Everything was very good. I'm not sure why ppl are complaining but my experience is 4.6/5*****. The food was well cooked and plating was very nice also. Fast Service The only little minus is that the tables are very closed to each other

Out of all places nearby, it instantly turned favourite spot. Prices are well below average in the area, portions are generous, and food is cooked well and served nicely. Waiting times are quite fast and staff very nice and helpful. On our third time we were greeted like family, and this one guy from staff is who you really want to serve you. The size of Chicken Kiev was super, Canarian Chicken was an excellent and steaks are done exactly you want them to be. Great experience and thanks!

Spotted this steakhouse at the beginning of our holiday, decided to save it for the 2nd to last night in case it was special, and let me tell you know I’m so glad I did because the food and service was phenomenal, the partner ordered a medium pepper prime steak and it was beautifully cooked, topped with peppercorn sauce along with some fries, rice and courgettes. I had the aberdeen king burger and the burger was dressed with all sorts including bacon and egg but the burger itself stood out so much with it melted cheese and amazingly cooked flavour, the bbq sauce on the side was the nicest bbq sauce I’ve ever had and went really well with the chips. The server was amazing with us both, his service was top notch, perfect and we was seen to almost immediately with the best atmosphere and welcoming attitude. My only downside is that when I go back home I won’t be able to come back to this place for a long time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fui a Aberdeen Steakhouse y la experiencia fue de diez. Pedí un ribeye medio rojo y estaba espectacular, en su punto perfecto: jugoso, sabroso y con una calidad de carne que se nota desde el primer bocado. Todo lo que probamos estaba buenísimo, sin excepción. El servicio fue excelente, atentos en todo momento sin resultar pesados, y con un trato muy profesional. Da gusto cuando un sitio cuida tanto los detalles. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré.

Vengo a este lugar a menudo y siempre me han recibido con cariño. La comida siempre es de alta calidad y a precios razonables. Excelente servicio... muy recomendable.

The drinks were out of this world, and the staff were incredibly friendly – almost like family to us. This place truly gave us the best vacation experience. We enjoyed every single second, every single day. We’re from Germany and we’re not used to this kind of hospitality – which made it even more special for us. We were on holiday for 14 days, and honestly, we were at Aberdeen nearly every single day – for breakfast and dinner. The service is just outstanding – truly top-notch. It’s rare to find a place like this, especially since many restaurants are mostly focused on tourists. But here, you can genuinely expect to have a great time, to feel welcome, and to enjoy quality in every way. Thank you, Aberdeen, and thank you to everyone working there for this unforgettable experience. We had a full English breakfast, the service was super friendly and very fast. The food was great. I dropped a piece of toast on the floor, which the waitress came to replace with a fresh piece immediately, free of charge. Would definitely recommend!

I have been here twice and my honest and brutal opinion is. The food was delicious, Plenty of flavour and The pepper sauce with my sirloin steak medium rare was lovely. My food was hot and I wasn’t waiting long. I’ve got nothing bad to say about the tidiness of the restaurant, the table organising was a bit tight not a lot of room. The staff was nice a bit rushed off their feet and a wee bit harsh chucking the menu down but honestly helpful and spoke nicely. Drinks were easy but the glasses were clean.

Me and my friends visited many times as we enjoyed the quick service, atmosphere and the food was good quality for the price. I had the chicken fajitas which were lovely only downside was the wraps were quite small. I also had the fillet steak which was great for the price in comparison to other local places. The staff were friendly and again the prices for the quality of food was good would recommend. One negative about this place to be picky is the flies can be quite annoying and persistent but overall a very food experience.

Steak was lovely and very well priced. Service was okay but we weren't brought the garlic breads we ordered. Atmosphere was strange in a funny way as the song "I Want Your Love" (Chic '78) was on repeat for the first 30 minutes of our meal. In fact a 30 second excerpt was just on repeat. "I grab my pillow and squeeze it tight". Then the waiter who hadn't been at all attentive brought us a QR code and asked for a great review.

Definitely more emphases on drinks than food. Unfortunately, fish and chicken were very dry and tasteless.

This was a regular place of my partner and I. However, during this visit we were utterly disappointed. The food was bland, I had asked for “Spaghetti Frutti de mare” and I couldn’t wait for some seafood tomato sauce linguine, instead I had a bowl full of cream, there was no taste whatsoever. The seafood was awful, I had no intention of finishing the food and I’m a girl that loves my food, neither waste any food. The service was another downside. My partners pint came straight away whilst I waited 15 mins for my daiquiri… by the time it came, he had finished his drink. Of course I had time to people watch and the waiters and chefs were more interested in serving young girls. Especially when they ordered their daiquiris, they had theirs straightaway… strange, no? Nevertheless, this will no longer be our go to place. 100% disappointment, for sure. Good thing? Beef fajitas, that’s it.

Rapid service is a plus. On the downside the waiter got the order wrong for tables around us then of course ours was wrong. Steak overcooked. Check the bill, an extra line was added on for €4.5, an accident, maybe? Better options in the area

Went here for a steak a couple of days ago,possibly the most chewiest steak I've ever had,and that was at medium rare,the searing on the steak made it very hard and dry...nice shot of honey rum at the end of the meal was a nice touch but unfortunately not a good steak

Samen gegeten gisteren hier. Ik had kip met saus die was wel lekker, verder niet veel bijzonder, wat rijst en patat wat totaal slap was. Mijn vriend had een medium biefstuk besteld maar deze was helemaal doorbakken, weinig smaak. De bediening deed zijn best maar leek de overzicht niet te hebben. Voor goedkoop eten kan je er heen gaan maar voor het lekkere niet.

Average turistic meat place in the neighborhood. Ordered a chicken, and it was literally impossible to appreciate the meat for the overwhelming presence of a sweet barbecue sauce that literally isn't at all prepared but probably industrially done. A cheap alternative for sure, but there are better places in the area.

Went 2 nights during holiday first night amazing staff but on the second night the waiter was rude and aggressive due to the card reader not working even got face to face with a customer then tried to refuse to give my debit card back had to grab the card reader out of his hand to take my card back to get the cash out to pay the bill will not be returning business should be shut down if they can not handle their attitude to paying customers

Nous avons eu une intoxication alimentaire suite à un déjeuner pris dans ce restaurant. Nous avons pris les brochettes de poulet type canarien. Nous avons été malade 2 jours (salmonette ou viande avariée ?). Je pense que les normes d'hygiène sont loin d'être respectées en cuisine

Staff were friendly but think this is just a tourist trap. Ordered t bone steak and noway was this 18oz and had the fillet missing.i checked the menu and price I was charged was t-bone with fillet. To add insult to it they asked me how I'd like it cooked and I requested to the chefs recommendation. They both it out half cooked shredded for me to cook myself. Never again was rip off

Staff were nice, basically had our meal thrown at us (boiling hot sauce burnt my arm). Atmosphere was dead even though it was just. Food was sub par at best, special sauces tasted like bottled Heinz out the fridge.

The atmosphere was nice and the service we received was decent but the food was awful. The prawns were over fried and just a crumbly mess in some bland water with tasteless pieces of garlic around it (how can garlic be tasteless?!). The fried camembert was definitely not camembert, more like a cheap cheese sauce inside bread crumbs. My partner who always eats everything only ate half of his meal as his burger was full of gristle.

One of the worst places I have ever eaten in. Food was dire and the restaurant itself was disgusting. The flies (which infested the restaurant) were even turning their noses up at the food. When we told the waiter about our experience he laughed and said “it’s just a toasty”. I almost lost a tooth on the ham and cheese toasty but the hair I found was the final nail in the coffin for me.

Only giving a 1 star cause I'm unable to give it 0. From the get go everything was rotten. the service was rubbish, the coke for me and my mum was disgusting, physically couldn't drink it. Only 1 burger on the menu, which my dad and mum ordered, I ordered but wanted to make it plain, and the waiter looked at me like i just grew horns. He basically said no. That's how it comes and that's all they did. I tried several times to tell him I only wanted the meat and cheese, but he just couldn't get it. I settled and asked for spaghetti. When our meals arrived, my mum and physically couldn't eat theres, they never leave food. Especially my dad. It felt like a ready meal heated up. The meat looked dry as old boots. My pasta was rotten, worst I've had since I've been here, dry, aldente pasta, rubbish portion size. So so SO unhappy. We came here to relive good memories and are leaving with empty bellies and foul moods. Would not recommend!!

The most disgusting place ever! Wouldn’t feed the food to a dog, chicken was grey and smelt like eggs and if you eat the burger you will need a new set of teeth afterwards as it’s so hard and tuff , couldn’t even get a knife through it. They didn’t even bring our full order out as the forgot part of it however based on the food we did get this may have been a good thing. Praying we don’t have food poisoning by the morning 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 The Irish pub next door is unreal so highly advice people go there instead

AVOID. Sirloin steak were bland and fatty. Go here if you like unseasoned food. - A weird choice of vegetables were served with the steaks; cooked onion, butternut squash, tomatoes and bell peppers in a strange oily tomato sauce. - Soft drinks were watered down so much with ice. Overpriced and they charge extra for the dressing sauce.

Rude and agressive personell with serious personal issues. Wanted to move us around without reason, added percentage to the bill, first 25% and then extra 7% on the same bill again. Bad stomach with diarrhea the day after, for one who never usually takes ill. This reaks of bad services, routines and hygiene. Do not go there. We avoided the last extra 7% after threatening to bring the local police for having a look at everything. They then just changed really fast. They are really no good at this restaurant.

I think the staff were overwhelmed as the restaurant got busy at the same time, worst steak ever, I ordered sirloin, it was so fatty and I asked for it to be cooked medium, it came rare, it was an inconvenience for it to be cooked longer, the owner (I think) was aggressive and rude with the customers on the next table, the card machine wasn’t working and he asked them to go and get money from the atm, he said it wasn’t his problem, he was shouting and causing a scene, DO NOT GO HERE, go to la boca further down the street

Service absolutely shocking, 25 mins to take drinks order - young waiter in jeans and t-shirt more bothered about splashes on his Fila hi tops. Ordered 2 fillet steaks, wasn't asked how we would like them cooked or what sides with them. Steak passable but wouldn't return or recommend.

Don’t go here. Went on our first night as a big party of 15 and place was quiet- was one chair short at table and wasn’t allowed to move one over so we sat as 12 and 3. Not end of the world but annoying given how quiet the place was and wouldn’t have been difficult to accommodate. Got given menu and said ‘gracias’ and owner aggressively told us ‘you english you speak here in English only’. Was very rude. Table of 3 left as were taken aback by rudeness. Owner then commented ‘crazy women’ to table of 12 who all then left. Terrible experience as I’m from Aberdeen and was really excited to see a place with the name of my hometown. Went to Lebanese place upstairs instead, excellent food, service and ambiance and gladly taught us some Spanish sentences.

Food was below bang average, the soup and the spaghetti bolognese I received tasted like It came from a Can. I'm from Aberdeen Scotland myself and these establishments give our food a bad name. Not in a hurry to return 😬.

Very strange experience Me and my wife went for dinner ordered drinks which were fine and came to the table quickly We then ordered garlic bread to share to start again no problems efficient service and edible I proceeded to order a porterhouse medium rare which came out well done and tasteless dry and full of gristle I then said to the wife I feel like they had cooked it at midday and microwaved it for me So it was very quickly sent back My wife had chicken which in fairness was tasty and edible However I proceeded to wait 25 minutes for my steak to arrive which it never did so I got the waiters attention and explained that I no longer wanted the steak as my wife had finished her meal however

If you want a good steak do NOT eat here...i ordered a sirloin, med rare..which came sliced,fatty, overcooked and full of sea salt..which was basically all you could taste, very chewy and i left most of it...very cheap and yes it reflected the cost. Service wasnt much better..my husband had chicken which was fine..i did mention to the waiter who seemed disinterested...will not eat here again

On our 8th day our family holiday we went to this place and it was worst food of our holiday. Chicken fajitas with barely any chicken the chips where a disgrace to pay 3.50 for about 20 small McDonald chips basically. Barbecued ribs were overcooked and dry. And calzone pizza with a huge amount of cheese that was brought out to the table next to us and then brought back in then handed to me after 10min . Staff where trying there best but was definitely not enough on for a busy evening

I visited Aberdeen Steak House on Monday at 12:00, and unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review about the customer service. The man who served me was rude and seemed as if my presence was an inconvenience to him. He showed no willingness to help or any interest in the customer. The restaurant was not busy. Such an attitude towards service is very disappointing and discourages me from returning. I do not recommend this place.

In fairness to the staff member, he was very nice. The food was very disappointing to the point that it was almost deceiving looking at those posters of the food. I’ve seen better chips in McDonald’s and we definitely won’t be back but kudos to the staff member for sorting out my girlfriend‘s plate her food which had a bit of plastic in it!!!

Ordered 2 fillet steaks with chips and veg and a cheeseburger. The veg was like it was out a tin . The chips were cold and no potatoe in them . The steak wow shocking 😲. Medium. It was lesser than rare . Blood covered my plate. My wives wast far away from being rare as well . My sons burger was all pink in middle . What a really terrible experience we had . It's the worst steak house I have ever been too . Avoid this place ..... !!!!!!! Honestly .... we did see a few plates getting sent back also !!!!!!!

We went last night, 03/3/25. Never again! Food was really bad. Over cooked and dry. Started with the menu's thrown at us. No good evening or even an hello. Ordered garlic bread. Came back with cheesy garlic bread. So sent it back. Ordered deep fried mushrooms. We had 4 mushrooms coated in breadcrumbs. So ordered plain fried mushrooms. They sent garlic mushrooms. Then the steak came. Half of it was fat and inedible just to fatty. Then the burger came and was just over cooked and dry. We asked for chips but got the thinnest fries I have ever seen and cold. Just a waste of €76 euro. We would not recommend this place at all. Friends we met at the hotel went in after us. We saw them later that night and they said the exact same thing as us, awful food, dry and inedible. Avoid this place, don't waste your money!

La verdad es primera vez comiendo aquí me lo recomendaron y nos pedimos una hamburguesa de desayuno y un bocadillo ambos con la lechuga súper oxidada la cebolla de la hamburguesa igual super oxidada y la carne bastante quemada...

Pedí el gordon blue de pollo y estaba muy seco, difícil de digerir. Además el lomo alto sabía a carne pasada, no lo recomiendo para nada.
