I was looking for a place where I could sit and have a meal as I was staying in a local hotel. However I ordered my lasagna and bread sticks to go a went back to the hotel. I was totally surprised on the large single serving portion size. The quality of the food was excellent.

They look out for me. I didn’t have any money my card to pay first. My account had been hacked. They allow me to place my order accepted the cash in delivery. In a work were no one does that a lot anymore. I was truly impressed.

I’ve been eating at Mr. Jim’s since I moved here from Atlanta, so there’s no doubt that the pizza is awesome but I had to post about the gentleman that made my pizza tonight 12/05 around 9:30 pm. He was super friendly, asked me how I preferred my wings, gave me an accurate time my order would be ready and brought it outside to me. Just impeccable service and I really hate that I didn’t get his name. But if you see this, thank you for actually caring about your job and actually appreciating I spent money there. The way you recommended the wings were EXCELLENT! Definitely going to be my go to location from now on!

Never any issues at all ever. But the delivery utilizing third party apps SUCKS! It always takes over an hour for the delivery and this is the second time my food was cold because of it. Great pizzas but I’ll only be picking up from now on.

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a veggie pizza with More than 3 items, the person who took my order wasn't very nice but maybe he was just busy. My pizza was good and I love the small place

Pizza was good, but didn't have the flavored crust as ordered, and the Jimstix were okay (we added peppers & onions), but the chicken nuggets were overdone and inedible.

I have been wanting to try this place for months since moving to the area and seeing the delicious looking commercials. I was disappointed. I ordered the Detroit Style Meat pizza. I did a scheduled pickup, an hour and a half out. It was a Saturday evening, dinner time and I didn't want them to feel rushed. Picked up my pizza and took it home. First of all the pizza was $20 bucks. Cool. Decent price. I was disappointed. The size was SMALL. The crust looked nothing like the crispy pan style squares you see on tv. It was a LITTLE crispy on the corners but when you picked a square up the piece flopped in half cause it was not cooked right nor all around prepared right. The sauce was decent. Overall. I was disappointed. It wasn't even with $20. My expectations and hopes were too high on this one apparently. I don't think I'll return.

Ordered a pizza here for my daughter’s an they brought the first pizza out with way too much sauce when i politely ask for very very light sauce with extra cheese the customer service lady was already extremely rude then I even tipped for my delivery driver for the pizza to be wrong then they brought out another pizza just for my daughter to bite into a slice of pizza with foil in it I’m so glad she brought it to my attention an I’m hoping she did not digest any of it i want corporate to reach out asap

Took an hour and twenty minutes for them to deliver a single pizza which arrived stone cold. Toppings fell right off the pizza that was barely cut. I'm assuming they use a third-party delivery service, too, which would be fine, but they do not make this transparent to the customer before, during, or after ordering, so proceed with caution. Tasted like a cold circle of garbage.

I am an extremely loyal customer. I order from this establishment up 2x weekly. This past Saturday, I.ordered my normal Pizza. It was burned so badly and they still sent it out. I am SO DISAPPOINTED....this has never been an issue. But to pay 25$ for a medium veggie and it's burnt....I am just so outdone...I will rethink ordering from here.
