window were they serving at the window, I got a “yes”. Stood at the window for another 20 mins with no help. Clearly they need help and more training. I will not be returning to this 1

This morning I want to Dutch Bros on South Collins. There were two lines. One car on the left goes, then one car on the right. It was my turn to go, the car on the left went, I went next. Then the lady in the car behind me honked her horn. The girl that worked there and was taking orders on the tablet came up to my window and was rude, accusing me of cutting the woman off, even though I went when it was my turn. She then proceeded to argue with me about whether it was my turn or not, because she took the other woman's order first. EVEN THOUGH I WENT ON MY TURN. I told her it was my turn, and she said "well we don't have to serve you." So, I parked and asked to talk to a manager. At first the girl said she was the manager, then she said she would let the manager know. So, she lied to me about being the manager. When I asked for the number, she refused to give it to me. Then I asked for the girl's name to report her to corporate, and she refused to give that to me as well. I just wanted coffee and I was treated rudely for following the rules of taking turns because the rude girl took the orders out of order. I left the location in tears. I truly don't understand why this location treated me so badly.

I had a terrible experience at Dutch Bros today. I ordered my favorite drink, but when I received it, it was completely undrinkable. It was sour and had a strange aftertaste that was nothing like what I usually get. When I asked the staff to remake it, they were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience. I ended up wasting my money on a terrible drink and terrible service. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning to this location again.

I guess this location is too good to take orders in the line like the others. I had to get all the way around the building to get my order taken. It’s sad that the Collins street location can’t operate to the same standards as the other Dutch Bros locations.

Gave me a cup that literally drips as I drink. Coffee is all over my shirt and car. Telling me that the lid might pop off is one thing but for it to continuously drip as I’m drinking is not acceptable at all.

Be sure not to ask for light you be charged full price for a drink half filled and if you ask for them to fill it they will charge you for another one.

I’m exhausted of employees asking for a tip and pushing you for a tip everytime! Yes you make great coffee and the service is great but I assume Dutch bros pays them an hourly rate? I am sorry I didn’t give you a tip for taking my order….. to me a tip is at a restaurant when the serves takes 15 trips to the kitchen to accommodate a whole table with their needs- We consumers can change this by posting reviews and letting them know! Terrible service, I tried ordering through the window and both workers (white guy with beard and white girl with long blonde hair) blatantly ignored me. I waited more than 10 minutes in the cold to see if they would take my order because I know what it’s like to be understaffed but cars would leave and more would come and they still did not service me. They walked in front of the window multiple times and saw me, they avoided eye contact but I am 100% they saw me waiting there. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but that was completely uncalled for, if they weren’t taking window orders they could’ve simply told me to go through the drive through.

Another poorly managed Tropical Smoothie location. They are good at making excuses why they dont have the think on their menu. Which really comes down to poor management. Good thing there are better managed locations, or I would just have to write Tropical Smoothie off as a place i no longer have breakfast !!!!

This location used to be great. Now, almost every visit, the coffee is stale and bitter. $7 for a drink that may or may not be made correctly and fresh. Also, while I appreciate the fund raising your company does, I do not like being asked FOUR TIMES in the same visit if I want to donate.. to a cause we already support.
