The staff working around 10:30 pm on 14 Oct 2020 were absolutely amazing!!! After a super long day of moving and not eating for 14 hours, I really appreciate the amazing service and kindness! The food was perfect, fresh, and hot! Thank you so much!!!
I think this is the smallest McDonald's I have ever visited. They were extraordinarily busy and we're dealing with it in a most efficient matter. The food was hot and tasty. The most impressive thing as always with me is there restaurants were open and free to use. This is an excellent McDonald's to visit.
This McDonald's has the best customer service in the afternoon. Morning management and associates have a very poor service in the morning. Great job to the afternoon crew after 4:30pm. They deserve a raise.
Love these tacos, I know they take forever and all the King Tacos are always watching and counting the salsas they give you. I believe that if you spend more then 50 bucks in an order they shouldn't be cheap with their salsas!
Went after work. I was about to leave because there was a few (6?) cars and I was going somewhere else as well but I saw the line moving fast so I stayed and didn’t regret it! Very fast service, I was surprised! Friendly staff. Would definitely return to this one

These guys did an amazing job on our curbside pick up order. The burgers were fresh and juicy and they did a great job assembling the order for all six of us. Great communication too because we were missing a large drink and they said no problem and got it out to us.

Although they have pretty great service, the fries have been pretty disappointing almost every visit. They're either noticably old, soggy, and cold or taste like they forgot to salt them! I think out of the last 15 times my bf and I have gone to pretty much any of the McDonald's in our surrounding area, maybe only 2-4 times the fries were actually fresh and tasted like someone salted them. Otherwise the only other thing I get is the vanilla cone! Not much to mess up other than making it teeny tiny, could anyone possibly mess up a vanilla cone?!?!🤷🏻♀️
We love coming to the local McDonalds to get a quick bite. They always have some new stuff on the menu like blueberry pie then switch it out with something else like pumpkin spice. Safe and trustworthy I will support McDonalds for it has been there for all of us. Staffs always kind and the store manager Julia is always available and super smart.

Best of all, the food was great! When I asked for fresh food, the manager gave it to me with a smile - no extra charge. I even met the owner, who seems like a nice guy. When you're working at your own place, it shows. Mr. Kroc would be proud! 👏 The McDonald brothers might not have been so happy ,but then again they where tough to please haha, but this location is definitely one of the better ones. I use the Uber app to get food here often and for the most part they get the order right. My only qualm I have is that they usually take their time to prepare the food. It is never ready, which can be bothersome.
show up on July 5th 2019 around 10.40 am when children are out around summer time only one cashier 7 customers in line waiting to be help. when your order is ready to get pick up, the person in charge of saying your order # wouldn't even say anything wild your oder would be getting cold.
It has one of the fastest drive through that I know. If you ask for condiments, they give them to you. Not like other McDonald's that you ask for condiments and they tell you that they put them in the bag but you later find out that there are none.
The work place here has a packed day when it is very busy. When they are packed and low staffed they try to get the food out as fast as they can without trying to get the order wrong. Seems like they need to get more people working in the nights during the summer since that is when it is most busy.
The staff were slow in noticing me. Then they took forever to make two mcChicken Chicken sandwiches and a Coke. They didn't even get my cup until my order was on the counter. They really need better management and faster-working employees. This comes from a former Hardee's employee and manager (here you call them Carl's Jr's) and several other fast food restaurants in Missouri.
Long lines during dinner time (duh). Consider the amount of food peoe are ordering ahead of you, they are preparing it in that order even if it's not efficient. They are also dealing with people inside and online orders. Once I got the food and ate it, I was satisfied with the quality. They got my order right, they gave me plenty of condiments and left me wanting to try it again.
Bunch of Homeless people sleeping inside the Restaurant which made my 11 year old son a little nervous. My double Quarter Pounder with cheese was sloppily made and leaning over to one side, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Sorry Mickie D's I know you can do better. Oh, and I kindly asked if they could adjust the thermostat down a couple of degrees, and the employee went to ask the manager so instead of the manager coming out the employee came back out to tell me that the manager said no they couldn't. All with my ex-wife having health issues, and yes I explained to the employee about her health condition.
As far as McDonald goes, this is a better one. Normal McDonald manual. However, this one has been remodeled. This restaurant is clean and bright. Chairs are comfortable. There is an outdoor seating area but no play area. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. An employee actually cleaned up the table and got me more sugar for my coffee while I am typing this review.

This is litteraly the best mc donalds i have ever seen,insanly delicious food,and i like the fries smell and stuff. The only reason why i put service at 3 stars is because it takes nearly 20-30 minutes to get my food so we have to preorder while driving to the resturant,overall it's a good place for fast food after school
I ordered mobile from the patio from table 117. Fifteen minutes later, the order did not come. I went in to inquire. The cashier said it's on the table before the patio door--table 103. 😶
The place is very good but, the fact that McD does that walk up is allowed till 5pm(currently in this store) that is not a good thing. Drive thru ppl can take their meals till 11pm or more but walk up is not allowed. If store sees this feedback. Kindly let the management know about this issue of mine I faced.

The cashier lady didn't like me or her job. The restroom was dirty and the hand dryer was blowing supper cold air. Inside was nice and clean.
Good service at this mcdonalds. Only problem was that I had bits of sponge in the sweet tea. It was alarming to me to drink a liquid and find a solid go spit out afterward. However I do appreciate the staff helping me get a better slushie since initially there was a lot of juice rather than ice

Very disappointed just came and they got all our order wrong and didn’t give us part of our order and made us wait more then 30 mins just not to come out and give it to us so we just left

Always have to wait more than 20 minutes to get your order
Placed my order at drive thru. Got my drinks and was told to park at reserved spot 3. Waited over 20 minutes and food never came out. I had to go down and complain. Wasn't too happy about that.
Bad service on 7/5/2015 around 9:30 PM. Ordered for 2 vanilla ice creams at the Drive-Thru. The person over the mic said the bill was $2.18. There were 3 cars in front and it took 10 min to reach the window. At the window, the guy said they do not have the ice creams. Walked in and asked why so. No response from the manager and when asked for the complaints/grievance book, again no response.
This McDonalds use to be one of my favorites until about a year ago, when COVID hit the streets. When other food restaurants were closing their doors from lack of business, this McDonalds was flourishing with more customers than before. That is when I started to notice a big change not only in customer wait times but the quality control was practically nonexistent, drive through wait times doubled and everything was still microwaved. One time I ordered a mcChicken sandwich but the lettuce was so over heated that it turned brown from green. They seem to make more errors in getting the order correct, something is missing from the order 20% of the time now. The drive thru wait times are too long and the food is just not worth it anymore. I don't go to that McDonalds very much anymore. If anyone from this McDonalds even care about what customers think about their store, maybe they should try to fix this before they have no one to fix it for.
That McDonald’s has very poor customer service and every kind of way sometimes it’ll make a mistake and they’ll make you do the drive-through line all over again and they have a doorbell right down the door even though you show them your receive or something they messed up. They want you to do the drive-through all over, they close their doors very early and sometimes you wait over an hour. Yes for your order very ridiculous never coming back to that McDonald’s don’t go through that pain.
Watch out the drive thru employees. May 12 2025 Saturday night around 9 :30pm the night before mother's day. I gave him 100 dollars bills after got my order I drove off . I checked the receipt at home it's shown 50 dollars in it I got robbed by them without knowing . Becareful guys, not everyone is honest.

If you want to wait forever in line, you can just head to here. The staff will be totally fine to see you standing there for 20 mins and get nothing. Hard as they try, it’s still impossible to get your mobile order on time. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING.
Their commercial came on advertising a $5.00 meal. The fries were not cooked in fresh grease. They were reheated. I haven't frequented McDonald's in a year, now I remember why!!
Forgot the main ingredient in my vanilla iced coffee. So I went in waited 7 min to let them know they forgot the milk. They fixed the problem. It was a joy to see that the manager was hearing impared.

If you REALLY want McD’s, there’s two other locations somewhat close by. The staff here isn’t very friendly and they’re pretty stingy with the food — especially the drinks. My iced coffee was more ice and water than coffee and didnt have the flavored syrup. The frappé I ordered last time I was here also wasn’t filled to the top (they didn’t even get it to the fill line on the side of the cup either!)
Came in with my husband. The service is horrible. The kid with colored eyes and curly hair should not be attending customers, I think his name is Mati maybe be wrong. Well two customers came in that didnt speak English. He just said I don't speak English. They stood there looking at him and he just went about his business. So the customers just walked out. What he should of said was. I don't speak Spanish, but let me get someone for you. They don't really acknowledge the customers standing at the registers. The kiosk was not giving receipts so I asked him for it. He said I will give it to you after the order is ready. He forgot. I went to register and they didnt know how to reprint. The vanilla ice coffee. Just tasted like regular ice coffee. They did refund me the ice coffees and gave me regular coffee. I guess that was the only good thing that happened. I could go on and on. Bottom line almost everyone in the restaurant was complaining about the service, and thts only because I couldn't here the people further away. Well, this restaurant sucks now, it use to be ok. I even thought that management changed, but it has not.

Terrible! The asian young girl that was there this morning, Friday, October 14 was so rude to everybody inside the restaurant. She humiliate a man who was struggling to ask for his food, and he ask to speak with someone else in Spanish, she told him nobody did. She was also rude to an old man and to me. I never write has reviews, but this person needs to go. Insulting and unnecessary attitude.

Service was terrible cashier kept interrupting me wouldn't allow me to order had to wait until allowed ask for manager a worker pretended to be manager said his name was Joseph the employees were goofing around laughing and talking...I had to return my coffee and watched them because they wanted to do something file because I was advocating even though I ask to speak to a manager they never came out ignored me then just sent a employee not a manager called on the phone after and was told by Joseph who the real manager was stated there were 3 on the floor they treated me like trash...
Absolutely worst McDonalds EVER! Food is always cold. They always claim the ice cream machine is broken. They are always short staff (probably because no one wants to work there). The female manager that works the night shift is rude with no customer service skills.
This McDonalds is probably the slowest and works costumer service I have ever had. I can here on a Saturday night around 9pm. I ordered a #4 and waited in the drive thru for about 15-20 mins. I called the store and asked why it's taking so long and she said are you the guy that ordered the McNuggets? I said yes and she said well it takes 5-10 minutes to cook so be patient and wait. We are working hard here...I mean really. I've waited in line for 20 minutes??? And now you tell me to wait 10 more minutes? Horrible service m. I will never come back here again. So I just leave without paying. I drive the the next closest one and I wait again in the drive thru but only 5 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered and served. Food is good but the libby is always closed and they shut down the car pick up early alot. You're stuck with just drive thru and the line can get very long and they attitudes of most of the workers isn't great.
Note to everyone:Before using the app make sure you check in so don't have same problem. Placed my ordered from mobile app but I didn't get my order because it didn't show on their end I had the order number. Hispanic employee helped me but she speaking to me in Spanish. Manger help me but couldn't see my order number but she speaking to me is Spanish and I don't understand any. She also had a bad attitude and a angry annoying look on her face when I walk in. Problem here is her angry and her mean demener. I also lost money.

I stood in front of the register for over 5 minutes until I had to speak up and if I hadn't I probably would have stood there for another 5 minutes. McDonald's requires you to order yourself with no register help from an employee whatsoever. On the other hand if I was acknowledged I wouldn't have given this kind of review but I was not acknowledged I was left there to stand looking like idiot! Also they frown and give you the worst off there little attitude if you ask for more condiments. By the way this is just a walk up the drive-through is worse. The younger kids there have "no idea" what "customer service" really is. The absolute worst in all of Artesia/Cerritos! and that is the truth!
Horrible service. Went up to the kiosk to do my order, didn't get a receipt. Waited 10 minutes at the front register and got no help at all. So I went in the drive thru, waited 15 minutes just for them to forget an item. Horrible service overall . You people should fix that.
The store manager was rude to her employees right in front of customers as i waitedin line to order. I ordered a cup of coffee and she didn't say a word. She placed my coffee on the counter and walked away without a word. I nicely asked for cream and sugar, she looked annoyed, grabbed the items and placed them on the counter on the other side and abruptly turned around and walked away. So unusual for McDonald's. Every other one I've been to is so friendly. I was meeting friends and quickly stopped for coffee but will go to Starbucks next time. If management behaves like that, it isn't a good sign.
Went in, waited at the register for about ten minutes. Nobody came, workers in there talked to their friends who were customers instead of doing their jobs. The friends who were customers didn’t even order anything they just talked amongst eachother. I just wanted a simple order and they couldn’t even have the decency to take it.
Poor service it seemed as they forgot about my order when I started to realize the customers who I was there before them were getting their food first. Even though they'd just only improved the building including from the inside but they still haven't improved their customer service there.

We drove into the City of Cerritos for a doctor's appointment. We stopped at this McDonald's since it was on our way. The drive-thru had a long line, so I decided to park and go inside. Staff behind the counter seen me walk in, and it one young Asian lady to come to take my order. I knew my order was being prepared, as another lady with glasses came to place the two coffee's I had ordered on the counter. She explained to me which coffee had what amount of creamer and sugar in each cup. Then, I observed this lady with the glasses getting my order pull two apple pies. I immediately told the lady with glasses if that was my order the pies pulled are not the pies I had ordered. I told her I had ordered two Strawberry and Cream Pies. Not two Apple Pies.The lady with the glasses told me, "We don't have those yet". As I asked, so you don't sell them??? Or, they have not been prepared to sell??? This lady with the glasses did not give me a response. I then asked the lady with the glasses to please call her Manager. She went to the back and came back with an older Latina woman. This woman asked me, "How can I help you???" I told her, I had ordered two Strawberry and Cream Pies. And, I did not receive them. They are on your menu. This woman tells me, they are not ready yet. She told me in a rude way, "If you want them it will take 12 minutes!" I then explained to her, she needs to properly train her order takers to notify a customer when an item on the menu is not ready to be served. And, how long it will take to prepare should the customer still be interested in ordering the item. The young Asian lady did not explain either one. The Manager just said, "I will talk to her". The owner of this establishment needs to send the Manager to Manager Classes or, demote her from her position. McDonald's is 100% Customer Service. By this Manager's actions she is just there for a paycheck. I asked her for her name, she said, "Julia". I then asked for the young Asian ladies name. She told me, "Jo or, Jones". I mentioned to Julia, I would be writing a review. She looked at me with a blunt look and shrugged her shoulders. So, here is the review, Julia, McDonald's Manager at the 176th Street and Pioneer Blvd location...
Sadly I had too much faith in the McDonald’s brand name. This particular one didn’t live up to expectations. Was charged for the “bundle up deal” for 40 nuggets and 2 large fries and 2 large Diet Cokes for a grand total of $19.92. Drinks? Check. 2 large fries? Check. 40 addictive crunchy yummy nuggets? No. 20 stale rubbery ones. Order mess up and quality not up to par. Oh well.
This location is horrible. I mean just horrible. I don’t often write reviews but my experience was bad enough for me to do so. After going thru the drive-thru we were asked to park to wait for the rest of our food. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food when we were told it’d be only 3 minutes. Worst of all other people behind us that were asked to also park were tended to before us. I literally had to call this location with my cell phone to ask for our food. Then the girl gives our food to the wrong car and I literally had to argue with the supervisor outside about the whereabouts of our order. I’d let this go if it wasn’t such a consistent issue at this location. But time and time again this location has issues from getting orders wrong, to bad and rude service, to consistently never having order's ready at the drive thru window, and just a general lack of consistency and discipline in even the simplest task. I recommend other locations or a different restaurant. Otherwise don’t be surprised if a mistake occurs with you order because mistakes are in abundance at this establishment. By the way the supervisor offered no refund or anything just excuse after excuse about their incompetence. Very disappointing.
I found the service very badly badly managed. I work with deliveries and all the doors are closed, so you go to the driver-thru and they don't bother you, they send you back through the door and no one will answer you, you wait in my sun for a lingo time until you give up. I sincerely need efficiency to get my order or receive it by order and not by time. please improve your service provision
I don't know how they did it, but I think its pretty amazing how the food I just ordered tastes exactly like how they would if I had eaten them 2 days later. It's safe to say I won't ever come back to this location again. Buyers beware.
Ordered sauces through the app, with my meals. When I went to pick up, they said they can’t give me the sauces I ordered and would have to charge me if I wanted them. Like ??? If the app doesn’t charge me, why is the store trying to charge me??? Do not recommend this location, unless you’re getting food without sauces I guess.
We ordered 2 hot coffees, he gave it to us cold, the guy had no name badge but he looks Hispanic. He never apologized and have us waiting again on line at the drive thru to get our order right. I believe this incident reflects a broader issue that needs to be addressed by the management. Ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers, regardless of the situation, is crucial. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness is fundamental to customer confidence in the quality of service and food. I hope that by sharing my experience, it encourages a constructive review of staff training and operational protocols to enhance the overall customer experience at this location.
This McDonald's is awful! I was visiting the area, my mom told me this one sucked, but it was closest to her house. The girl working the counter was rude, we were never greeted, at least 3 employees walked by the counter and none even acknowledged us! We were not thanked for our order and almost had the food thrown at us when it was ready. The counter woman even was complaining to a customer because she was not getting holiday pay... As if making $20 per hour isn't enough! How rude to even discuss wages in front of customers. I will not be going back... Oh and their I've cream/shake machine NEVER works.

On my visit with my daughters before 4:30 PM, I ordered a frappe and ice cream, only to be told that the ice cream machine was "down." This has become a recurring issue, every time I visit this location during the day, I encounter the same excuse. It is frustrating and seems unlikely that the machine is consistently down during daylight hours. I have seen numerous discussions online regarding the maintenance of these machines, which only adds to my disappointment. Additionally, I requested to purchase two separate toys without a Happy Meal. Despite my willingness to pay, I was informed that I could not buy them separately, which felt very unreasonable, especially since I have successfully purchased toys on their own in the past. Maria, the manager on duty, simply stated that the policy had "recently changed" and showed little concern for my situation. I felt unheard and as if my patronage was not valued. As a resident of Norwalk and a parent, I find this insane I typically do not file complaints, but this experience has urged me to reach out. I believe that customers deserve better service, especially given the wages that employees are earning.
You have to order through kiosk but it doesn't offer hot lattes or cappuccinos And no one wants to help you at the counter because they don't want to deal with cash. Don't waste your time and money on this dump.
Mobile order that take forever to get my food, do not come here if you do mobile order. I guess they do not make money on mobile order, that is why it takes them forever to deliver to me.
Told the lady our order only for it to be wrong by the time I got home. Came back and let them know. They were blatantly not listening and laughing about the situation with the manager right beside them. Especially the girl with the white ear plugs in. They sounded condescending and made it seem as though me and my girlfriend were just trying to snag some free food. We finally got our one burger remade only for it to be wrong AGAIN after i spoke with the gentlemen that brought the remade sandwich to me about the experience. Telling him to let the manager know. Even going as far as asking me what I had wanted on the burger knowing the one he had just given me was still wrong. The craziest thing about all of this is we were the only car in the drive thru at that time for about maybe 8-10 minutes. I won’t be eating at this McDonald’s again and you shouldn’t either unless you’d like to leave feeling like someone pissed in your morning coffee. P.s the picture is what you’re paying for.

Easy mistake when rushed, asked then to please check, lady left without saying anything and few minutes later came back with same unsweet tea. Put the drinks back in lobby so the overpaid staff isn’t left to deal with stuff too advanced for their job.
Oh my goodness they are slow, I went in during my 30 minute lunch break and had to ask for a refund for my order because my lunch break ended, that's how long they took on a small order, they don't have enough workers, the ones they have are slow and incompetent, I seriously think they should just shut it down, it's not getting any better, now that they are making $20 an hour the customer service is horrible compared to when they were making $7 an hour
It was labor day and they were short staff. I waited 10 min just to get ketchup. They guys there were doing their best but they customer service was bad.

Ordered 6 piece chicken strips. And got 2 normal sized, a medium and 3 small, burnt pieces. Ordered ranch dressing but didn't get any. I passed on the ketchup but got a handful of those little packets anyways. The little chicken pieces were on the bottom. I suspect this was done deliberately. In the pictures below, my girlie sized pinkie is next to the abnormally small strips.
“Visited McDonald's and had a mixed experience. The food was quite good, but the service was a letdown. We had to wait for almost half an hour just to place our order! The staff seemed busy moving around, but none of them seemed to be attending to customers. Sometimes, they were even chatting with each other, completely ignoring customers. Even with delivery staff waiting around, it took forever to get assistance. One staff member kept saying "one second," but it would take much longer. Despite this, I'm a regular customer due to the convenient location. Hopefully, they can work on improving their service to match their food quality."
This McDs is VERY VERY DIRTY. The service inside was unrecognizable to the McDonalds standard. VERY DISAPPOINTED. JUST KEEP DRIVING...

Map says they close at 1AM. Turn up to the drive through at midnight. Employee on the speaker ask me if I'm ordering through app, and I said no, I never used it. Employee goes silent, making me wonder if I'm supposed to only order through app nowadays. So I download the app and find the restaurant. App says this one is closed and I cannot make any order. In the hope of trying to get clarification, I called the employee several times over the speaker, and no one answered.
It is HORRIBLE SERVICE at this particular location, TAKE ME about TWENTY MINUTES JUST TO GET STRAWBERRY SHAKE. This place never has the ice cream machines working any time of the day always get missing items and cold food after a long wait and I used to get some breakfast before work 3-4 times a week around 5:30am and for the past 3 weeks I’m always waiting few minutes for them to answer the speaker and they never have ice coffee available and they don’t bother to make it I won’t be going to this location anymore ..Starbucks down the street have better options and customer service
Today is Christmas eve and I ordered food through the drive threw for breakfast and they didn't get my order right. This has happened a few times. I called to complain about being charged for something they didn't give me. Mind you food is expensive and the little young girl that answered my call had the nerve to tell me why do I keep coming then. And she kept talking over me saying the same thing over and over, why do i keep goong then.These are the kind of people serving our food as payed customers I recommend nobody to go to the McDonald's on pioneer. They have a horrible staff and they cant ever get a simple expensive order right I hope they go out of buisness.
crazy work, y’all close at 12 AM and decide not to take 2 cars orders because its 10-15 minutes before closing and you wanna leave early? tragic. hope you find better hard working staff. i even got a video of being ignored/employees hiding from us.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered curbside pickup for ONE drink and selected my parking number as instructed. I waited over 10 minutes while they cleared out a long drive-thru rush line. After that, there were NO cars at all for about 4 minutes perfect time to bring out my order and still no one came. Then another big drive-thru line started forming. They cleared that entire line too, and once again my curbside order was completely ignored. Not once did anyone come outside or check on it. I eventually had to go inside and get it myself, which defeats the whole purpose of curbside pickup. Forgetting a curbside order is bad enough. Forgetting one single drink, through multiple drive-thru rushes and even during a period with no cars at all, is beyond ridiculous. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you’re not going to bother checking it. Not worth the time.
Needs more personal there were very few personal and it was very bad service and people was getting mad.I had to wait 40 minutes for the order and it wasn't only me.
Been here 20 minutes. Still waiting for my food. Crappy service. Probably my last time coming to this location. Last time I came a while ago the service was crappy too. Thumbs down 👎 they need new management and more employees 😕😔
What is a fast food meaning? It should be serve faster than a restaurant. This is not a first time. This place take too long. Owner should know that worker are misunderstood customer's orders.

50 cent McDouble app promo Free cheeseburger w/ rewards points redemption When at McDonald's, it would be prudent to not expect much. But, here, even the lowest of expectations would not be met. Ordering via the kiosk was quick & easy, and I had my McDouble in a quick amount of time. However, there was no ice in the ice dispenser. Plus, no napkins in the napkin dispenser. Napkins were supplied in my bag, so perhaps the staff doesn't fill up the napkin dispenser, anymore. Finishing my McDouble, I redeemed rewards points on the kiosk for a cheeseburger, since only one Deal/Rewards can be claimed in a single order. The McDouble was quick, but the cheeseburger took a long while. My nostalgia beckoned me back to the days when McDonald's had ready to go burgers in warming trays. At least, then the wait wouldn't be a problem. And, let's face it, made to order or warming in a tray, McDonald's burgers are McDonald's burgers. The output is the same, regardless. I'm having a difficult time. The frugal shopper in me enjoys a good deal. The health nut in me doesn't want to defile myself in not quite healthy food. So, do I keep the McDonald's app or uninstall it? Well, when visiting this McDonald's location, it makes the decision easier to make.
Gone to this location twice and each time something was wrong with my order. Stopped by because it's close to my school but I'd rather drive a bit further to another location and have it accurate
On the day of Sunday, August 17th with a placed order at 10:22 am, the staff was totally incompetent the manager tried to manage as best as she could, but even then the "kids" as she called her co workers, they were just "playing" in the back, we eventually got our order at 10:50 am, we saw people being rude, we saw people not being able to read and spell correctly the whole team NEEDS training and a good dose of customer service. I've seen other establishments and younger staff more professional than this disaster. No fault of the manager, but more training is needed at this location.
Your food gets cold by the time the staff will help you with ketchup or napkins. Just stood in the lobby for 15 minutes with 6 other people waiting for ketchup… I had to walk behind the counter to get their attention and finally get my ketchup and while everyone else is still standing there waiting, I’m finally eating.
